It's ability to be fast and effective and relatively simple and easy to use

To be honest the only downside to its AI is that it can't handle too big of files.

I think that the ramp-up to getting the whole Notion experience is too steep, and you need a lot of time to use it the best way possible

We're documenting our processes and building an internal wiki to keep all the information public for the company. AI assistance is the perfect tool when you have an idea of what you want to communicate but are unsure how to write it.
Easy, clear and lots of opportunities
What do you like best about the product?
I like how notion takes your ideas and helps you improve them. The suggestions are clear, and the wording is perfect, it doesn't sound robotic compared to other AI I used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think and area of improvement its language detection. For my work I sometimes have to go in between English and Spanish in different notion pages but it has happened that I'm asking for something in spanish and the AI sends me the options in english wich is quite unfortunate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is helping me a lot on how to organice my ideas; most of the time there's always a lot of things I have to organice and put together; this process took me hours and a lot of thinking. With notion Ai, this task is just much simple, it gives me a couple of ideas based on what I write an then I can have a more structured base to start working with

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the possibility to create beautiful and professional looking pages. The ability to use databases and link pages between different ones opens up endless possibilities.The AI feature also helps a lot, including for searching.
What do you dislike about the product?
Two issues:
- no offline feature, creating difficulty when network not available

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My primary use case is for my organisation. Beyond being an excellent note-taking app, the block structure and databases enable me to create highly customised pages for various needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI for writing, research, and so much more. I like that it is so clean and simple. It's distraction free and easy to use. Things are done quickly once you get the hang of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the notion AI feature is unavalable for some reason. unfortunately it happens at the most inoportune times. I wish service would be more reliable. or at least to get a bit more information about the error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
managing all the information and documents I generate and making them accesible long term. Also it helps me create educational content that I can easily share with anyone.

I love that Notion offers flexibility to use it in any style I need, I use it for my personal life, projects, work, diet planning, and many other things.

I wish the table function was a little different. I would like to be able to use some Excel functions in a table in Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI function has been great in aiding me with brainstorming essay topics, finding resources, and questions to look into. I will say that it does not always use all information from a page, and sometimes will supplement other information, and the resources it finds are not always the newest.

During my school works, it has help me a lot in the organizing of them. Has given me ideas of what a good job is and how I can improve it

The organizing space of my different school projects. It has help me in the efficiency of my homeworks.
Good, but can be improved!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there's no limit to the input allowed for running against Notion AI. I also like that I can select text and run AI against that too. It's really convenient and easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the AI function will error out and not give me any output. Or it won't run AI against a prompt or selected text. It's getty pretty clunky and slow sometimes too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving me insight and helping me come-up with ideas and specific answers to my problems. I also use it for brainstorming new ideas that I would like to pursue and try.
