As for drawbacks, Notion lacks some built-in functionalities that allow referencing specific database parameters. It is limited to referencing databases and pages only. The AI integration is also handy, but like other programs that integrate AI, it relies on ChatGPT version 3.5. Upgrading to version 4.0 would be highly beneficial.

Easy to read at a glance! The different colored tabs help, as well as the different views for different kinds of projects. Unless with excel or google sheets, notion makes it much more user friendly with the same data power

This is tough. It's a bit hard to use for those who struggle with tech (aka all my boomer coworkers). I don't think it's something that notion can control though

Memberships and billings I feel like it is a bit tricky, if I add several persons to my home space is way too expensive and I cannot share my credentials just to have someone in my team
