Notion literally changed my life
What do you like best about the product?
The interface, availability across multiple platforms, free for everyone and no ads or other paid gimmicks, easy to upgrade, the functionalities and level of openness that it has as a platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow and laggy a lot of the times, not great for massive project management boards or working on data-sets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Best Managment and Planning Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It has so many great features like we can create pages with nested pages. We can use a wide variety of elements on our page and also we have a database option that can be used as our CRM. it's good for small businesses and easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have any option for automation. we have Zapier for that but there are no inbuilt options for automation. The file size is limited to 5MB which I don't like
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using notion to manage my business workflow, managing projects & tasks. It has great features like Kanban boards by which we can easily change the status of projects and tasks. we have unlimited storage. Easy to use and multi-device support which I love.
Simplify productivity with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the flexibility and the customisable nature of Notion! The free version comes pre-loaded with lots of different template options that can be easily modified for different tasks. There is also a great community that has created many helpful resources to get even more out of it - from templates to guides. Of course, mastering Notion does take some effort, but you're not alone, as both the online user group and the support team are very receptive to helping each other figure things out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the fact that Notion requires internet access to view pages. This means that my data is synchronised across platforms, but can make the site slow to load, even on a fast connection and for simple tasks such as creating an inventory of items. Having an unreliable or no internet connection further complicates things and makes using Notion less enjoyable than it could otherwise be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to streamline my social media strategies and the essay writing process for training clients. This has boosted profitability and significantly increased my productivity, giving me the confidence to take my business to even greater heights in the future.
Helps a lot with academic and professional tasks
What do you like best about the product?
The practicality of being able to access your notes anywhere and the AI also helps a lot to carry out daily activities
What do you dislike about the product?
The IA I find it problematic in the sense that many times when I go to use it I end up creating several pages, because frequently it doesn't do exactly what I want and keeps it in cache, and the only way to reset it is with the creation of a new page. Besides that an alternative model of organization of files/notes would also be interesting

Helps me improve my writing, which saves me a lot of time and results in better quality texts

Copying and pasting text from notion into pure text or into word is often patchy.
Mosts critically, no offline function is terrible. It currently requires users to keep tabs open but app or windows do close and you lose access immediately. not idea for productivity, say when i am on the road with no internet connectivity

I have been using Notion for more than 2 years , both for personal and for business purposes
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive to work with Notion. I keep different types of information there, starting from my personal to-do list, which I use every day, to finance planning and personal content
What do you dislike about the product?
As I use it also for correcting grammar < very Often AI doesn't work, so I need to use CHAT-GPT itself to scan the texts, which is a very tedious process. One of the things also I would like to see here is to have the option to calculate directly on the fields of projects, like in Excel.

I can work from my smartphone or computer, taking notes and filing my research wherever I am.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not all types of file can be imported , Not a lot of typology and color , Notion only works online, synchronization can be slow and create update problems without connection you can't work at all

I combine my research, my tasks, my work schedule and my personal schedule in a single program. I can integrate other tools and automate certain tasks. Facilitating the import and export of certain formats

What do you like best about the product?
I love how flexible Notion is. It functions like a second brain and I can customize it to my liking. The databases, layouts, and design are all great features that make it a pleasure to use. In comparison, other apps seem to be less feature-rich. Notion stands out because I can make it my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notion mobile app sometimes feel intuitive and unpolish. May be hard to quickly create memos to jot down sudden thoughts. Dragging windows on Mac can be annoying sometimes with several tabs as clicking the tabs will not move the windows.

Notion helps me to get started with assignments with it's AI writing assistant, it helped me to organise my notes in my own ways with the use of databases and dashboards. Notion also helps me to organise and visualise projects, making them less overwhelming and daunting.

Intelligent! But still needs some fine tuning
What do you like best about the product?
What I like is the ability to be almost anything when it comes to taking notes, action Items, and many more capabilities that we use daily with our team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the AI will get buggy when you ask it to assist you with writing some action items or instructions, but that does not impact the service's usability overall. I can attribute that to machine learning, not Notion as a service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration on multiple levels! Due to the nature of our business, I cannot disclose them here, but seamless collaboration and communication with multiple members on different sides of the globe got us to use it. It just works wonders.
