A great Digital Ai Based Task Optimizer
What do you like best about the product?
i am using notion since past 6 months and i realize that the smoothness of this tool is insane and this is all in one solution for every task or problem , becasue if i have any doubt so i simply Click " space " bar and it opened a personal assistant that help for solving any problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
so when i open notion then i lost in that because it has lot's of features and i confused, this is not a dislike but yaa it is hard to master.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
so basically i am a prompt engineer so when i write prompt then i face multiple mistakes then i simply solve from ai assistance and i also use this for documenting my all daily, monthly tasks.

The revised updates made the platform UI more appealing and had enhanced ease of access

Learning curve is a bit still daunting.

Incredibly easy to use when compared with other wikis. Actually an enjoyable experience.

Some very minor feature gaps annoy me - for example not being able to add dot points in tables.

Keep track of information. Keeps it super easy to access.

Best platform for organised planning and setting Goals
What do you like best about the product?
the thing that i like the most about it that's the organisational features and how can I make as much templates as I want.it works according to my need and provide me the best templates too.The ability to share pages on Notion is also very useful.I easier to do planning and listing the task,sprints , literally anything on the platform.I am goal oriented person so I planned my whole year and listed on it,then 6 month,then weeks and now even days are already planned.
I really helped me to regain my focus on my goals and with the help of this it's easier to be accountable.

Although the app is best but sometimes the extensive feature feel overwhelming and confusing that leads to frustration.

It's helping me by providing the best organisational and planning features so that I can be accountable and accomplished my goals and keep records of the things that are going in my life.It always provides what I need in my planning journal.

Easy to filter the tasks and by status and to whom it is assigned to. basically it's very user friendly that doesn't require much expertise to work with it

The windows app sometimes doesn't respond as expected it lags sometimes

What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is a bit steep to have a Pro workspace with AI capabilities after currency conversion for BRL here for me, but other than that I havent had any complaints yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is a 'batteries included" platform for productivity and organization in general, it has this killer feature of allowing databases that enable some automation flows and templating to create intricate organization setups, but has a clean and simple interface when you open it for the first time, you can get up an running in a few minutes with your tasks and schedule, then build up from there with reminders and different views to tailor the workspace to your needs, it has many ready made integrations with platforms like Google Drive, Jira and Github to centralize project management and all your documentation needs as well so I see the potention for it as a personal organization tool, but as a corporate tool to enable easy collaboration between the members of your team, the menus and UX overall have made it so simple that I just once had to interact with customer support, but it was fast and easy to handle my issue.
I use the tool almost every day and the recently integrated AI Writing Assistant has helped me to brainstorm ideas and get some coding challenges sorted using it as a pair programmer assistant as well as helping me with composing messages and other documentations with grammar and tone corrections.
I have setup my first page in 5 minutes and have not turned back since.

Notion is not just another notes app
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of things I appreciate about notion, but the most I liked is that You can rearrange the tasks in any sequence or heirachy much easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think if you are looking for a simple notes app notion is not the go-to choice for every individual. When you install the mobile app, it requires signin, then after that you enter Getting started on Mobile Private page and You have no clue that you are not on the homescreen and then when you press back you realize you were inside a page and now you are on homescreen of the app. I think as a first time user homescreen should open directly, allow users to navigate your app and be familiar rather than asking for signin immediately just incase he installed the app to take simple notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I am exploring notion it allows me to categorize my ideas and also collaboration is possible, saving more time than sharing the tasks through other messenger apps.

I love Notion for being very simple to use and very smart - Notion AI is an amzing feature because it knows to work in your data.

I dislike the fact that it is closed product and laxk of elasticity with "outer world" and tools.
