What do you like best about the product?
This software is straightforward and user-friendly. Creating a database with it is simple and hassle-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I am still fairly new to using it, I feel I need more time before I can form a definite opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Establishing a central knowledge base for all staff would be highly beneficial. It would provide everyone with easy access to important information and resources, helping to streamline communication and ensure consistency across the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Usability for mid sized teams. Makes life easy for our team to work together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion AI was released only recently, but I think there is huge promise for abstract shaped, obsidian type knowledge graphs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me many hours per week and manages team tasks + resources.

best part of notion Ai is that it is really convenient and the format of the notes is well done.

not much; if anything i'd say it takes time to learn how to use notion effectively

Revolutionized Document Management with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I ca say Notion is my second brain managing my knowledge and I appreciate Notion's ability to organize my documents efficiently, as I can view everything at a glance and search through it seamlessly, especially with Notion AI. The initial setup was helpful, thanks to the walkthrough from Notion's team. I find the note-taking and database features, along with Notion AI, exceptionally useful. Additionally, Notion integrates well with cloud services, enhancing my workflow.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I switched to Notion because it organizes my documents efficiently, and helps me rewrite my ideas with notion ai writing and allowing me to easily search and access everything quickly with features like Notion AI, solving the issue of stagnated documents in folders.
Ease of use and organization
What do you like best about the product?
Super clean UI that makes building clean documentation easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without proper maintenance its easy to experience bloat, and can get difficult to wade through old files / have to self archive

Helping to improve clarity on project documentation, and make sharing knowledge + research quicker / less friction
Really impressive AI features
What do you like best about the product?
For the most part, it's pretty intuitive to use Notion the way you want to. It's easy to create different sections and pages. The AI functionality is really impressive. I love using the meeting notes feature - the summary and action items have been spot on. I also used AI yesterday to build a tracker, and was able to go back and forth until it worked the way I wanted - much faster than building on my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little overwhelming - I feel like there are a lot of strong features I'm not currently using.

Better meeting notes with action items, one spot to store notes and information - both personal and professional
I’m marrying Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate all the integrations and how easy Notion is to use. Even though there can be a bit of a learning curve, Notion makes the process enjoyable, encouraging you to learn how to tailor it to your own lifestyle, work, and goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Okay…I just need a bit of patience. Notion is growing so quickly so I know they are bringing in new features all the time. That’s it.

The use of templates made starting easy, and I value Notion's potential to cater to every unique need without limitations.

I would love to be able to create sections of properties in a database. That's my dream.

Great for project managment
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can share access easily to specific areas and build within that. I use it for clients to give them oversight on what I'm working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free plan has limitations, but that's understandable! Also, recently I've lost all my docs from the sidebar, not sure how to get them back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to collaborate with clients in a no-fluff way by using cards to manage projects.

What I like best about Notion is the AI assistant, it’s like having a built-in teammate that helps me organize thoughts, draft content, and summarize notes in seconds. It saves a ton of time and makes it easier to move from ideas to action without switching tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the templates were a bit clearer and more accurate when they’re created. Sometimes they need extra tweaking to fit the structure or workflow I’m going for, which can slow things down a bit.

Notion helps me keep everything in one place — notes, projects, and candidate information — without having to jump between multiple tools. It’s great for staying organized and collaborating with others in real time. The AI assistant also saves me time by summarizing notes and helping draft messages or documents quickly, so I can focus more on connecting with people instead of managing admin work.
