All-in-One Solution That Grows with My Business
What do you like best about the product?
Having everything all in one spot is the most helpful feature. I have used Notion for years and historically data is very important to me as a grow my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually set up a scrum board before Status column types existed so I have never upgraded because I don't want to break any historical information. But other than that I am very happy with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed me to ignore JIRA completely, which is a huge plus. I use it everyday.

It is like a notes with everything, it has tables, images etc. your imagination is the limit

sometimes the elements feels confusing. editing the documents, simple things like modifying the table feels complicated

What I like most about Notion is its flexibility to customize everything exactly the way I need it in one simple workspace. The customization helps me tailor pages exactly to my workflow, which saves time, reduces confusion, and makes it easier to manage studies, tasks, and projects in one place. The initial setup of Notion was fairly easy, as templates and simple drag-and-drop features helped our team get started quickly with minimal learning time. Notion is highly flexible, easy to use, and very effective for organizing in one place.

One thing that could be improved in Notion is performance, as it can feel slow with large databases and it has limited offline functionality.

I love its flexibility and how I can turn a blank page into anything—a journal, database planner, habit tracker, or a calendar. The ability to format things just the way I want keeps me consistent, and I really appreciate being able to turn a simple note into a database or tasks into a calendar with just a click. Notion centralizes everything, making it easy and efficient for me; plus, everything is customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion feels slow a few times, especially with large databases or lots of content. The mobile app is okay for reading but not comfortable for heavy editing. Notion should work on speed and mobile usability, it would be great if large databases don't freeze.

I really like how simplistic Notion is. The design's really nice to look at and it's super easy to do stuff, like dragging things around. Knowing how to use it and make things look really clean and minimalist is fun. It's also organized in a way that's really enjoyable.

It's really slow sometimes, and also, like, it glitches and lags a lot when you get past, like, a certain amount of stuff you put in it. And it's, like, really a hassle to work with, and then you just wanna close the app and, like, use something else because it's just not working.

I find Notion helps me organize a lot of heavy information, allowing me to refer to it quickly. It makes jotting down stuff faster than using paper or regular notes, which is really convenient.

I love how Notion helps me manage everything by keeping it all in one place and letting me organize things my way. The ability to customize and build my own systems is great, plus having templates available provides a nice option if I don't want to start from scratch. I've loved the AI Meeting Notetaker lately because it's thorough and helpful, and it's awesome that it saves notes directly in the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI notes sometimes get the callers confused. It'd also be nice to get access to some more complex templates that have multiple templates built in, like teamspace templates.

Notion lets me easily build different pages based on my needs, and this customizability helps me store everything in one app so that AI can better assist me. Additionally, starting with available templates and then customizing them makes the setup process easy for me.

AI or opening new pages often lag, it's very annoying as it often takes a long time to load something I need immediately.

Incredible for Organization, Minor Pricing Concern
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to organize ideas and make scripts, especially alongside my university studies. I find its ability to make visual boards with necessary properties incredible, as it's great at putting useful categories and helping with the layout for ideas. I like how the AI consults with me first, which helps me tailor the best outcome by evaluating the AI’s outputs and configuring it to suit my needs. Also, the initial setup was very easy to navigate and super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it tries to be too helpful and I’d like it to be more assertive. The pricing is in USD, and living in Canada, I initially mistook the amount, which is quite high. Also, being from Brazil, the cost would be 5x the value, making it unaffordable if I were there.
