What do you like best about the product?
The built-in AI is also very helpful for summarising notes, improving writing, and generating drafts directly inside documents. Because the AI works within the same workspace, it reduces the need to copy content into separate tools. 
Another major benefit is collaboration. Teams can edit documents in real time, leave comments, and organise information in shared databases, which makes it useful for project management and knowledge sharing.

What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that Notion can feel overwhelming for new users, particularly when trying to set up more advanced databases or workflows. The flexibility is powerful, but it can take time to learn how everything works effectively.

Notion helps solve the problem of having information, tasks, and documentation spread across multiple tools by bringing everything into a single workspace. Instead of switching between different apps for notes, project management, and documentation, users can organise everything in one platform. Notion helps me to easily make and store my every notes . And also it is very comfortable to use because of its UI.

I have found that performance on mobile is so less than in desktop.

Effective Agent Creation, But Lags Impact Consistency
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to make proposal outlines and scope features. I really like that it provides an ecosystem where I can leverage Gen AI and documentation, along with creating and automating agents for my day-to-day activities. The easy creation of agents is a big plus for me. I can write in simple language, which Notion then transforms into prompts that are industry standard and appropriate. This feature, along with Notion's good updating feature, helps me keep making these agents better for the right output. The initial setup of Notion was also easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The agents are not behaving the same on the pages as they don't pick the latest changes in real-time. There is a lag. When I update an existing agent and save it, and then run it on any page, it does not give the output based on the latest changes. However, when I run it on the AI chat window or the Agent window itself, it shows the correct result. So, agents are not behaving consistently across the platforms.

Notion provides an ecosystem for leveraging Gen AI and documentation, creating and automating agents for daily tasks. I like the easy creation of agents and its ability to transform simple language into industry-standard prompts, improving outputs with feature updates.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a fantastic virtual work tool that offers the most advanced resources for integrating all your digital work processes, facilitating their management and visualization within a centralized platform that is user friendly and meets all user requirements.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything negative about Notion's virtual work features and capabilities, my user experience has been very favorable and positive and I can recommend using this platform for all types of digital environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to the use of Notion's virtual services and functions, I have managed to improve the organization and management of all my work processes, accessing better virtual work methods that allow me to be a much more productive and useful employee for the professional interests of my business.
Powerful Organization with Steep Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like the AI feature in Notion because it makes everything so easy and helps me utilize the program effectively. The AI answers questions, handles tasks, and simplifies the use of Notion, even though it can be complex at times. This feature does a great job at assisting with Notion's capabilities when I have questions, reacts well to complicated situations, and remembers how I prefer tasks to be done. Also, having all my information in one spot and being able to quickly organize it, like turning meeting notes into pages that can be easily found, is very helpful. I also appreciate being able to turn things into tasks and track what's done and what's not done.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup of Notion is too complicated, even for someone like me who's tech-savvy. While there are templates and things set up in the dashboard, using it at work with more people would require an onboarding agent or someone trained to set it up for those not tech-friendly. It took me several days to get things somewhat fluid, and it's probably too difficult for the average user.

I use Notion to organize all my information in one spot, making it easy to track tasks and meeting notes. It allows me to operate quickly and efficiently by encompassing everything I need.
Effective Meeting Organizer with Room for Transcript Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion specifically for work, and it helps me a lot by recording meetings and transcribing them. I really like Notion's ability to transcribe meetings, which I can reference later on to address client questions. It also aids in refining my day-to-day communications with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say what doesn't always work well is the meeting transcript. If a meeting is postponed, then I have to resume the transcript. Or if I end a meeting, I just say in general that the transcribe isn't always smooth. I have to ensure that I have meeting recorded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to solve complex product questions, refine communications, and reference action items and keynotes from meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Enterprise level functionality for all users. Easy to learn and integral in my day-to-day.

I wish that I was able to integrate email in a way that provides visibility across an organization for CRM purposes.

It helps me keep everything on track and everyone on the same page. I can create custom solutions for my team's workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
This is the way we share information internally inside the organization. I like how easy it is to create new pages, write text fast, and share my ideas internally inside my org.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the AI capabilities were not that expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that we used to have is that we were using Google Drive to share information. There, we lost track of our documents. Notion solves this because all the information is in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Notion's usability and the way it works with my other tools. It also keeps me well organized, so I know what's going on. Notion is much clearer compared to the previous tool I used and enables me to have everything all in one spot. The setup of Notion was relatively easy, even though I've had to tweak it multiple times since then.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure, but the AI agents don't seem to hit the mark yet. I don't have as much success with getting the automation happening there. The Gmail integration isn't as good as it could be.

Notion keeps me well organized, providing managers' templates and helping me know what's going on with my businesses.
