What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it was to set up Notion initially, which made getting started a breeze. Notion has been invaluable in solving various organizational issues, like managing calendars and keeping personal information organized in one place. I thoroughly enjoy the new automation features and the agents, which enhance usability and simplify task management. The ability to create databases and amalgamate data is brilliant, as it allows for seamless data integration. Additionally, I appreciate the continuous evolution and improvements Notion releases, demonstrating that the product isn't stagnant.

I might have a potential issue with integrating Notion with Canadian banks more easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Notion for three years and appreciate its ability to serve as a perfect, infinite database. The search features and AI capabilities make it easy to access and apply the information I need for my job. I enjoy its capacity to house all my information with files and everything, especially in premium mode. I would definitely repurchase and recommend it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't really like the guides that Notion provides. I'd rather have a better way of guiding the information than having to read and look at them. Additionally, I would prefer it if things were easier to customize exactly how I want them.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is the most flexible and intuitive productivity tool I’ve ever used. Its clean design, drag-and-drop interface, and AI integration make planning, writing, and research seamless. I love how everything—notes, tasks, databases, and templates—can live in one connected workspace that’s fully customisable to my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s very little to dislike. Occasionally, large pages can take a second to load, but that’s a small trade-off for the depth of features and stability Notion provides. Overall, it’s an exceptional all-in-one platform that continues to improve with every update.

Notion has completely streamlined how I manage complex projects, notes, and resources across research, study, and personal organisation. Instead of juggling multiple apps for documents, to-do lists, and knowledge tracking, I can keep everything in one integrated system. Its AI tools also help summarise readings, draft content, and generate ideas efficiently, saving hours each week and keeping my workflow consistent and organised.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of Notion for getting ideas down and sharing them internally. The purposeful simplicity makes it easy to not worry about formatting and just get ideas out.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike. My only note would be that copy and pasting into and out of tables in Notion could be improved.

Joining an organization that already implemented Notion well has been super helpful. Being able to search through several years of internal notes and content has helped get up to speed quickly and find context without needing to ask for it.

I like how Notion can be customized for almost anything, like project management, journaling, business planning, or legal documentation. The templates and database functions make it easy to stay organized, and the layout feels clean once you get used to it.

It can feel overwhelming at first because there are so many features and hidden settings. Syncing across devices sometimes lags or doesn’t work at all, and offline access could be more reliable. It also takes a while to master formulas and automations.

What do you like best about the product?
The problem with most project management tools is that they are limited by the scope of the application and the speed of their own development team and roadmap.
While Notion also shares this limitation, it is inherently a product built for customization based on the user and use case.
I have used every software product for project management imaginable and have never found something beyond Notion that allows for complete scope at will.

The speed with which I can set up databases for large projects.
There are some template features that I would like to see at the Page level for Related databases that would make my life a million times easier.
