Ultimate Flexibility and Seamless Organization in One Workspace

  • December 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is its flexibility—it adapts to how you think and work rather than forcing you into a rigid system. You can use it as a simple notes app or build powerful databases for projects, tasks, and knowledge, all in one clean, distraction-free workspace. The way everything links together makes organizing ideas feel natural, and it scales smoothly from personal use to team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about **Notion** is that its flexibility can become a drawback—because it can do so much, it’s easy to overcomplicate setups or spend too much time tweaking systems instead of actually working. Performance can slow down with large or complex databases, and offline support is still limited, which makes it less reliable without an internet connection. There’s also a learning curve for advanced features, so new users may feel overwhelmed before they see its full value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform addresses the issue of fragmented tools by combining notes, tasks, databases, and documentation within a single, unified workspace. Rather than constantly switching between different applications, I can keep everything in one connected system, which helps minimize mental effort and reduces the need for context switching. As a result, it becomes much easier for me to organize, locate, and reuse information, and I can adapt my workflows over time without having to rebuild them from the ground up.

Flexible and Intuitive, But a Steep Learning Curve

  • December 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of Notion. The ability to create custom pages, databases, and templates makes it easy to organize notes, tasks, and information exactly the way I need. These features let me structure information in a way that fits my workflow. I can track tasks, store notes, and update documents all in one place, which reduces context switching and keeps everything organized. Once familiar, it becomes very intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial learning curve can be a bit steep, and performance can slow down when working with large or complex pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps centralize notes, tasks, and documentation, reducing clutter and improving organization. It makes information easy to find and update, reducing context switching and keeping everything structured.

Customizable CRM & Project Management Powerhouse

  • December 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Notion allows me to build a custom program specifically designed for my business. It's really helpful because there's no software tailored exactly to my needs, so the customization in Notion is a big plus for me. The initial setup was also very easy, as we just slowly transferred data. I also appreciate that it bridges the gap between lead to client to project, which is essential for CRM and project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Notion had more design options like different fonts, colors, and style callouts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion bridges the gap between leads, clients, and projects. It allows me to customize a program specifically designed for my business.

  • December 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can customize Notion to my liking, personalizing it so it works for me. Notion serves as a digital planner for me, allowing me to create my own planner without wasted space. It's also great that Notion keeps everything organized and customizable. The initial setup was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to spend more time learning about creating tables and graphs. I just haven't had the patience with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to track my CRM and books read and to be read or bought, keeping everything in one place. It's organized, customizable, and acts as a digital planner. I add photos from Canva, which enhances my organization.

Fluid Workflows with Room for Improvement

  • December 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fluidity to change the views and connect everything together with ease in Notion. I don't have to spend time creating multiple views because I can use Notion to create one view and ask the Notion AI to create the rest. The initial setup of Notion was fairly simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Notion could be improved on things like importing an Excel spreadsheet and also exporting one. Additionally, using Notion on the iPad would be better if you could actually integrate the use of the Apple Pencil to write manually and not just type. Improving your AI capabilities and understanding would also be beneficial. It would be nice if it integrated into Monday.com easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for organizing complex details of event production with fluidity, connecting everything together easily. I don't need multiple views since Notion AI can create them from one view, saving me time.

AI-Powered Workflows with Notion

  • December 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the AI assistant in Notion. It's kind of my go-to for surfacing things quickly that I've noted down somewhere and might forget. I just ask the AI assistant, and it helps bring everything to the surface promptly. It's been a game changer for my workflows. Notion has replaced several apps for me and is super helpful in managing both my work and personal tasks. It's like consolidating to-do lists and project management tools all into one place. I enjoy having it as a general knowledge base for everything in life and love how it simplifies day-to-day problems. It's also integrated with other tools I use, making it a central hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's a lot of templates that are available. Sometimes it's too broad. The one thing I did like about Asana, right, is it's, like, it's purely project management. Whereas Notion, you kinda have to do a little bit more building. You kinda have to customize it. Sometimes I can kind of get into a little bit of analysis paralysis when setting up some of the things. There's a great amount of templates, but sometimes my brain just really has to dive into the template and understand how it works before I can make sense of how to actually move forward turning it into something I can use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion collapses multiple apps into one, like task lists and project management tools. It's a knowledge base, helps manage chores with my kids, and simplifies day-to-day tasks. At work, it transcribes meetings, creates tasks, and serves as my second brain.
