A vital part of my business
What do you like best about the product?
I've been a huge fan of notion for a long time but the enhanced AI capabilities have mede it invaluable to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm never clear on whether you can publish a single page to the web (and whether that potentially gives people access to ther pages I dont want them to see).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting everything in one place. Acting as a second brain.
So helpful for organizing university classes
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can create different templates for anything or use existing templates to help with organization. I really like how we can link our school and class pages for easy access on the page. The notion calendar is also super useful for keeping track of my assignments and exams and I love that I can sync it to my Apple calendar. The new AI tools has been so useful in helping with assignments, especially writing assignments.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint about it is that it takes along time to create pages if you don't have a pre existing template to use. And sometimes when you do it still takes a really long time. It was also really had to learn to use, especially the shortcuts to add certain things on a page were really hard to remember.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time and schedule management. Notion helps me keep track of all my meetings and upcoming events really well through the year.

Very organised, easy to use, amazing number of features and ease of integration. Our team is happy working with AI Writing Assistant, help us a lot.

Simplistic design makes standardizing and formatting notes easier

Not as many options for colour choices for highlights or text colour

When copy pasting items into my notes from reading, notion helps me format the often poorly formatted PDF documents.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy notions quick way to build notes. There's a lot of flexibility with a features. They have. I really enjoy the tables since I'm able to add notes, comments, statuses And other necessary components for my particular needs, I enjoy that there is also a link to other projects or having parent projects so I can use Notion for design product management and sometimes even link to some of the engineering documentation for my company
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes organization is hard and notion and things can be heavily nested, and finding information can be hard when you have multiple people working on things I wish there was also a live brainstorming or collaborative features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving a documentation problem for me. It's also been helping with AI writing so I can quickly build templates for my team to get started for the start up.

Colour coding makes my categories pop and easier to distinguish between the different types of work.

What do you like best about the product?
I love writing blog post with Notion AI. The writing assistant is easy to use and give me great output every time.

I dislike the small windows to write in.

Notion is solving my organization problem. My business is able to operate smoothly with everything organized and automated in Notion.

file organization, the sub pages mixed with content makes it very hard to find
