Amazing in a company-wide way to work.

What do you like best about the product?
All company-structure in 1 place. Easy drafs to create and share, private pages, ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI could be improved. Improve the documents in the workspace to use AI with (to search etc) - it's not bad, it just could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All company documents in one place. We use it for almost everything. The search tool is amazing.

I like how easy it is to track everything
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's hard to turn text into charts or a drop down list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do all of my project tracking and note taking in notion

The most productive tool, Notion.

What do you like best about the product?
I use the habit tracker and do my journal in Notion primarily. They work the best as I expect it to be. Ability to share anything you have in Notion to your family, friends and colleagues.
Also the AI assistant works great and I stopped using Google calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
The plethora of features are great for any user but sometimes it burdens us. When you paste a link you get overwhelmed with the option to choose from and without that you can't continue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What it does is that it eliminates the need of different products to be used. As it a complete package of all one business or organization would need. I tend to use it whenever I get a thought or idea to note, that I would not forget.

Notion – More Than a Note-Taking App for Doctors in Training

  • September 15, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As a postgraduate medical student, I was juggling thesis work, daily presentations, and endless clinical notes. I shifted to Notion because it brings everything into one organized space—notes, tasks, references, and even shared study plans with peers.

Unlike basic note apps, Notion’s flexibility lets me create structured databases for my research, quick checklists for ward work, and clean pages for lecture notes. It feels less like just a note-taking app and more like a personal workspace that adapts to my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is incredibly flexible, but it can feel overwhelming at first—the setup takes time, and it doesn’t work smoothly offline, which can be frustrating during hospital hours with poor connectivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me keep my thesis work, lecture notes, and daily tasks organized in one place, reducing the chaos of juggling multiple apps and making studying and clinical work more efficient.

Flexible all-in-one workspace for teams

  • September 14, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Customizable databases, templates, and page linking let us build project trackers, SOPs, and knowledge bases that scale across teams; collaborative editing and comments are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Advanced features have a learning curve setting up relations and rollups takes time. Mobile app and very large pages can be sluggish occasionally, and performance can dip with extremely large databases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to juggle multiple tools for docs, tasks, and notes, which got messy fast. With Notion, everything’s in one place, so it’s easier to stay organized and track progress. It also makes onboarding new teammates way smoother since they can quickly find what they need on their own.

Notion has made my Book Series building and writing so much better

  • September 13, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use and how customizable it is. It's a huge step up from what I was using before, being various free Google stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of any dislikes, just wish there was an easy way to have Notion auto-link things. My Book Series building and writing, for instance, would benefit greatly if Notion would auto-link my characters' names to their respective character sheets and what not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving so many things, from my Book Series' Timeline, Character Sheets, Family Trees, Power Orginization, Group Organization, and more! It solved so many things that I simply couldn't do all in one place anywhere else I looked.

Very good for managing my company task flow.

What do you like best about the product?
I basically use notion for two things journal and task management.
The task management dashboard that I make can have multiple features by categories who will be working on them what will be the deadlines the status progress and many more dependencies and all of them combined together make it so handy that I small level business can make a use of it also for personal development and uses I use journal part of the application also there are certain other features which I don't use on top of that quick note is also good.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike about notion because it is a fully featured application which I need there is not something which is not available in the notion. I am still using the free version so there are some limitation like you get unlimited file uploads and you can invite multiple guests, maybe in hundreds and the paid version of the nation. But still for my task the free version is more than enough
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The task management is the major problem that I am solving by using motion I can assigned different task to my teammates and get the status is on them

A powerful all-in-one workspace, with room to grow

  • September 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion has been central to how I manage both research and project workflows. The Knowledge Management features allow me to consolidate protocols, experimental notes, and references in one searchable hub, which has reduced redundancy and improved collaboration. The AI Writing Assistant helps streamline drafting summaries and reformatting text, though it still requires careful review for technical accuracy.

Where Notion shines is in Enterprise Search—it saves significant time by surfacing relevant content across workspaces. However, for highly specialized data (e.g., structured scientific results), integration and formatting can still feel limited.

Overall, Notion is a versatile tool that adapts well to diverse workflows. It’s not perfect, but it continues to improve, and for teams juggling knowledge silos, it’s a major productivity booster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion can become overwhelmingly complex once a workspace scales—too many nested databases and links can turn into information sprawl without careful governance. The AI Writing Assistant is helpful for quick drafting, but it struggles with domain-specific or technical content, so I always need to fact-check. Offline support is still limited, which makes it hard to work reliably without internet. Finally, while integrations exist, some are shallow compared to dedicated tools, which means extra manual steps when trying to connect scientific or analytics pipelines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me consolidate scattered knowledge into one central workspace. Instead of juggling documents, spreadsheets, and notes across multiple platforms, I can structure everything in one place—research notes, project timelines, task tracking, and collaborative documents.

The AI Writing Assistant reduces the friction of drafting and reformatting, especially for summaries and reports that need quick iteration. The Knowledge Management tools allow me to build a living repository of methods, results, and references, which improves collaboration with teammates. And with Enterprise Search, I can locate information across databases in seconds, saving hours I used to spend digging through folders or emails.

In short, Notion reduces redundancy, accelerates decision-making, and helps me focus more time on actual work instead of managing information chaos.
That said, I do wish the mail and calendar products were fully integrated with the main Notion app—having them natively connected would make it much easier to streamline scheduling, communication, and project tracking in one environment.

Excellent all-in-one workspace for executive support and team coordination

  • September 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion's flexibility allows me to create custom databases for tracking executive calendars, meeting notes, project status, and client information all in one place. The template system streamlines recurring administrative tasks, making everything more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Loading times can be slow with large databases, and the mobile app lacks some advanced formatting features needed for quick updates on-the-go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion consolidates executive schedules, meeting notes, project planning, and knowledge bases into a single platform. It streamlines administrative coordination, eliminates scattered documentation, and improves team transparency and access to essential resources.
