What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion at work for both internal and external docs, and as a personal tool to organize my docs and tasks. I appreciate its user-friendly UI, and that it's heavily used by the rest of the team as well, making it easy to find other resources and collaborate. The initial setup was super easy, and it solves problems with keeping my information and processes aligned and accessible.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion for its search function. It's quick and pulls from all the info we have, making it easy to find information. The initial setup was easy for me and my team.

Extremely intuitive and dead simple to use. I don't need to open up documents.

Maybe less clutter on the left-hand side of the pane.

Powerful AI Features, But Needs Better Integration

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for project and task management as it allows me to sync with note takers and automatically assign and track tasks. I appreciate Notion's AI interface, which is more robust than I imagined and makes it easier to leverage data. I also like that I can query my meeting transcripts and ask for feedback on my priority tasks, which is really beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find interfacing with HubSpot pretty limited, and features that were there seem to have been deprecated. It took me a good while to understand how Notion could be useful. Luckily, I had a coach to support me via a grant. Otherwise, I don't think we would have adopted it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me sync with note takers and track tasks, plus it builds a repository and workflows. The AI interface allows querying transcripts and gathering feedback on priority tasks, making data leverage easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple the interface of Notion is. It also keeps me informed when travel plans change, which is really useful. I appreciate how it keeps track of my stocks, and the initial setup was very easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes the AI hallucinates answers that are not correct or helpful. If I search something that it does not know the answer to, it just generates something that is not helpful instead of saying 'I don't know'.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for finding collateral, marking material, and sales material to send over to clients. It helps me understand onboarding requirements and trainings, providing a good repository of information for me to leverage. I appreciate having an easy one-stop shop for all collateral onboarding material and sales-focused collateral, which is great for presenting. Notion allows for collaboration, updated progress on material, and enables our reps to learn our products better. I like how easy it is to search for collateral, how organized it can be, and how you can have a custom setup based on your company and the layout you’re used to. As a sales rep, I don’t have a ton of time, so being able to search for stuff and have it readily available makes my life a lot easier. It also allows me to request edits and work collaboratively with my marketing team. I like that it's a good tool and sits as an app on my Mac, which is nice because it’s not a browser I always have to keep open. The initial setup of Notion was very quick and simple, and our team was able to pick it up and run with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I always think the searching could be just a little bit more improved. But I just say a little bit more, user friendliness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as a one-stop shop for all collateral, onboarding, and sales materials, enabling collaboration and keeping reps up to date. It keeps materials organized and easy to find, making my life easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the visual aspect of pages and links for the projects panel, which keeps me organized and presents information in a format that's easy for me to understand. I also appreciate how I can quickly scan the callouts and then open them to expand, which is very helpful. Additionally, the initial setup of Notion was very easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it’s hard to know how to bold text and little stuff like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to keep me organized with schedules in a visual format that's easy for me. I like the visual aspect of pages and links for the projects panel and how I can quickly scan callouts and expand them.
