Excellent Platform
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most of Notion is that you can have your information really well organized and categorized.
Also, with the help of the IA, you can have your articles with an excelent grammar and writing.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the style in which the menu is presented could be improved, since sometimes you get so many depth in the categories tree that can be a bit overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps us to have great knowledge base in the company while at the same time let us to easily write and share articles in order to get quick feedback about them.

I really like that it's possible to use it in a very simple way because it's easy and simple, like taking notes, but at the same time you can grow the way you use it when you start adding pages inside pages and databases, and relations and AI.

As it can get so complex when you start adding information, some times it's difficult to figure out how to use more advance tools like databases and relations between them.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion as a collection of knowledge and information. I like the different templates and the ability to organize information and pages. It's a really powerful tool for working with information, tasks and projects. And I really like that I can customize everything to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the early stages, the wide range of different Notion tools caused me some slight difficulties. Before that, I was using Evernote and Notion seemed more complicated to me. But then I quickly figured out what was what. And I am definitely glad that I chose Notion)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write notes and organize information. It helps me to be more efficient and to overcome the information chaos as well. New AI tools have been a real discovery for me. I save a lot of time writing marketing materials, articles and emails.

I love how easy it is to jot down ideas and then restructure them into something useful. Notion has been life-changing for me since I find it difficult to put my thoughts into words.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much to dislike about Notion. The blank canvas and flexibility can be intimidating. But one thing I want to note is when moving a document from one database to another, it brings new properties for the main database.

Notion helps me with project and knowledge management, as well as many other aspects of my digital life. It's easy to streamline your creative process, from viewing tasks in a calendar format to making collaborative work more efficient.

In creating databases, I find it hard to understand overall despite watching many relevant videos.

What do you like best about the product?
I use notion daily to make notes, structure my to-do lists, and write texts. Love its' cross-platform, fast, and very intuitive, simple yet very powerfull. And the recent Ai update is very useful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I'm lack shortcuts for key functions, including text formatting. And need to be able to export full text from document with a couple of documents with text inside, not just headers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like how it helps me to structure long texts with links and nested documents, i'm able to write more and taking notes is easy across all my devices. And I like all is stored in the cloud and I'm able to find my notes quickly.
Notion, it's simple, I will never be able to do without it again.

Streamlined and minimalist software. Notion AI is a revolution in my work. I constantly use it to write quality emails, complete sentences, and track my projects. It has become an indispensable tool that I can no longer do without.

When using the Notion AI function, Notion does not allow the user to see spelling and grammar mistakes. The project tables are not developed enough to track and complete important projects.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to segment my document by headings and providing links to the section to co-workers.
What do you dislike about the product?
After awhile it can get hard to organize a large number of documents. The search feature helps, but is not always perfect. That's probably more of an "us" problem than it is a Notion problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use Notion to create technical proposals or how-to guides for other team members. The addition of the AI Writing Assistant has been greatly appreciated and utilized. I primarily use it to improve my writing. I've dabble with allowing it to write the paragraphs for me with prompts, but I find it easier to have it improve my writing.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI is incredibly helpful when explaining/generating terms regarding my university work - I have used it for my dissertation and it has been an absolute godsend when trying to gather further research articles, analysing data from questionnaires etc. Honestly, it is just an amazing all rounder AI software
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say isn't fab about Notion, would be that sometimes it doesn't quite understand the question that you are asking - however, having the option to ask it to expand on the answer given to you previously or reiterate what you were asking in order to give you a more formulated and correct answer is fab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is simply amazing for rewriting my assessments, or writing paragraphs as inspiration for my assessments - as it gives me a further and more comprehensive outlook on subjects/and overall ideas for both university assessments and for my job as a content writer - it gives me further insights into subject matters.
