Go to knowledge base

  • September 14, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a good "wiki" to organize information.
There is lot's of option to create or integrate (3rd party tools) information in an organized way.
The tool is used by so many companies that it's easy to follaborate with others.
Price is decent for usage done with the tool.
I like sharing capabilities, databases, ...
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX.
Hard to get started for many persons. It so different for instance from writing text than it's hard for many people to use it.

Notion becomes too often a mess... Pages and information tend to be all over the place.

The search is broken.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organize information in a centralized way.
It's a good knowledge base.

One of the best tool for personal and corporate notes

  • September 12, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
First it just came like a notes app. Similar to others, probably a bit better from UI perspective, but still notes. Later while you deep dive into Notion's abilities, you understand it is not just another notes app. It helps you to structure your thoughts with simple tips like callout / links / tables / anything. You can easly collaborate with your temmates or family.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you use Notion as a task tracking, I think it require integrations with more advances systems (Monday, Jira, etc) in order to make more complex reports for improvements. Also need better search capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Knowledge base. Notion is simple to use if you want to structure your knowledge. Unfortunatelly only search is a problem here.
2. Note taking and internal project management for family. For example, we plan relocation using Notion, keep tasks and notes in order to make a right choise where to go.

Manage workspaces

  • September 08, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of designing a solution tailored to the needs of each one.A wiki can be managed as a knowledge repository. Manage both personal and work tasks. Manage budgets, costs, sales, clients. Manage learning processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is long, starting with an empty, white canvas is not easy. But it compensates with the possibilities it has. The points of improvement that I think it has are in the records of relationships between tables, I think that at that point it has to improve usability and help the user in the registration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to manage all the activities of my life, both personal, family and work. Everything in one place, segmented by workspaces. And within management implies the learning process, tasks and knowledge.
