What do you like best about the product?
I like the AI function as it allows me to simple tasks quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI can be improved and at times it feels that it is clunky

some times the note taking is slightly off and I also use it to study but the ai is not good at forming questions

The possibility to create and organise pages and kanban projects. And now the integrated AI to help with writing and translations.

It would be great to be able to match tables created in Notion with Google Spreadsheets.

Notion allows us to personalize our workspace based on our interests and requirements. You can personalize templates, select multiple layouts, use color schemes, and organize your content with blocks and nested pages. This amount of customization allows Notion to adapt to various workflows and improves usability.

While Notion provides basic tutorials and documentation, some users may find the available learning resources to be insufficient or scattered. It may take some effort to locate detailed instructions or in-depth training, especially for complex use cases or sophisticated functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion addresses project management difficulties by combining task management, communication, and documentation into a flexible platform. I can build project boards, assign tasks, establish due dates, measure progress, and interact with team members. The integration of project-related databases, templates, and automated workflows simplifies project management processes and improves team cooperation.
The experience has been excellent and extremely useful for my job role.

It has proven invaluable in eenhancing my organisational skills withinmy job role and providing clarity on the various departments in the company, allowing me to comprehend the responsibilities of each individual.

Occasionally, I find it slightly challenging to navigate through the web page, as some aspects of the user interface may not be as intuitive or easily accessible as desired.

Notion proves to be a valuable tool in obtaining concise and organised information about each company department and the respective roles they play. It effectively presents the necessary details, enabling easy access and understanding of the different departments within the organisation

AI in notion help me easily look up information about my project. I also use Notion to keep track of tasks and organize my day as well

If we can intergrate chat GPT to read pdf file and answer questions it will be good

I think it is a little bit expensive but for professional use it is worth it.

Mostly the problems related to having multiple notebooks(digital or physical). With Notion you get used to keep everything in it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion has so many features, and is easy to customise. As someone who loves to stay organised, and also make things aesthetically pleasing - Notion is a dream!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little difficult to use, but after some exploring and practice it's fairly easy to get a grasp of and customise it to your individual liking/needs/aesthetic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is a great data base with many features that are especially useful for students to organise their classes, work, projects, and personal life! Streamlines allof my work/study needs.

My only issue with Notion is that you cannot create recurring tasks on a calendar
