Simple to Use and Highly Recommendable
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion mostly as a documenting tool where I can keep all the information my future self will need. I like that it doesn't have much noise, the features are very simple, the UI isn't cluttered and I can get to anywhere with just two/three clicks. I don't know about any competitors, but the idea of changing to another product doesn't even cross my mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process of sharing a document could be more obvious, I always get the sense I'm not doing something right when I could just copy and paste the link to someone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is great to create technical documents - templates work very well and I like the level of customization provided. It makes product control way more accessible and discussions easier, since everyone can comment on documents and start talking points.

The pages are quite unstructured sometimes, can be hard to navigate

A knowledge base that is highly customisable by the different teams
I am a chaotic note-taker. With Notion, all my chaos is all in the same place
What do you like best about the product?
I love the side bar showing me all the other projects I have made. I also appreciate being able to drag and drop blocks around. I used to use Google Docs for my writing but now I'm moving everything to Notion!
What do you dislike about the product?
I know there's way more that I can do with Notion, especially seeing other people's pages. It's a bit unclear and overwhelming, but that might be a me (adhd) problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write all the copy for my company, but often I have to do it based on the writing of non-copywriter colleagues. So now I use the "improve writing" and "fix spelling and grammar" tools A LOT. I also appreciate being able to use my own prompts. Oh, and the "summarize" button has been sooo useful!

What do you like best about the product?
It's pretty easy to use. I mainly use it for translations or to rephrase sentences to improve comprehension. It's also a very powerful tool for writing project summaries, for example.
What do you dislike about the product?
The artificial intelligence could be better, as sometimes the answers offered are not up to the level of a ChatGPT, for example. It's also difficult to ask it to rephrase in a different way, or to give more precise indications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The aim is to be more efficient in the creation of our project pages and feedback. Having an integrated translator is also very powerful when dealing with international teams.
Fantastic tool for organisation
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can make so many different pages for different purposes. I'm able to organise my personal to-dos, recipes, lists, and I even have a calendar set up to remind me of birthdays along with gift ideas for that person. It has been invaluable for my work organisation too. I can keep all my meeting notes neatly filed and the templates make it easy to set up for specific meeting types. Notion AI has been brilliant for my note taking. It helps summarise what I want to say when writing copy or emails and I love the 'Find Actions' feature which helps to build my to-do lists based on my meeting notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is quite steep in many ways and it can take a while to get your Notion space set up the way you want it. It took a while for me to get my head around databases and how to use them in the most effective way for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me to keep all my notes organised and categorised. I'm often working across several project symultaneously so it was always a nightmare trying to find my notes for a specific project using my old note-taking methods. Notion AI is also super useful for helping me to word things in the best way and for pulling actions out of documents and meeting minutes.

It's easy to use. The features are also very flexible according to our needs.

Sometimes I encounter access problems in embedding images or files.

Monitoring priority items for action. This allows me to manage the team tasks better.

What do you like best about the product?
That the look and feel is so clean, intuitive and minimalistic. It is easy to understand and and its one of the few tools i really enjoy using on a daily basis. Well done!
What do you dislike about the product?
The one and only thing I do not like is that it can take up so much time to load. Especially if you share a complex page with many team members, it still takes up to much time to work effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to stay organized and focused. It also is a gamechanger for finding files, writing (thanks to the AI writing Assistent!) and managing tasks for a whole team. Notion improves my daily work life!
