Overall AI features are not that useful for me - one thing that I like particularly is it's ability to cut down on the noise. I usually use the AI features to make the text concise.

What do you dislike about the product?
I really think an offline version would help a lot. Sometimes when you need the docs that you work a lot with and i want to review makes it very difficult without internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me collaborate and share knowledge in my org since most of us work in an async environment. With all the integrations support I can pretty much add everything I need for project in 1 place i.e code snippets flow charts and article that I need.

What do you like best about the product?
This was my first time using it. I've heard of Notion before, but decided to use it primarily for the new AI tool. My favorite feature of Notion is the blank page editor that you can build with the different dropdown tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The default sample pages, templates, and teamspaces did feel a little cluttered and overwhelming. I'm currently not using any of them, but am afraid to delete the samples in case I do use it, but the spaces feel cluttered with them. It would be nice to keep all of them under one separate sample section that you can easily duplicate if you were to use them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I want to speed up my writing process for my blog. It's been easy to build a page using the different drop-down tools such as building a table,"Improve writing," "Make shorter," "Summarize," etc.

I really like that it is a hub. Before I used many apps for different things and Notion has solved several of this needs in just one app.

Sometimes I get lost because I have too many items, but I am learning how to navigate more easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly organization issues that I used to have, but I also take notes on Notion. It is benefiting me because it simplifies my organization in just one app.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how it's a one-stop shop, you can use this for all of your project management needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the calendar and its features could be worked on a bit, but other than that, it's fantastic.

Notion is solving all of my organizational problems. It is now the on place I go to document and track everything. It organizes all of my data and projects and makes it easy for the whole team to access.

What do you dislike about the product?
While I appreciate many aspects of Notion, I find a few areas somewhat disappointing. One of the things I dislike about Notion is its steep learning curve. It can be overwhelming for new users to understand all the features and functionalities, hindering the onboarding process. Additionally, the initial setup and customization options can feel complex and time-consuming.
Another aspect that I find limiting is the lack of offline access. Notion heavily relies on an internet connection, and while it offers a mobile app, the offline functionality is quite limited. This can be inconvenient when I need to access my notes or documents in situations with poor or no internet connectivity.

Notion is a versatile tool that solves several problems, ultimately benefiting me in my work and personal life. One of the key problems it addresses is the need for an all-in-one productivity platform. Instead of relying on multiple applications for note-taking, project management, task tracking, and knowledge organization, Notion brings all these functionalities together in a single tool. This consolidation streamlines my workflow and eliminates the need to switch between different apps, saving me time and effort.

What do you like best about the product?
I can't even begin to say how much Notion has helped me in my social media work. from planning content, to copywriting, and searching for ideas.. it does it all - and within 1-2 seconds!!! it beats chatgpt in terms of speed. it's the best thing i've ever invested in and so incredibly grateful.
What do you dislike about the product?
that it can't help me search for images, craft memes that's trending on social media. it's not very up to date with trending topics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the AI helps me save time searching the web. it gives me lots of content ideas and helps me when i'm packed for time or too tired to write/plan.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how versatile the product is. I think that's one of the strongest selling point for the product and with AI it only gets better. Notion is so good I in fact cannot think of a competitor that's better than Notion because I had a use case that no other products really offered, and when I asked my colleagues Notion was the first thing they suggested.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate the search experience, I mean it's fast but the text based search doesn't really sometimes show the files that I am looking for. And also the sidebar gets really noisy after a while because there are so many docs in our org.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a software engineer, we need to write a lot of documentation to onboard other developers or newbees in our organisation. The fact that I have the quick ease of sharing any file/images/videos in a high quality text format is just what keeps me satisfied as a user of Notion.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is really easy to use, takes a bit of time to learn in the beginning but once you know how you can create so much out of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
More shortcuts on the keyboard to create different formats, for example, to create a checkbox from /c instead of / and clicking to the bottom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for my content planning/writing, I like how after planning I don't need to go to another site to proof it again. The tone in Notion is also more casual (more human-like) than Chat GBT.
Extremely Friendly AI
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI is a very easy-to-use assistant. I've used it to write emails, comment code, schedule my week, and it has improved my life significantly. That's what I like best.

It sometimes times out, and you're unable to use it. However, that is often solved very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm currently learning to code, and Notion has made the process significantly easier. Why? Because it lets me have all my lessons, reviews, and coding prompts organized. Besides, Notion AI helps me understand my lessons better.
