Notion is a great tool for organizing work and personal tasks.

The problem is that Notion does not work offline.

Super usefull!!
What do you like best about the product?
I've found Notion AI to be truly remarkable in my daily use. Its ability to assist me with writing and content creation is impressive. It's like having a ready assistant who understands exactly what I want to do. What I appreciate most is how intuitive it is in generating text, creating document structures, and offering relevant suggestions while I work. The support it provides during use is constant and valuable, making the writing process much more fluid and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, after using it regularly, I haven't found any significant negative aspects to report. Like any AI tool, it has its natural limitations, but in the context of how I use it, it perfectly meets my needs. The experience so far has been completely positive, and the system has always met my expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI solves two main problems: it helps me overcome writer's block and saves me valuable time in content organization. Thanks to its ability to understand context, it quickly transforms my ideas into well-structured documents, making my work much more efficient.

Notion is my secret super power
What do you like best about the product?
That I can manage my entire life in one platform. I've been using for about three years and I fall more in love with it every day. I've tried switching over to other journaling, habit tracking, task management, writing, and file management systems over these past few years as well and always end up coming back to Notion. The other apps often do the one thing better than Notion, but being able to tie everything together in one platform and have a master search for my digitial life is clutch. And having AI help me create content, perform research, and aid in many many automations is...magical.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "Option + click" feature to open pages from your favorites bar to open as a side panel has never worked in the time I've used Notion (Mac app, windows app, or web app). The AI in terms of searching my workspace is still hit or miss. Very inconsistent results and it often times straight up tells me it doesn't have access to the content on the page I "@ mentioned" - really? These are small things and should be a testament to how awesome Notion is because these are literally the only things I can think of that I'd like to see fixed. The automation features are lackign compared to the big players (make & Zapier) but I don't really consider this a negative because it's a new feature is is being very quickly developed so I'm excited about that!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using notion for note-taking, journaling, habit tracking, and task/project managing allows me to keep my life on track better than any digital solution I've ever used.

Notion helps me have an organized project management environment. Further, it helps me keep a knowledge base for my content. The AI features allow for contextual completion based on other database items. I find notion extremely useful in keeping organized.

What do you like best about the product?
As a daily Notion user, I find the AI capabilities incredibly helpful in streamlining my workflow. The AI writing assistant helps me draft content more quickly, refine my writing, and generate creative ideas when I'm stuck. I appreciate how it can adapt its tone and style based on my needs, whether I'm writing professional documentation or casual notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, notion meets all of my needs, I am satisfied.

What do you like best about the product?
I migrated to notion from a different project management software. The ability to organize files into an easy-to-use database fosters collaboration in my company, and reduces the search for information, and missed tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to this notion is the calendar and the reminders for tasks, these features are great, however, they can be better. I want to delegate both without creating a page for a task. I would like it to flow, seamlessly as it is with a regular calendar app.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management and time blocking with the employees, brainstorming, working on the project, and one stop shop for basically all the work.
Simple, quick, better with maths than writing.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI is quick and easy for me. Especially for fixing spelling and grammar, I prefer it over ChatGPT. I appreciate "Make shorter", "Continue writing", "Fix grammar and spelling" the most. There were times I decided to stop paying for Notion AI as I already paid for ChatGPT, but then I re-subscribe because I truly need it. All my writing drafts are there and it is easy to manage, polish, and store with Notion and Notion AI. I also find its calculations and coding pretty good.
What do you dislike about the product?
For better writing, I still use Claude or ChatGPT. I think Notion AI is a bit behind in terms of advanced writing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I store and manage my studies, notes, and plans in Notion. I fix and polish my writing with Notion AI. I find Notion AI more convenient for daily use than ChatGPT, because I don't have to input everything to it. My input is my note page already. I get my life organized in Notion.
Notion AI Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Notion for many many years. Its basically been my companion since I graduated college and have been working in the professional scene. Once Notion AI was released it made my tool of choice way more leveled up. Being able to not only search but have deep contextual search of all of notes and info is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mainly the speed. And other tools like Claude are not only faster but seem more interactive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as my second brain. My current role requires that absorb and apply a lot of information in short amount of time. Having Notion and Notion AI at my disposal helps me stay ahead.
