Business Documentation Centralization
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is easy to set up and navigation. I also like that we can build structured documentation in a way that suits our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge I've had thus far is getting varied departments to adopt notion. A creative team may find it easier to migrate to notion than a dev team with very technical documentation for example
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to establish a centralized knowledge base within our org which currently used multiple platforms across different departments
Literal life-saver for me and my ADHD 🧠
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about this tool is that it emcompasses so many different tools and features that would otherwise cost money if used individually. I use Notion as a second brain, a launchpad where I can conceptualize ideas, organize, and hold myself accountable for seeing projects in both my personal and professional life to fruition. For years I struggled with developing workflows and capturing information, but Notion solves that problem for me by providing a highly customizable hub for myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside to Notion (IMHO) is that there is a bit of a learning curve, especially if you're not coming from a technical background. The solution can be found in the plethora of online tutorials and premade templates, but I encourage folks to learn how to use Notion so they can really make it work for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you're like me and have an executive dysfunction, Notion can help you capture your thought process and better execute processes. You can also integrate it with other tools which is super helpful.

Hard to learn or use sometimes. Learning curve is quite high

What do you like best about the product?
I love that i can organize my entire life on notion, from work files and tasks to personal things and being able to track different aspects of my life and family. Everything has a place and i can easily find notes, files, etc. whenever i need it. Its one of the only apps i use everyday for everything. Literally a game changer in my life
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont live the sharing capability and how i need to switch to a totally different view to see what my husband has shared with me or coworkers. I wish it could all just stay in 1 view under a shared notes header on the side and im able to hide and show the ones i want to keep on my side bar.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI capability reducing time to create tasks and manage projects. I use Notion to create SOPs, Collaborate with teammates and publishable resource pages for HR. Notion's UI/UX is fantastic!

It is not a full-fledged project management tool like Monday or Asana.

By utilizing this tool, I am able to effectively oversee project management and allocate tasks to my team members. This streamlined process results in increased efficiency and productivity. I also use it to publish resources for employees with SOPs, Process charts and internal comms.
