Great flexible product that can be used for almost anything you'd imagine
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can make notion my own and how I can update/change items as needed, the customization Notion offers is quite amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about Notion, it's a great tool for various use cases in my day to day work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can find everything I am looking for in one easy place, the AI is great for fast and quick searches of my company database and the customization I can have on my own pages/notebooks is amazing.
Efficient, Customizable, and Essential for Students
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion saves me time by making the studying process quicker, enabling better performance in school. Its interactive features are much more engaging than Google Docs. The customization options are plentiful, allowing me to tailor it extensively. I find the Notion AI, especially the AI meeting notes, incredibly helpful as it efficiently handles information, enhancing my workflow and study process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the setup process for Notion quite challenging initially due to the learning curve. It took me a while to get a handle on it, but resources like YouTube videos and Notion's own articles helped. Additionally, knowing all the keyboard shortcuts was crucial to making note-taking easier, which I found to be another initial hurdle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Notion makes studying quicker, improving my scores. It accelerates note-taking with highlights and toggles, and the AI clarifies complex ideas, enhancing efficiency and saving time.

Nothing. I really enjoy it. I thought it was great they incorporated AI

What do you like best about the product?
I find the AI writing assistant helpful while creating docs, and the template docs are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's quite clunky in general though - not as intuitive or as easy to use as a lot of other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Template docs are the key here - it's not an easy platform to use (although it should be, and other similar ones are), but the templates are really helpful in setting up more complex pages. The AI assistants can also be helpful here.
I love using notion for my classes
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy to use. I like being able to organize my class schedule as well as able to see assignments I have due.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little complicated getting to know the app when I first started. So there’s a bit of a learning curve
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI is the first source I go to for reviewing class notes or summarizing my notes. I use it constantly to help aid me in organizing thoughts, creating a study plan, and answering questions to help debug my code.
A great tool for synthesizing your knowledge into one place
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is best in its simplicity. Its very easy to store and thoughtfully organize your thoughts. Using Notion AI is a great way to built on your existing thoughts and weave in new ideas.

Due to its simplicity, it can sometimes be inflexible. This is both a strength and a disadvantage. It can’t do anything you want it to, and so not every project is suitable for it.

It stores all my personal knowledge, from applications, to habit tracking, to to-dos. It gives me one place as the focus point

What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion to be a really powerful productivity tool. It excels in organizing tasks across multiple teams and functions, aiding not only my professional work but also personal goal setting. The ability to visualize and reprioritize tasks makes team collaboration efficient. Creating multiple pages and assigning tasks to team members ensures everyone has a consolidated view, fostering better team coordination.
What do you dislike about the product?
{"When I create a database, some columns cannot be deleted, or their properties are unclear, which confuses me. I find it difficult to understand the characteristics or properties of each column, and I'm not familiar with the terminologies used by Notion. Navigating solutions through the help desk is somewhat difficult for me.","Initially, switching to Notion from a platform like Microsoft Word was challenging due to unfamiliarity with how to use it. Although it became easier over time, there are still some smaller nuances that occasionally trip me up.","I think having a video tool or an immediate support agent or live agent for assistance would significantly improve the experience with Notion."}

Simple, Organized & major Time saver
What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI Writing assistant and the knowledge management focus, and how it can easily help me find relevant items, and fix up my notes, create a database and an entire framework from a PROMPT! game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just started using the MCP that integrates into GPT, so more to come here. not much to dislike. Notion style simplicity works well and is consistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Disorganized notes, and non existent frameworks, making it hard for teams to stay organized and have consistent quality control over work output

How easy it is to build resources for a team that can easily be shared and changed. New improvements always coming. Great way to work with knowledge management in a fluid way. The AI features save a lot of time and still growing in usefulness
