Writing is now revolutionary!
What do you like best about the product?
It's AI suggestions, easy to add images, pdf, etc., adding markdown specific things easily.
Overall, it's nice to write and it's a good experience.
I also like how we can maintain the status/boards etc. It allows to track many easy tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?
When I select several sentences, I cannot convert them to list/bullets as no option exists. So I have to add first one explicitly and then set others. Its a hassle!
I used slite and it was easier to add lists etc there.

We are trying to write courses for learners. After completing on notion, we upload them on our platform.
The reviews are also easy due to comments option. The AI tool is also helpful, especially for writing lesson conclusions.

perfect for school or uni students
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is perfect for organising all your school or course notes. It is a super customisable and flexible tool for project management. It is an all-in-one workspace and key for productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Notion is my favourite productivity app, it is not used in schools and workplaces so I have to constantly transfer data from my drive to notion which can often be time-consuming.

Notion allows for easy communication, and accountability and ultimately makes it easier for teams to achieve their goals.

The possibility of adapting the workspace to my specific needs, the templates that to helped me to start quickly, the integration with the AI that allows me to save a lot of time, stay creative and focused.

The beautiful presentation and convenient features in Notion help me organize information very well. Notion AI also helps me a lot in learning English skills

Now the new AI writing feature. I think its the best roundup for the whole service

At the moment I would like just some small tweaks like more fonts, some cute personalisation but nothing more

I organise everything better, I find comfort in using it. Everything feels easier and more organised. I also can store everything there
Awful user experience. Non existent support. Hours wasted to try and make it usable.

There is nothing I like about Notion that isn't better in other platforms in the same category.

The user experience is not intuitive. When trying to implement Notion our team struggled so much to get to grips with the interface that we had to revert back to Asana.
Also, their support is nonexistent. Notion fraudulently took a renewal despite our account being inactive and never agreeing to a paid premium and over 2 months later I am still fighting for my money back. I have had to raise a case with my bank.
Notion claims they treat the case with the 'upmost urgency' but reply once every few weeks without any progress. It's abysmal.

What do you like best about the product?
It really helps me to cut-down on the time required for writing blogs etc. Plus also the outputs are exactly how i wanted. Notion AI has simplified our marketing processes.

Nothing as such. But yes some more usecases around tone etc could be added.

I liked the practicality of composing notes with AI. When I need to have new ideas and I need more creativity, Notion is very useful. I have used it to anticipate meetings at my company.

I don't like a no integration with Microsoft Calendar. That's it.
