One place for everything
What do you like best about the product?
Writing AI Assistant feature, intergrations with miro, wiki pages, its easiest way to write blog posts, visualise information in your projects. Also it's great for building teams for digital projects
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not easy to get all your information in one place at first. New user experience needs to be more friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates routine work for me. Also, its sum up feature to extract main ideas out of the text.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Notion is its capacity to assist me with regards to the tasks that I needed to finish. I have been looking forward to organizing more of my to-do lists through this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Considering that it is a useful tool, what I would like to see more is how it would constantly adapt to the needs of its users. I wanted to see more developments, on how it would be much easier to access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me reduce the timeframe that I needed to finish a certain tasks. Just because everything else is prepared beforehand, it makes everything else easier. Basically, it promotes productivity on a higher level.
It is a lifesaver app.
What do you like best about the product?
- It's product features. Databases. Flexibility it provides to manage the database. I really love all that. It is very difficult now to imagine a life without notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not work offline. There are no themes (Not visually, but at least some variations on how we want to see the page e.g. there can be more fonts, customized whitespacing, etc).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me brainstorm my ideas. It makes my doing work and cuts it into half. It is really incredible to use Notion AI assistant and use it for anything and everything I do for work.

Wide, easily adjustable scope of intelligent RDMS functions with access to relevant OS.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't discovered anything I dislike about notion.

I take complex notes on the fly and organize them into my knowledge structure. I see great project management platforms developed with the Notion framework.

None. sometimes it was difficult to find translate button.

quick translate, improving writing

No built in preview of files uploaded/attached in notes, have to download files for review

What do you like best about the product?
I prefer to have everything in one place for easy access from my phone, as well as for perfect maintenance across all devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is the lack of tabs in your notes at the top of the page, which makes it harder to work on multiple notes at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps me keep organized notes in one place, sorted by project. They are easy to track and maintain.
a workspace gamesaver!
What do you like best about the product?
A huge benefit is using Notion to coordinate with my team. We have team pages set up for broader project roadmaps and statuses. Then "databases" within those to assign and track specific tasks. We can comment on each others' work, share resources, sync calendars - everything we need to collaborate. And I love that I can access it from anywhere on my phone, tablet or computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion isn't perfect of course - it can feel a bit cluttered at times and I wish the mobile app was smoother. But the flexibility and features far outweigh those nitpicks for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love how Notion consolidates all your notes, tasks, docs, wikis, calendars, etc. in one centralized workspace. No more scattered information across apps and devices. Notion allows me to customize nearly everything to fit my needs. Its building blocks can morph into any system you want - dashboard, knowledge base, tracker, planner, and more! All in one!
very simple, effective note taking tool
What do you like best about the product?
the AI tool for notetaking/summarising, editing tools, page/notebook layout
What do you dislike about the product?
no option to start a sentence/dot points with capitalisation automatically - if you want capitisation you have to manually type it, unlike other note apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me take and summarising notes for uni which has helped my studies drastically

What do you like best about the product?
The "Ask AI" feature is nice. I've using it a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jumping out of an inline code block is difficult for me. I know there's a keyboard shortcut, but it conflicts with my other app's global shortcut. I'm hoping that we can customize the keyboard shortcut or provide an easier way to jump out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us with team collaboration. Additionally, AI writing assistant is very handy that I can use to improve my writing and correct grammar or spelling mistakes.
