How did I manage before?

  • August 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The AI assistant! It provides ideas, codes well and corrects my English. I use it every day.

Notion is on my laptop, desktop and mobile. I use it to blog, as a diary and for those fiddly bits of programming. I can keep track of all my interests, important dates and facts as well as being able to find them again. It beats bits of paper and randomly stored text.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve. However, there are some excellent videos on YouTube.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of things is REALLY helpful. It allows me to backtrack ideas to see how I got to this point. I am not using this for business (except my little website) , but to keep track of writing, etc.

Decent enough. It lets me do me while I'm getting the job done.

What do you like best about the product?
I most like in Notion its flexibility. Notion does not dictate rigid notions of project management to me. Rather, it lets me create workflows the way that I want. I can start with a blank page and easily turn it into a sprint board, a documentation hub, or a personal task list. The ability to link databases, switch between views (table, board, calendar, list), and insert nearly any type of content means that I'm never limited to how I arrange information.

For my tech work, this kind of flexibility has been priceless — I can create specialized dashboards that consolidate tasks, deadlines, and documentation into one place, which minimizes context switching. It doesn't feel like I'm trying to adapt my systems to fit someone else's as much, but rather like I'm creating a tool that is custom-made for my team and me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only significant downside to Notion is that it has a learning curve. Because it's just so flexible, at first, it can be daunting to build the right configuration — especially in comparison to more minimalist task apps. I also discovered that performance slows down if you're working with very, very large databases or content-heavy pages, which is frustrating in a fast-paced work environment. Lastly, while Notion has made progress with offline access, it still isn’t as seamless as I’d like, which can be inconvenient when working without stable internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me to get rid of tool clutter and unorganized data. Beforehand, I had separate apps for documentation, project management, and note-taking, which used to translate into context switching and lost time most of the time. Because all of them now are in one single workspace in Notion, I can switch from viewing meeting notes to editing a sprint board to looking at a project roadmap without ever leaving the app.

It also removes the issue of information silos in my team. Through creating common databases and linked documentation, the same source of truth is accessible to everyone in the team, wiping out repetitive questions, unnecessary meetings, and miscommunication.

My return has been tremendous: I spend less time operating in one system, my projects stay more tidied up, and my team operates with more clarity and harmony. When priorities are shifting quickly in a technology domain, the capacity to have that amount of transparency and adaptability has been genuine differentiator.

Notion - Best Productivity and Management tool for handling daily workflows for college students

  • August 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely flexible — it allows me to create pages, databases, and templates for almost anything (notes, tasks, projects, personal goals).

Clean and minimal interface makes it easy to stay focused while working.

Great collaboration features — sharing pages and working in real-time with teammates is smooth.

Powerful templates and community resources save a lot of time.

Integration with other tools (Slack, Google Drive, etc.) makes workflows more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can feel overwhelming for new users because of too many features and customization options.

Performance sometimes slows down when handling very large databases or heavy pages.

Offline support is limited — full functionality isn’t always available without the internet.

Mobile app experience is not as smooth as desktop; editing large pages can be a bit clunky.

Occasional syncing delays across devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is taking my Coding note-making process way faster and efficient as before traditional notebook copy. It has many features to add images, banner, emojis, titles , different fonts which makes my notes more fun and remarkable.

I can even access the notion through my mobile app which has synced booklets to view it more anywhere.

My favorite tool to stay organized

  • August 20, 2025

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how flexible it is. You can create pages for almost anything, from tasks and notes to databases and even full projects. The design is clean and it makes me feel more motivated to keep things organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels a bit slow when pages are too heavy or full of databases. Also, if you are new, it can look overwhelming at the start because it has so many features. But once you get used to it, it becomes much easier and worth the learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best part is that I can keep all my work in one single place. Before I had docs here, tasks there, and notes in other apps… now I just open Notion and everything is connected. It’s also great that you can customize it the way you want, with templates or building your own systems. I use it for personal things and also for business, and it works well for both. It also syncs really well between my laptop and phone, so I can check or edit stuff on the go.

Notion transformed our way of work

  • August 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Notion is how flexible it is. We were able to replace scattered docs, task trackers, and wikis with one central hub that everyone uses daily. Its clean interface and drag-and-drop blocks make it easy to implement and adopt across the team. We’ve built dashboards for projects, meeting notes, OKRs, and a knowledge base—all fully customizable without needing IT support. The relational databases and templates save us hours every week, and having everything searchable in one place has significantly improved collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest challenge is performance when working with very large databases—sometimes they can feel slow to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving the problem of fragmented information and misaligned workflows. Before, we had documents in Google Drive, tasks in separate tools, and meeting notes scattered across emails and chats. Now everything lives in one organized, searchable workspace. This has reduced duplication of work, made collaboration much smoother, and given our team a single source of truth. As a result, we make decisions faster, onboarding new team members is easier, and overall productivity has increased significantly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to choose for what users we can connect AI as not all the users are utilizing it.
Flexible view permissions for the views of the databases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Knowledge base.
- Product experience cycle tracking.

  • August 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The transition was smooth, The AI is not perfect but works better than expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI hallucinates at times when answering. It is better to say that sufficient information is not available to answer ord to mention that the information provide is not verified rather than outright giving incorrect response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
able to one stop spot for acting as knowledge base, note taker, meeting assistant and AI for reference.

A powerful work tool for anyone

  • August 18, 2025

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Notion for 5 years at work and 3 years at home. It's my second brain, project tracker, meeting notes, notebook, and knowledge management. It is so easy to build complex databases and automations, and Notion AI is such a help every day for creating pages and simplifying repetitive tasks. I have tried other tools, but I keep coming back to Notion because it checks all the boxes a tool.

Every time I connect with customer support, they are always ready to help and give great options, plus they are always willing to take feedback and I've even seen some of my requests become a part of their products!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see some more automation features, and the ability to create multiple pages from Notion AI rather than a single page or database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management, content management, note-taking, internal wiki, databases,

Efficiency all in one place!

  • August 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
You can create lots of administrative things, such as Wikis, templates, complex projects, tasks, requests, tables, and more. It has everything I need to do my job, create projects, collaborate with peers, and file important organizational documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface image is a bit too plain and pale. The AI tool could be more advanced. I would love to have built-in spreadsheets. It needs an article or instructions on how to give full access to other members in the organization so they can share pages with other members. I had to discover this myself, as I was not able to find clear and EASY instructions. I would love to have a more personalized Customer Service! Someone I can talk to in person over the phone (a human agent) would benefit our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To keep project documentation, record filing, project creation, and management. I can have my files saved in one place as I'm managing administrative projects.
