What do you like best about the product?
Oh man, Notion is seriously a game-changer! Since I was instroduced to it by my ex-colleague, I’ve been using it for everything, from work projects to personal to-do lists, and it’s just so flexible and easy to use. You can literally customize it any way you want, which is perfect for organizing my chaotic brain (my neurodivergent colleagues swear by it too) . Plus it’s all in one place. No more jumping between apps for notes, tasks, and databases. And on top of that it integrates into other apps like Slack and Glean, which makes searching for documentation feel like real life magic.
I also love how you can collaborate with your team in real-time. It makes working on projects together so smooth. Plus, all the templates available are a huge time-saver.
I had to create separate meetings for multiple teams in my org to tell them how to use the basics of Notion so they can drop their outdated excel sheets and move over to the great side. In all fairness, they still are yet to discover full functionality of Notion, but they seem sold already. If you haven’t tried Notion yet, you’re seriously missing out.

What do you dislike about the product?
I got nothing to complain about, but based on feedback from my colleagues: Notion can be a bit overwhelming for first-time users, especially if they’ve never used a knowledge base before. With so many features and templates, it’s easy to get sidetracked. It would be great if there was a setup wizard with multiple questions to help pre-build a space based on your needs, using some helpful text prompts to guide you along the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps us by being a single knowledge base where we store all our docs and processes. It's super helpful that we can integrate Google Drive files, so people who prefer using those can keep everything organized. Personally, I use Notion for my to-do lists, which I can share with colleagues when I'm out of the office or swamped with other projects. Our team also uses it for tracking side projects and assigning tasks.

Notion is one of the best tools that I've used for a while.
It's highly easy and lets me check it every day since the app is quite convenient.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible Notion is. It’s easy to use, especially when one drags and drops items, which makes the organizing process an easy one. I use it on a daily basis for organizing work, for tracking projects, and storing notes inclusive. It also easily integrates with other applications including Google Drive and Slack for enhanced productivity. I have the ability to embed my Google Docs inside Notion, which is convenient and prevents duplication. There are so many features it provides starting with databases and ending with the kanban boards, and all of them are suitable for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion has a couple of downsides, one of which is a relatively slow speed upon loading a lot of databases or content that is heavy for the system. This is sometimes annoying where quick search is needed. Also, while the software’s interface is mostly intuitive, the number of options available sometimes proves confusing to nave users and beginners will consequently have a lot of groping in the dark. Sometimes, they have affected our productivity and required additional practice for the staff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has been very helpful in improving our project management and works with the team. It solves the problem of fragmented information because all the information is found in one central repository. Due to its vast functionalities, it helps us track project details, keep track of tasks, and share documents with ease. This has enhanced our productivity and interaction, reducing disagreements and hold ups. From our team’s perspective, having all the work centralized has been a great step forward, which has improved the organization of processes.

It still does not have the hand writing option like other softwares

Best knowledge base tool and notetaking tool for office. It is so user friendly to use and collaborate in the office. All of my office documents are in Notion. Not to mention the Notion AI. I just ask Notion AI to search through the documents for my specific query, and whoa boy! it gives me detailed answer with the references!!

The problem of collaboration,
while other collaborative platform exists but notion combines the best features of all of them , i dont have to make a different page for text , images , spreadsheets etc . i can do it all in one page easily .

Easy to navigate, wide selections of built-in features for you do to planning or note taking , integration with other softwares

Not able to draw if using iPad. Sometimes it can be laggy.

What do you like best about the product?
I've recently started using Notion's database views and buttons more extensively, and they've improved my workflow. The ability to automate small tasks with the button feature and customize how data is displayed across different views has made organizing projects smoother. Also, I can't stress enough how awesome the available templates are, I could literally spend hours trying different things that otherwise would've taken ages for me to build from scratch. It still feels like an all-in-one space that adapts to whatever I need it to be whether it's task management, documentation, or collaborative planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I appreciate that Notion is trying to keep up with the AI wave, I find its AI still lags behind more mature tools like ChatGPT and Claude. Also, having to pay extra for AI when other platforms offer more powerful versions for free or included is a bit disappointing. The storage limitations per page sometimes get in the way when embedding large media so that's still a disadvantage.

My favorite thing about Notion is how customizable it is. I'm an absolute fan of creating pretty and unique pages. It helps me organize information in the most unique ways! I use it for both work and personal use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I'm not super crazy about, is centering text. It keeps all the text to the left and you're only able to center images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Professionally, I would say Notion helps me create unique and customizable knowledge bases for my clients, and that really helps impress them. It benefits me in streamlining information and presenting it in creative ways.
