What do you like best about the product?
In browser note taking is very helpful also you can publish the notes as a website which is the most efficient of sharing your work. I used to work on onenote but it's a significant improvement in comparison. With code embedding and AI features i don't I'll change my note taking app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Page navigation is a real tiring issue. I wish there's a better way to move through related concepts pages . The nested structure is what bugs me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps organise my work into pages . Helps in note taking during a call on the browser. The AI part helps in accurate retrieval from the knowledge base and sharing notes across teams is real easy .

Its dedicated AI assistant make work easier and efficient. It ability to integrate with other platforms makes this platform more powerful.

I love most part of this platform but i wish that the loading is a little bit faster than it currently is. The existence of the Android version is good but it is not as efficient as the Web version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its features have avoided users like me from toggling from one app to other to do the same amount of work. It make me more efficient and productive.

From Notes to Projects – All in One Place

  • September 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Notion is how flexible it is while still being easy to use. Setting it up didn’t take much effort, and I was able to create pages and workflows that fit my needs right away. I use it almost daily, whether it’s for quick notes or managing bigger projects, and the wide range of features makes it feel like several tools combined into one.
It also integrates smoothly with other apps I use, which saves me from switching back and forth. I haven’t needed customer support often, but the help articles and community resources have been enough to answer my questions when I was learning. Overall, it’s been simple to adopt and keeps getting better the more I use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback for me is the learning curve in the beginning. Since it offers so many features, it can feel a little overwhelming until you figure out your setup. Also, when working with very large pages or heavy databases, it can sometimes feel a bit slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me bring everything into one place instead of juggling between multiple apps for notes, tasks, and project tracking. Earlier, I used separate tools for to-do lists, documentation, and planning, which made things messy and hard to manage. With Notion, I can organize all of that in a single workspace, which saves time and keeps me more focused. The flexibility to design my own setup means I can shape it around how I actually work, and that’s been a big benefit for staying consistent and organized.

Best document management alternative with great customisation

  • September 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Customisation: i love the way of possibilities we can customise content in notion compared to google sheets or MS word. I built my portfolio, website content etc in nation and shared with my team easily.

Databases: i manage all my personal and work related documents in a very structured manner, sharable, easier accessible and customisable. I feel it like the combination of MS excel and MS word.

Platform accessibility: i can access notion from phone, pc, office desktop simply by logging in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Shared Document editing : I need to publish the document everytime i share it to someone. Which is not editable for a person without notion account. ( im expecting atleast commenting options to document)

Also this is not an issue if we are using teams plan of notion

Content Formatting : limited options to format text ( like font size, font colour, borders, highlighting options etc) word will have better formatting options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can manage all work and personal content documents at single place.

I used to send website content to my digital marketing team in MS word but everytime they need lot of corrections from the content placements and design.
Notion helped me design almost exact style of website content placement, alignment with relavant colours and pictures.

Now im completing website design with 2 or 3 times of changes which used to take more than 5 times to explain the team about formatting when we used MS word.

Actually because of notion, my product website almost adapted to notion style:p

Other features like databases, sycing between devices really changed my work process with content management.

Notion: A Feature-Rich Tool with Room for Offline Improvement

  • September 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Notion's ability to organize information neatly, like a smart notebook, which keeps my data well-managed. I enjoy creating pages within pages and the unlimited storage it offers. The seamless database connection is incredibly useful, and I find the calendar integration ideal for scheduling my day effectively. Its features and effectiveness make it a valuable tool for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Notion not very beginner-friendly. Initially, I faced challenges in understanding and using it effectively, which required me to refer to YouTube tutorials to get a basic understanding. Also, the lack of offline integration is a downside for me, as it limits the usability of some tools when I'm not connected to the internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize my data, manage schedules, and set reminders, acting as a smart notebook for all my needs.

My thoughts on Notion

  • September 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion doesn't force me into a specific workflow. I've built a project tracker, a personal reading list, and a content calendar, all linked together. It’s like a box of Legos for organizing my brain.

The interface is clean and aesthetically pleasing. It's so much more fun to organize my work here than in a drab spreadsheet or a clunky task manager. I can customize pages with icons and covers, which makes it feel personal.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is probably my biggest complaint. When I'm on a plane or have a poor internet connection, I can't access or update my notes. For a tool meant to be my "second brain," this is a huge drawback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to consolidate a lot of my tools into one. No more jumping between a note app, a task manager, and a wiki. It all lives in Notion, which saves me a lot of mental energy.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and customization with rooting in a structure, powerful databases, AI that does a good job of referencing your notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price has crept up and up and is approaching unsustainable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is a substitute for several other apps, including note taking, file management, structured databasing, todolisting and project management, and more than I can come up with here!
