Notion AI has helped me in many ways to plan and organ
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it helps me organise and also make concise notes which I can also review at a later date.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside could be that at first it is difficult to navigate and see how it works
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the most significant problems Notion has successfully tackled is the issue of scattered information. Before discovering Notion, I found myself juggling multiple applications and platforms, each dedicated to a specific task. This fragmentation led to confusion and inefficiency, as I constantly wasted time searching for relevant information across various tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI was a game changer, it helps me summarize and paraphrase texts, extract key ideas, it can answer my questions about pretty much anything and it can even generate / explain code.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't export a page and its subpages as a pdf (I think it's only available for corporate plans)
Also I don't like the limited capabilities of the mobile app. In general, you get like 80% of the functionality. Besides that, it's a pretty helpful app.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most impressive aspects of Notion is its powerful organizational structure. The block-based system facilitates the seamless integration of different elements and promotes a cohesive workflow.
Moreover, Notion excels in collaboration capabilities. It allows real-time collaboration on documents and supports task assignment, commenting, and notifications, making it a valuable tool for teams working remotely or in a shared workspace.

One minor gripe I have with Notion revolves around its handling of dates. Specifically, it lacks the flexibility to input partial dates like month-only or quarter-only, necessitating the use of complete dates for such scenarios. This limitation becomes apparent when attempting to create high-level roadmaps or set timelines based on quarters.

I am highly impressed by Notion's new AI feature, which proves to be a valuable asset in my writing process. It effectively assists me in rephrasing sentences, eliminating the need for extensive contemplation on how to express ideas. With Notion, I can simply jot down my thoughts, and it intelligently suggests improved alternatives, ultimately saving me significant time and effort.

Notion AI cannot recognize data within database very well.

Document translation, document formatting, personal database, etc.
Notion is kind of an all in one solution for most of your documentation and management needs
What do you like best about the product?
Just how wide the use cases for notion are. I started using this for documentation first, then setup projects on top of it with task management and tracking. Even my personal portfolio is hosted on notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't find a fault. Love just the product.

I love that it has so much functionality on the landing page. The project management is incredible and there are so many different features. The built in AI also makes the workflow so much better

There honestly isnt much that i havent enjoyed, everything was great! I can see its use in every way

It was great to manage tasks and work under them. It helped me stay on track and reach my objectives in a user friendly place

Table -> please improve classic table and let us add more data into it too
Table database -> would be amazing to make it more seamless to add images and video to property
Markdown is nice, but sometimes i feel very limited, not enough color choice, or layout to make a document as beautifull as google doc. To look serious i still need to use google doc today. Notion always look too gimicky

What I appreciate less is that there are occasional unexpected errors in Notion, which can be frustrating. Additionally, figuring out the best formula or approach for using Notion is not always intuitive and may require some trial and error.
