What do you like best about the product?
The Notion has a lot of function that helps our day-to-day operation. This is also a very helpful tool for collaboration with other team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is sometimes hard to navigate but if you can get the gist of it, it will be easier for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has helped us with project management and storing important documents. It has become a knowledge-based tool where we can store our SOPs.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to layout data in the best possible format. I'm a very visual person and Notion allows me to explore my creativity in terms of how I want to best represent my data to the intended audience. I also enjoy having integrations into the other services that we use like Google Drive to be able to pull data. I also love the fact that anything I create is immediately available on the public web for sharing, should I choose to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a fan of how images and files are handled. I'd prefer to see a file/image manager section where I can reference data on a regular basis.

Structuring my work and data.

Databases has been a great addition for doing some more complex things that could not be done with tables

Small thing but Notion buttons being able to route to non notion pages would be really cool

the spacing and fonts are not complicated. I feel like the spacing and fonts always change in MS Word or Google docs whenever I copy and paste - but it feels easy to keep things uniform in Notion

could have stronger search functionalities

I use it to take sales/account notes for my company. It simplifies the note-taking process

Most people i work with have almost no clue on what Notion offers other than simply using it as another documentation software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As described, it covers all phases of project management from planning to requirements to required system design docs and timeline view along with dependencies.

We store here the process to complete certain recurring tasks so we don't relay only in the person that does the task

A great productivity tool
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is great tool that helps me to efficiently take notes and have automations in place. I've been using this for a few years now and I can't even imagine days without having this tool to help with my productivity. Setting up the tool is very simple and don't need much effort. They also offer a lot of out of the box intergrations which is pretty straightforward. Also I had a great experience with the support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike. Probably the one feature that I'd like in the free plan is to add custom domain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm managing all my account books and knowledge sources in notion. So whenever I need any information on any of my account, it is easy for search and get the information as we have every data stored in one place.
