Flexible, User-Friendly, Needs Better Permission Management

  • February 25, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I used Notion for progress tracking and project management, and it provided me with a great template like a Kanban board, calendar, and timeline, which makes tracking easy. The AI feature in Notion makes it easy for me to prepare documents without much effort. I like how flexible it is without feeling overwhelming; I can start with something simple like notes or docs and gradually turn it into a full system with databases, views, and dashboards. The UI is easy to use and good. Notion felt more customizable and flexible to our workflow, and the initial setup was very easy and smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike managing permissions page by page for document sharing and access, as it can get tedious. I wish we could share the whole document at once with someone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for progress tracking and project management. It provides templates like Kanban boards and timelines, making tracking easy. AI in Notion helps me quickly create documents, solving the problem of writing content on my own.

Notion Agent Feels Like a True Digital Assistant

  • February 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I'm most impressed by the Notion Agent. It's no longer just a chatbot that summarizes text, it actually functions like a digital assistant. I can ask it to "Find the latest feedback from the Q1 launch and draft a summary for the engineering team", and it searches across all my pages and synced Slack channels to give me cohesive report.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some sluggishness with large databases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By integrating my email and calendar directly into the workspace, I spend much less time hunting for meeting links of digging through threads.

Efficient Information Hub with Room for UI Improvement

  • February 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is very comprehensive. I can find all the information quickly when customers are looking for specific details, which is really convenient. It's great that we're able to upload a lot of different data into it and retrieve it rather quickly. Also, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could improve some of the page layout. Sometimes there's no good layout format. It is a lot of information, so it could be overwhelming for someone new. At first, it seems like the format is just a lot of information all come together. So just making the format a little bit more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to quickly find information when needed. It's very comprehensive, allowing me to upload and pull different data swiftly, which is helpful when customers ask for specific information.

Versatile Tool with Room for UI Improvement

  • February 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the MCP connection to Claude code in Notion, as it allows me to do all my technical designs effectively. The ability to reference existing designs and create new ones effortlessly with the MCP is very valuable. I also appreciate the ease with which Notion can be structured and organized, along with features like private and shared spaces, referencing pages inside a page, and the database structures with different views.
What do you dislike about the product?
Modifying or structuring a database is tedious. Without the MCP, I find it quite difficult to use. I think the UX could be better—there are a lot of different buttons all over the place, and I'm not sure which ones I need in order to add, remove, or hide properties or columns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for organizing and documenting tech designs, tracking personal to-dos, and managing team planning and initiatives.

Convenient Yet Needs More Clarity

  • February 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is convenient. I like that you can use it as a place to save text, and you can organize it in a really useful, user-friendly way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more informational materials like video tutorials to show how to use the features. Also, it would be helpful to have some basic calculations available in the table view. I find it inconvenient and unclear on how to switch between different accounts. Sometimes it logs me out, which is super inconvenient for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for tracking tasks, taking notes, and creating a team knowledge base to review informational material.

Wide Versatility, Intuitive Interface

  • February 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of use of Notion and the multiple opportunities it offers. I appreciate the ability to create tables and view them in various ways, such as in boards and lists. Additionally, I find it useful how easily I can insert content, like embedding files from Figma and videos from YouTube.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I would like to have more formatting options. The features offered are great, but for me, as a teacher, they are too expensive and I would like a discount for teachers and students. I would like all those third-party services, like super Sock that transform Notion and City, to be integrated directly into Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as a single source of truth for a knowledge repository, helping to structure the teaching of courses. I appreciate the ease of use and the numerous opportunities, such as creating tables and visualizing in different ways.
