Notion: The best notes app ever
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest new feature that I like about notion is the notion AI. Sometimes I don't want to type or make notes with exact formatting like giving h1,h2,h3 ,hyperlink wherever required, it feels like too much hassle so what I do is paste the entire text to notion ai and it makes the notes with absolutely correct formatting.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing notion can improve is making the process of making custom templates more user friendly specially now with their ai they add add a few buttons to instantly get a nice banner and all
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem solved by notion is project management. project management is very easy with notion you can add all your projects with headings on top and then sub-headings in tabular form followed by details of each project. You can even add the current status of your project. The best thing that hardly any other tool offers is that you can integrate your system with github in notion.

- We can easily collaborate with other team members and share documents in real-time.
- It allows us to integrate with other well known tools like Trello and Google Driveas well.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Notion is a great tool to keep you organised in your workflow.
- However, I personally feel that there are so many features that there is a slight learning curve for new users, requiring them to take some time to explore and fully utilise them. which is not a dislike at any point.
- Detailed documentation is available by community, which definitely helps to utilise it properly.

- Notion helps me keep all my notes, mind-maps, tasks, and To-Dos in the same place.
- It allows me to search through all of my work and quickly find the information i need.

its usability has become a bit difficult over the months, and there were some features that no longer supported our day-to-day activities and also our tasks

some times the note taking is slightly off and I also use it to study but the ai is not good at forming questions

The possibility to create and organise pages and kanban projects. And now the integrated AI to help with writing and translations.

It would be great to be able to match tables created in Notion with Google Spreadsheets.

While Notion provides basic tutorials and documentation, some users may find the available learning resources to be insufficient or scattered. It may take some effort to locate detailed instructions or in-depth training, especially for complex use cases or sophisticated functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion addresses project management difficulties by combining task management, communication, and documentation into a flexible platform. I can build project boards, assign tasks, establish due dates, measure progress, and interact with team members. The integration of project-related databases, templates, and automated workflows simplifies project management processes and improves team cooperation.
The experience has been excellent and extremely useful for my job role.

Occasionally, I find it slightly challenging to navigate through the web page, as some aspects of the user interface may not be as intuitive or easily accessible as desired.

Notion proves to be a valuable tool in obtaining concise and organised information about each company department and the respective roles they play. It effectively presents the necessary details, enabling easy access and understanding of the different departments within the organisation

AI in notion help me easily look up information about my project. I also use Notion to keep track of tasks and organize my day as well

If we can intergrate chat GPT to read pdf file and answer questions it will be good
