So handy that all info is in a shareable view in the cloud - great for team updates
What do you dislike about the product?
the laptop version is a lot easier to use than the mobile phone app, which does not have as many features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a workspace that is shareable for editing and constant updating of team news

Notion grows with you.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the AI integration for Notion really cool for searching company resources. It is not always 100% perfect, however, it does help navigate to where I can find specific information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Regular search and navigation is hit or miss and complex. It's not intuitive or user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me to navigate resources within my company about products/guidelines and policies.

Integrates with my tech stack

  • September 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a tool that integrates seamlessly within my tech stack. It is a great resource center for organizing across different teams, being able to drive project plans, and really store historical information without it being overbearing to maintain. Notion has truly made our team's collaboration stronger.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it hard to believe that Notion does not integrate with Zendesk in a way that I can see Notion articles, Notion pages within Zendesk. It's a one-way integration when I would expect it to be two-fold.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a fully global remote workforce, Notion brings us together. It keeps us in the same space and it keeps us organized. In a world where people have different preferences for tooling and documentation, Notion is one that can appeal to many.

Easy to access already known information

  • September 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's been really helpful if I have a question to search if someone has already asked it and it has been answered in the past. I've had several questions that I've had and have been able to find the answers easier and quicker to be able to excel in my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes me a minute to scroll through the possible answers and find the one I need but usually I can find it eventually if it's there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usually it's a question that I have that I can find via notion on slack or google drive that my company has already answered in the past. It makes it easy to access all of our information.

Notion turned onboarding chaos into a searchable playbook

  • September 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion shines as a living knowledge base. Pages, databases, and backlinks make it easy to move from a “What is X?” page to the SOPs, owners, and related decisions in seconds. The global search and inline databases mean onboarding checklists, team wikis, and decision logs all live in one place—no more hunting through Slack or scattered docs. I also love page history and comments for context; seeing who changed what and why helped me trust the documentation quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Permissions and structure can get messy as spaces grow. If teams don’t agree on naming and templates, you end up with duplicate pages and stale info. Search can surface older versions unless you standardize tags/properties. Offline access is better than it used to be, but still not something I rely on for heavy work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I joined a new company and needed context about systems, acronyms, roadmaps, etc. Notion gave me a searchable, interlinked playbook: a glossary table linked to architecture docs, SOPs tied to owners, and meeting notes connected to decisions. That consolidation reduced back-and-forth pings, cut my ramp-up time, and let me contribute meaningfully within my first weeks instead of piecing together tribal knowledge.

an ADHD feels organised while using notion

  • September 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
This is the most customizable all-in-one software I have used, allowing me to create my own tools tailored to my needs. I especially appreciate the flexibility of the database and formula functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to note-taking, having support for math formulas is really important to me. I know that Notion pages already support markdown formatting, but if we could also enter math using something like

$$
{some latex syntax here}
$$

it would make Notion feel much more like an all-in-one software solution for my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
project organization

Great experience, used daily at work

  • September 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Super helpful to organize the team around goals and also personally for tracking my projects and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike, there aren't any things that I can think can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing the information of the organization into one single portal. In the past we were using Google Drive and it was a mess to navigate to the proper information. Also, personally I used it for tracking my goals and tasks.

Project Management

  • September 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to be flexible and create databases from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be very complicated for new users and the learning curve is still high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving project management and knowledge base for us.

It’s good that we can use Notion as a one stop shop for everything

Best software for integrated writing/ learning!

  • September 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ways in which the software allows the user to link seamlessly between pages and embed content allows a seamless solution, solving issues otherwise requiring a range of software!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some confusion around what is included in Notion AI features from the outset, but the features are constantly responding to feedback and improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamless integration of other softwares.
