The best tool to manage your all Productivity tasks!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Notion is the Customizability options they provide, Notion is highly customizable so you can create a workspace that fits your specific needs.
you can change the look and feel of your workspace, add different types of blocks, and even create your own templates.
there are some shortcurts you can learn to make things more easier and interesting.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think Notion is good for them who use it on desktop version but the mobile app is not as user friendly as the web app. It would be better if you use it on your PC for better experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to note down my all important task on a notebook before I came across Notion, it wasn't possible for me to carry that notebook everywhere. Notion came like a lifesaviour for me.
Now I can make a to-do list and prioritise my tasks so that I know what to prioritise first, and it's more handy and time saving.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion's user interface and experience have many benefits that I love. Its drag-and-drop capabilities are incredibly intuitive and allow me to quickly create documents with impressive layouts. In addition, the real-time communication tools make it easy for teams to collaborate on projects without restrictions or delays. The AI writing assistant is a revolutionary tool that enables superior efficiency while ensuring quality content production - features that are made even easier by the convenient Chrome extension that allows you to save web pages directly into your workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Notion is incredibly useful and intuitive, there are some areas where the user experience could be improved. Currently, it can take some time to learn how best to use all of Notion's features; a more effective method of educating users would certainly improve its usability. In addition, switching between table and database views can prove difficult as the differences between them aren't always clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me stay organised and productive by providing a comprehensive note-taking experience in one place. It allows me to easily create documents, organise thoughts, track projects and tasks across all my devices - from laptops to phones - so I don't miss anything important.

Can get a unwieldy once you start using is a lot. Navigation then gets a bit confusing.

It gives me a way of capturing ideas in a way that actually makes me want to read them again.

Notion's user interface needs improvement, and I've had trouble locating it through keyword searches no matter how many times I've tried.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this software, we have been able to take a granular approach to data warehousing for various clients. Notion has been used to make notes, documents and projects, all of which can have links and attachments added to them with ease. Thanks to this, we can keep track of everything with ease and increase our efficiency. Notion is a useful tool for group work. The pages you create in Notion can be shared with others and edited in real time. This facilitates internal communication and collaboration on projects.
Extremely useful database management
What do you like best about the product?
I can keep track of assignments, save images I want to see all together and manage my CRM. My personal CRM includes various methods of categorization, tags, and a countdown to remind me when it is time to reach back out to people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was stuck wasting time for about 3 months trying to make it a calender, habit tracker, etc etc. Don't try to use it for what it isn't. It could be a habit tracker if it had a better mobile interface. Additionally, you can't recover writing that you accidentally delete!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of contacts, improving writing, and also being a sounding board for ideas. I end up having conversations with AI about how I can assist in things.

What do you like best about the product?
The best point I can highlight about Notion is its multi-utility, as the tool serves for everything from spreadsheets to use as a text production tool. Moreover, the excellent integration of these features within the platform itself is excellent in terms of facilitating the creation of a self-functional ecosystem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of integration of the Notion ecosystem with other more effective means outside the platform. The few integrations that exist are often restricted and insufficient. Perhaps allowing a more pure integration via API, so that it enables user customization of the integration to be made, would be a great solution to the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help me by providing a multipurpose platform. This way, if I need to do a task that doesn't require a complex spreadsheet, for example, while at the same time I have to write a lengthy text, I can do everything in Notion without having to switch between various platforms for that. I centralize everything in Notion.
Great tool to start a company and get everything on the cloud
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how intuitive the platform is. Easy to use, and everytime they launch new features which are easy to incorporate and really useful.

Hard to understand for users who are used to other platforms like Teams

A single source of truth when it comes to project management. We create notion pages with tables, and different views, assign tasks, set deadlines, structure the content calendar, and more.

Love Notion mostly for documentation. It is more like the knowledge base for the entire organization. Easy to write, and find information easily.

I wish AI tool was embedded in the pricing instead of adding it as add on pricing

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is an all-around useful tool while working on many software related projects. It's very helpful to keep everybody on the same page remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion has terrible customer service and support. After losing access to my files, I waited over a month and a half to be told they could not help me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is great at helping small and medium size teams communicate while working remotely. It's also very useful for storing large amounts of data.
