Versatile Documentation Tool with Some Searchability Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion for its ability to handle any kind of documentation that needs to be shared. It's a much better version compared to Google Docs because it's easy to navigate, and you can create structured documentations. I appreciate the use of different emojis and the structure it allows. Also, getting a PRD created by ChatGPT and directly copying and pasting it into Notion without losing the structure is really helpful. These features, along with its ease of search, are valuable to me. Plus, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's very difficult to find a documentation that I create. The searchability on Notion is still a little bit difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me create structured documentation and PR leads to be shared across my team easily.
Easily Navigable Databases That Keep Our Teams Organized
What do you like best about the product?
Create easily navigable database of information for my teams as well as for individual use
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the creation is not intuiative, especially when building database structure. Even when I look at an existing page that I want to create something similar I often find it difficult to reverse engineer it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me a central place to store thoughts, processes, plans etc for my team and the wider business
AI-Driven Efficiency, Needs Better Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the AI tools in Notion that help us transcribe our meetings and accurately keep track of people's actions. We love the databases in Notion and how they allow us to create management systems for almost any process in our business. The new AI agents feature is excellent and can automatically carry out tasks, saving our team time and making us more productive. The flexibility of these tools is great because we can customize them to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We'd love it if the integrations were a little better. Things like being restricted just to Google Calendar and Gmail is frustrating. So Microsoft integrations and also, a simple process to build our own integrations would be excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for accurately recording meetings, tracking actions, and planning dev sprints. The AI tools and database features save us time and enhance productivity.
Centralized Hub with Excellent Search, Privacy Needs Work
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the search filter is in Notion. The search feature uses their AI to scan documents and pull the most relevant info, so even when I don't know what I'm looking for, it gives me something good. Also, Notion provides one central location to access everything, which is great for storing all of my company's main internal information and handbooks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find privacy and access to be an issue. There are times when I have permission to access an item, but when I try to open it, I get redirected to a URL and then it tells me I don't have access.

Notion provides one central location to access everything. I like how easy the search filter is; it uses their AI to scan documents and pull the most relevant info, even when I'm unsure what I'm looking for.
My Favorite Note-Taking App—Flexible Formatting and Easy Document Creation
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of creating new documents and how well you can format them. There are so many options available, which makes it really flexible for different uses. It's honestly my favorite note taking app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing I’m still wishing for is stronger protection against accidental edits. I’d really like a feature that lets you lock pages so they can’t be edited unless you intentionally press a button to unlock them. That would give me more peace of mind when I’m working with important documents—especially ones I’ve spent time organizing and formatting exactly the way I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving the challenge of having all my information scattered across different apps and tools. Instead of juggling multiple note-taking apps, databases, and organizational systems, I can keep everything in one centralized knowledge base.

Intuitive and Centralized for Large Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use Notion, how intuitive it is, and the fact that the whole team can work on this tool collaboratively. Additionally, the tool solves organization by allowing everything to be well-structured and ordered, making team organization quite simple. Notion also has a very simple way of functioning and allows me to be quite organized. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
No, probably the only times I've thought about leaving Notion is because maybe Jira offers me a similar tool, which is integrated with our entire development stack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves organization, allows everything to be well structured and ordered, and facilitates team organization. It has a simple way of functioning, which allows me to have quite a bit of order.

Flexible Options, But Needs More predefined Templates and Better Firefox Speed
What do you like best about the product?
Customization is a strong point. When someone who knows Notion sets up the structures to work with, it becomes an easy tool to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many choices for how to do anything especially from start. I’d prefer more design templates to help guide the process. Also, the responsiveness and speed in Firefox seem much worse than for colleagues who use Chrome.
