Notion AI: Powerful, Yet Lacks Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the tooling provided by Notion AI, which simplifies getting direct answers to specific questions without searching through a whole database. It makes my job in enablement much easier. I also appreciate the ability to convert databases into task trackers, allowing me to centralize all tasks into a master to-do list.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editor mode feels clunky: Shifting in and out of editor mode could be more seamless. Right now it feels too limited for editing a specific page. Filtering in Notion AI needs more flexibility: I’d like the ability to control filters (e.g., excluding certain pages or elements) without needing backend support. This would make the tool far more practical day to day. Platform intent can be unclear: At times, it’s confusing whether the platform is meant primarily for internal documentation or for project management. Other tools are more explicit in their design intent, which makes them easier to adopt. Some customization features are missing: For example, the ability to add more extensive page customizations, or to insert bullet points directly inside table cells, would make the experience more powerful and flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Notion AI helps me get direct answers quickly, improving my role in enablement without searching an entire database, and I love converting databases into task trackers for a centralized master to-do list.

What do you dislike about the product?
Acceptance across our organization is a challenge, but is getting better everyday you release something new and exciting.

Global search and KB source for all teams.

What do you like best about the product?
It's been the best at streamlining all of our companies resources into one place instead of searching back through email, Slakc messages, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I don't have any issues. It's been straightforward and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my experience, Notion AI has been the best at gathering results from various platforms, making it incredibly quick and easy to find answers or resources.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is extremely useful because it is visually easy to organize and make changes. I really appreciate being able to use databases and connect them to each other to keep my account data organized. It has been incredibly helpful for both my account executive and me, and it has truly set me apart in terms of success compared to the rest of my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think cometimes it is hard to duplicate or modify shared information, I have lost data before because of it.

Sharing and updating account research and knoweldge with my account executive.
Very useful tool but could use more customization
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how it helps me organize my tasks, notes, and projects all in one platform. There are lots of ways to structure and customize pages, and I can integrate external tools easily. It’s very versatile and keeps everything I need in a single place, which makes my workflow much smoother
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, it lacks deeper customization. You can change colors and make basic templates, but I think it could do much more to let users create better, more personal templates. Sometimes I need to watch tutorials to figure out how to do certain things, and the AI features are very limited unless you pay. Small details could also improve, like being able to set a range of dates in a cell instead of just one date. Overall it’s very good, but there’s definitely room for improvement

Notion helps me stay organized and keeps all my notes, tasks, and projects in one place. I can track progress, plan my schedule, and connect different tools, which saves time and reduces confusion. Even with its limitations, it makes managing personal and work projects much easier and more efficient
Great tool for internal documentation
What do you like best about the product?
I really like using it for internal documentation and how easy it is to format and have 1-1 docs.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it is competing with companies like mine who do AI notetaking

I also really enjoy that Notion has AI now that helps me search across already asked slack questions but that isn't always accurate answers.

What I like best about Notion is its flexibility as an all-in-one workspace. It allows me to manage notes, tasks, projects, and databases in a highly customizable way. The clean interface, collaboration features, and ability to adapt to different workflows make it incredibly powerful and easy to use

What I find frustrating about Notion is that it can occasionally become sluggish when working with larger databases or more complex pages. Additionally, its offline functionality leaves room for improvement, and I think the learning curve can be somewhat steep for those who are new to the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how flexible Notion is. With this app, I can take notes, manage projects, build databases, and even organize my personal life—all within a single platform. It truly feels like Notion adapts to my workflow, instead of forcing me to adjust to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the app can feel a bit sluggish when a page contains a lot of content, and offline access is somewhat restricted. I also found that learning to use the advanced features required some trial and error, but once I became familiar with them, the experience was fantastic.

Before I started using Notion, I was constantly switching between different apps—one for taking notes, another for managing tasks, and yet another for handling projects. This often led to things getting lost or becoming disorganized. Notion has resolved this issue by bringing everything together in a single platform. Now, I can take notes, keep track of tasks, manage various projects, and collaborate effortlessly with teammates. It helps me save time, stay organized, and maintain a clear overview of all my work, both personal and professional.
