What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can build training pages within notion with easy flow for all to use. I do like the simplicity to use notion and to be able to use it as a way to present data and work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how sometimes in order to go back to a page you have to click numerous times to go to the main page and sometimes its quicker to click off a subsection and search for the original page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables different departments accross the business to access project work and deadlines. It also solves the problem of having all training materials in a g-drive.
A big help to enhancing my productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I really love that Notion made everything so integrated. It is essential not just for note-taking and brainstorming, it is literally my second brain.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that images are hard to arrange on the page. Would prefer ease of arrangement such as when using Google Slides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Notion to organize my business ideas, tasks, workflow & etc. With Notion I was able to easily keep track of my paths and it definitely gives my brain a sense of clarity.
I love using Notion, I am a big fan of the app personally and professionaly
What do you like best about the product?
The large amount of features like tables, AI, boards, the integrations with other services. Also the fact that you can link all pages together makes it a very convenient app to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no Apple pencil support. Also there is no option to make form that external people can fill. Finally it would be nice if there are more options available for resizing and editing pictures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me Notion is an all-in-one note taking app that allows me to create company documentation, do project management and keep track of my personal notes. Instead of using multiple apps I try to centralize everying on Notion.

Notion can integrate with other applications so that I can view all necessary information in one place. Notion is also very fast.

In my opinion, looks and feel of Notion is a bit "unprofessional".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can store all the information that I collected in a very comprehensive manner. It is less sophisticated than Excel, but it has many capabilities that Excel does not have.
Best Project Management tool for my agency
What do you like best about the product?
Notion i pretty customizable. In our agency, we have all types of projects and they have very specific parameters / deliverables / type of communication. We love that Notion is pretty flexible that we can create our own unique dashboards for each type of project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could only think about the UI. It's not as sleek as ClickUp. ALSO THE REOCCURING TASK and SCHEDULE NEEDS TO BE THERE. this is very useful with scheduling social media posts.

I like the AI very much. It took most of the mental energy it takes me to compose emails, letters, tricky communication, social media posts and blog posts for our clients.

Notion is really easy to set up and start using even if you are not a tech person, you can start creating blocks or jumpstart with templates.

Until now there's not much that I dislike about it

Great AI Integration
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Notion is Notion AI. I use it every day to write emails, social media posts, SOWs, and more. Notion AI makes writing much easier for people like me who don't really enjoy writing. I particularly dislike writing emails, especially professional or formal ones, and I'm always afraid I'll say the wrong thing or use the wrong tone or grammar. Notion AI makes me feel much more confident when it comes to written communication in a professional context.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the platform was more flexible and customizable, like a Word document. Additionally, having more connections would be beneficial. For example, connections to other note-taking software like GoodNotes, OneNote, etc. Currently, it is not possible to format documents or change the layout of pages besides the "full-width" setting, "small text," and the three font options; users are limited to the default settings. Lastly, I would appreciate the ability to use my Apple pencil to draw charts or write on documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't like writing, and having English as my second language doesn't make that easier. Notion AI removes those limitations and helps me communicate a lot more clearly.
Great tool for life & work management
What do you like best about the product?
The things I find the most helpful are databases. I use them for managing all of my work tasks - it gives me the steucture for work, making it easy to plan, prepare and execute solutions I have to implement in my daily work life. I also enjoy the AI writer help, as it is a great tool to use while brainstorming ideas (especially in the case of lack of a team).
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the fact that wothout external solutions it does not integrate with Gogle Calendar. Keeping both database calendar and google calandar synced would make my life way easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a comprehensive solution for project & data management. Previously I was dealing with unorganised, decentralised informations making it hard to find things I needed. Now, everything has a structure making me more productive and effective while performing my tasks.

That images cannot be edited and organized into templates easily

Some team members who are not tech-savvy tend to have a hard time navigating Notion

Jump start my day-to-day work and eliminate unnecessary task work outsourcing. Overall Notion has brought my productivity high and saved me time.
