Strong, but still a bit wonky
What do you like best about the product?
I love the seamlessness of the Notion AI, many of the bugs have been sorted, and the ability to turn it into an "Agent" is nice ― however, I wouldn't quite yet call it an agent IMO. Perhaps I'm not using it in the best possible way yet, but I love the developments.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit clunky. Even with the context I've provided, it doesn't always interpret my commands as I would hope. Further, it needs more work with integrations.
Last thing, with meeting notes, I want it to auto-record zoom and google meet meetings and then put it in the right workspace area. Right now, it's not intuitive.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting note transcription and email drafting from those meetings.
Easily My Favorite Productivity Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I'm absolutely in love with using Notion overall and specifically Notion's AI and the new agents feature. It has made so many areas of my life significantly easier, faster, and I'm not sure how I got along so long without it. I produce YouTube content, and the templating and agents feature makes doing that incredibly efficient. I also do voice journaling, and being able to quickly pull in 3 weeks' worth of journal entries and generate a therapy agenda is impactful beyond measure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can really say is that it has similar challenges like any AI in that it sometimes hallucinates and it sometimes misses things. This is not by any means unique to Notion, though; all AI faces these particular challenges at the moment, and I do find Notion's knowledge management using the AI tools to be the best experience I've had.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mentioned in my previous comments that I use Notion's AI and the new agents feature to streamline much of my work, particularly my journaling and also in content creation.
Streamlined My Life, Boosted Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion's databases communicate efficiently and are structurally intelligent, helping me manage my personal and business life seamlessly. Notion's ability to act as a second brain has been invaluable in tackling my forgetfulness. The efficient integration of agents that performs tasks for me saves a significant amount of time, reducing stress and anxiety. I also enjoy the intuitive design that makes task organization into a beautiful and harmonious experience. The combination of databases, mobile accessibility, public publishing feature, and flexible access levels perfectly suit my needs, enhancing usability and convenience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to get familiar with Notion and build it into my workflow, which has taken years. Despite its potential, my lack of education on using its features, such as rollouts and relations, made the experience frustrating at times. Additionally, in the beginning, there was a lack of community support that I was willing to participate in, making it a difficult experience for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion acts as my second brain, combating forgetfulness and streamlining tasks with agents, saving me significant time. It reduces stress and anxiety by managing extensive checklists and organizing my workflow efficiently, even down to sorting my backpack by pocket.
Organize and share documents
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everyone in my organization can share all their thoughts and we can easily fellow them to slack and also publish them to our website blog and AI is really helpful for finding other people's documents as well
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of formatting features that I miss.Since i'm used to using stuff like microsoft office and word and excel, being able to do a little bit more robust rearranging of things like make it look pretty or be better organized within a document be helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Within our company, we use it to create and publish our own documents to share proposals within our teams. And also to leave comments. So no she gives me a platform where I can deliver my own ideas and share them with my team
The AI features are some of the best out there
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using notion free for a long time, but finally started paying for the AI features and it has been so helpful. Meeting notes and AI formatting have both become something I rely on heavily. I’ve tested other AI note takers and non of them come close to the amount of details that notion picks up on. I also love that I can simply record a meeting without needing to deal with the AI joining the meet.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a weird bug whenever I start recording a meeting it makes me request permissions again. It’s easy to get past, but it’s annoying
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the AI note taker on during a meeting I can focus on driving the meeting forward without worrying about capturing every detail in my notes. It allows me to be a lot more polished and meetings are quicker
Boosting Efficiency with Notion's AI
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI is a game-changer for my daily tasks. Its AI Writing Assistant enhances my writing and streamlines my workflow, allowing me to focus on content creation. The Knowledge Management tools and Enterprise Search make information easily accessible, saving me time. Seamless integration with other tools and a user-friendly interface further boost productivity. Overall, Notion AI consistently delivers impressive results for organizing documents and managing information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion AI has some limitations, such as the inability to use AI features within table cells, which can restrict its functionality for structured data tasks. Additionally, free access is limited to a one-time trial of 20 AI responses, and its complexity can be overwhelming for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI has been a real game-changer for me. It's tackled the chaos of managing tons of information by centralizing everything, so I spend way less time hunting for documents. The AI Writing Assistant is like having an editor on standby, helping me polish my content with ease. Plus, the Enterprise Search feature is a lifesaver, quickly finding exactly what I need. Overall, it's made my workflow smoother and freed up time to focus on the bigger picture.
Notion is a lifesaver!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is my go-to business tool. It helps run my entire business and, frankly, my whole life. I have internal systems, client portals, project management, inventory - you name it - I have a Notion database for it. I love this tool. I don't think I could live without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about Notion that comes to mind. We were early adopters, so at first it was hard to integrate our entire system, but now that they've continued to upgrade year over year, they have an incredible tool and it really runs our entire business line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Notion for a variety of different systems. We use Notion for note taking, for keeping a database of all of our meetings, all of our ideas, our content marketing management, our project management (as we're building products for our customers). As well as all of our note-taking. Their new AI features have been an awesome addition to our workflow, as now we can even do copywriting inside of Notion, and the summary meetings really help streamline our workflow.
Removing the cognitive load in meetings
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can focus on the content of meeting with the reassurance that nothing will be missed because of the AI transcription tool is a game changer. I miss nothing in meetings and can accurately and quickly brief my team on what's coming down the line.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI functionality can get stuck in a loop where even though you update the the content of the meeting notes or the transcriptions the draft emails it creates is still dependent on the first input.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to use, saves me important time and keeps me in the loop with all the goings on.
I miss nothing, remember everything and my output using the notes collecting in meetings has tripled

Sometimes it feels a bit slow to load large pages or databases, especially when you’re working with a lot of content.

The flexibility can be overwhelming at first, there’s a steep learning curve before you get the hang of setting up workspaces and databases properly.
3. Offline Use
Notion’s offline functionality still isn’t great. If your internet drops, you can’t really work seamlessly.

What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup of Notion a bit difficult despite using chat and Notion AI to assist me. Additionally, I think the AI capabilities could be improved. I would like to have the option to communicate with Notion's AI as I do with ChatGPT, making it more interactive and conversational.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize my morning routine, professionally format my projects, and consistently store them, enhancing my social media work presentation.
