Notion's flexibility and versatility in organizing information, both for personal and team use. The ability to create customizable databases, pages, and templates makes it a powerful tool for project management, note-taking, and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a somewhat steep learning curve to use the platform to it's full potential. More guided tutorials would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an HR professional, I find that Notion's AI has significantly improved the quality of my emails. It's natural language processing capabilities help me craft more compelling and persuasive messages that resonate with my employees while saving myself lots of time.

The fact that you can do eveything a note-taking app can do and waaay more, is amazing. The way you can organize everything is just perfect.

Actually there is nothing to dislike, there might be some stuff that I would like to be able to do but it's purely personal and doesn't affect anyone at all I'm sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The way I can organize all my information with the AI writing assistant and even ask it to provide me with i formation I don't have and many other things.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple, easy to use, and pragmatic. The block systems work pretty well for technical documentation. Additionally, we can integrate with databases and more complex structures, allowing for a better understanding of how we can collect and manage information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to enhance document navigation and gain a better understanding of the knowledge contained within each document. Additionally, I would like to be able to use voice commands to register and transcribe information, as well as to read it aloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collect technical information, hold asynchronous discussions with the team, raise awareness through documentation, seek alignment, and share updates, outcomes, and documentation created by the team.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI feature so much! It is helping me create at a much more organized and efficient speed. My projects are coming together with more ease than before.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that is a bit bothersome is that the AI feature struggles with creating content that is too long. I've had a few instances where it will make the content crash when inserting it into the page is time. This is a new feature, and imagine that the bugs will be worked out over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing content into meeting notes, task list, agendas, assigning projects to fellow team members, managing projects and programs, etc... Overall, it keeps our small team more efficient and organized. We can see and track everything with more visibility and ease.
More elegant than a notes app, and more more intuitive than a Word Processor
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to style and customize my notes easily to get the right feel and layout. One thing I noticed that I adore is when I ask the Notion AI to write, I can see that previous stuff I've written is being taken into account!
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI is not as well trained in writing or tone of voice as the Grammarly Go AI. When I compare Notion AI to Chat GPT, it is Chat GPT within Notion. While that's ok, since I already pay for Chat GPT, why should I pay for Notion AI?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me to keep a running track of tasks I work on and accomplish; it also helps me plan for the future with handy layouts to guide my writing. I work remotely and have found Notion to be an invaluable tool for generating weekly reports and keeping track of my accomplishments over time.

AI is kinda dumb. It does not answer questions very well. Does not use external search as well as ChatGPT. Offers no value thus far.

Nothing, I would be lost without it. It works everytime.

The ability to do both word processing and databasing in the same platform is ideal for the diversity of job functions I have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a track change function; that the databases could also function as spreadsheets; and that the sharing permissions were more effective.

Notion helps me with tracking project management, including tracking my tasks and notes; with creating databases for tracking the progress of different responsibilities; and with writing clearly and concisely.

I would love to see new formats for folder hierarchy and a better app. I feel like Notion's full potential is only achieveed by using it through chrom. I would love a better writing toolset.
