Incredible documentation tool for scaling teams
What do you like best about the product?
The search capabilities of Notion are excellent, and they allow you to nest various documents, pages, etc. while maintaining discoverability. Additionally, the visual aesthetics of Notion are superb.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is somewhat of a learning curve associated with Notion, as there are many hidden functionalities that aren't immediately clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As our company is scaling, having easily accessible documentation and guides is super important, and notion has been fulfilling this need well.

Everything is syncronized. It's super easy and friendly to create docs and format them pretty. Easy to navigate

Would ideally have better version controls, something akin to gdocs suggested edits, accept edits, etc. for proper ownership and approval of documents

I love using notion to stay organized and create wikis/databases to store code at my job!

The flexibility is great. Whether I want to take notes or create a knowledge hub for my colleagues to use for reference I know Notion has me covered :)

I think sharing workspaces and switching between accounts is not as user friendly as it could be!

It has some amazing in built templates that help in setting a framework for your plan and makes the job easier.

The platform's documentation feature needs improvement. It could benefit from enhanced grammar and error-checking capabilities to aid users in producing error-free content.

The greatest advantage of Notion is its ease of use; with a little practice, anyone can achieve excellent results using the platform. Another quality it has is the variety of tools available to the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
The wide variety of tools and customization can sometimes be counterproductive since one can spend a lot of time fixing and optimizing the information, while a simple note already serves the purpose.

Keep the knowledge centralized and organized, with easy access for other members of the organization.
This tool is a lifesaver
What do you like best about the product?
I use this application for work and personal uses. I record meeting notes as well as to do lists in one centralized app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not one thing! I am so happy with Notion!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my customer meetings, I create a new note or use an existing note to jot down "notes" from my live customer calls. I have saved time as I used to use post it notes and would waste time transferring my paper notes to our Gainsight CS system.
