Go-To Tool for Organization - Notion
What do you like best about the product?
From an ease of use standpoint, it's incredibly intuitive — you don’t need a technical background to get started. The drag-and-drop interface, keyboard shortcuts, and clean design make it easy to organize information the way you want. It’s flexible enough for power users but accessible for beginners too.
In terms of ease of implementation, setting up Notion for our team was straightforward. We were able to import existing documents, build custom templates, and onboard new team members without needing a formal training session. The learning curve is gentle, especially with all the guides and community templates available.
Customer support has also been solid. While I haven’t needed help often, the few times I reached out, the response was quick and helpful. Plus, there’s a strong community and a ton of online resources if you ever get stuck.

What do you dislike about the product?
I’d also say the mobile app experience could be better. It’s fine for viewing content or making small edits, but trying to do anything complex — like managing databases or editing detailed pages — can feel clunky on a phone or tablet. It’s definitely a tool that works best on desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I kept my notes in Google Docs, tracked tasks in Trello or Todoist, stored files in Google Drive, and managed project plans in spreadsheets or long email threads. Everything was spread across different tools, and jumping between them constantly disrupted my focus. Notion fixed that by giving me a single, all-in-one workspace where I can keep everything — from notes and tasks to calendars, wikis, and databases — all in one place. Just having everything centralized has saved me hours every week and made it way easier to stay organized.

I like that i can write the text and just ask it to make it better.

I know the text what i need to put in put it helps format it and has great templates which make the work look great!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI helps me a lot for searching something from all the resources in Notion and integrated tools like Slack, Linear etc.
Also she helps me with brainstorming ideas based on the content of the documents.
I can check on Notion in the first place as data bank instead of asking questions directly to the team.

Excellent Organisation and knowledge management tool
What do you like best about the product?
As a designer at a SaaS company, i love using notion to document projects. It is an excellent knowledge management tool, and I love the various widgets and toggles that allow me to organise information effectively. I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like the recently visited tabs panel on the main dashboard.

Sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming and difficult to navigate for someone who never uses Notion before
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is where our business stores information/process/tasks - sometimes some of them can be considered as a source of truth for many teams. For my marketing team, Notion is a great project management tool, allowing us to assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress efficiently.
Notion AI search function allows me to find information within my business that helps me fact check info I provide to other colleagues or info I receive from others. Sometimes it saves me time from asking another person or my manager and waiting to hear back from them. I know Notion AI also connected with Slack and Google Drive which are the two main software/platform my business uses, so it's extremely helpful that Notion can access, read everything, even past conversations or files created years ago to bring me as much relevant information as possible.
Even though the AI Writing Assistant feature is helpful, it still has limited capability compared to other AI tools. However, if I just need a quick fix regarding word of choice, grammar, etc. I'm happy to use AI Writing Assistant instead.

I love eveyrthing about adding in the pages keeping databases, organising the views and channels.

Sometimes it can be hard to search for the documents you are looking for in the platform

Notion helps us store all the information as our company intranet system essentially, it is so good at providing the analytics of whos viewed pages, it's easy to share too.
Really useful for quick internal queries and drafting emails

NotionAI plugs in to our internal tech stack so acts as a central knowledge hub for all departments. This can be really useful for internal queries as you can ask NotionAI and not have to bother a colleague.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the 'source' of the information that the generative text has used to find you an answer can be a little obscure so it is always best to check this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use NotionAI a lot as an efficiency tool for follow up emails after sales calls. I copy and paste call transcripts which then generates an email. This saves a lot of time and puts together comprehensive emails that cover off all pain points and provides useful summaries.

The one thing I don’t like is the lack of simplicity when it comes to adding members and guests.

Perfect tool for those who want a robust but flexible knowledge system
What do you like best about the product?
one of the best things is that you can build your own personalised system. you can built things ranging from your own simple task manager to comprehensive delivery platforms for software engineering or knowledge hub and wiki's. the number and ease of implementation of integrations with other platforms is great as well.

the number of features and possibilities through customisation might be overwhelming
