Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
- AI is on the spot of processing long and large content which is really convenient

Day to day work made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI has immensely helped me with fleshing out my Confluence pages and technical designs. It improves my language, builds out my action points, and summarizes large blocks of content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, templates can be complicated, especially if you are not familiar with Notion. It is easy to get lost in the many items and features that can be included in each template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI has helped me save hours of work by helping me flesh out as well as simplify blocks of technical designs and documentation which can easily be understood by non-tech savvy colleagues.
The implementation of Notion AI is wonderful.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI is fully integrated into Notion, allowing for seamless use. By simply pressing the space key, action suggestions are displayed, making it intuitive to use. Of course, it can also be used in natural language like Chat-GPT. Most importantly, it can be used directly as a Notion page, so you can create a page without having to copy and paste.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the output results are subtle. Sometimes the response is far from what was requested, and when the exact same request is made again, it works correctly, giving the impression that the operation is still unstable. Overall, the responses are short, and I have to frequently use the "lengthen" option in the menu. It would be even better if there was a feature to display sources like Bing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can streamline routine tasks such as summarizing, organizing, and composing text.

The AI feature is excellent, it's very versatile and the aesthetics are very pleasing to the eye. The application is very practical.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is a bit difficult to navigate. However, once you get past this, I would say that Notion is a wonderful application.

Notion AI has been a great help in providing useful information all in one, which is great for students like myself, who frequently write essays and research papers.

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful things about Notion: You can personalize basiacally everything, it is really nice to write with and the AI Assistant actually works really well when you need some inspiration, trasnlation or want to rewrite some text.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, Notion is really hard to get used to. You need a lot of time to figure everything out, since there is so much personalization you also have to know how to personalize it...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion gives me a whole environment to write my thesis. I can store my research in a database, have my draft papers and the AI Assistant helps a lot with the writing (e.g. rewriting something in a better tone or translating)

It is very convinient to use, Notion AI have many suggestions and functions, which I don't need to spend much time on making the right demand. It works nicely and it get used to the topic very fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know I can use much more Notion AI but I don't know how, currently I only use the suggested demand. It would be nice if Notion AI have a database of quick demand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI saves me so much time writing and generating ideas. I use English as a second language so Notion AI is currently my favorite writing assistant, brainstorming ideas, and sumarise important points in a topic.

What do you like best about the product?
For me Notion is everything! I love the modularity and flexibility to create my own tools, while also being able to incorporate what others have built. The idea of linked databases and different ways to visualize, and use the information is wonderful. I love that it is as simple or as complicated as you want or need to make it. I'm obsessed!
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I'm in love with Notion, it would be more helpful if it had more integrations like for example with Outlook or Microsoft tools. Encryption and more security is something I am concerned about. Large databases get glitchy and slow. Then there are all sorts of minor things I would like to tweak, like the ability to copy multiple views of a database into other pages referencing them, or how shared pages are accesed, as my teammates hate to go into my workspace to work on projects with me.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the way that you can layer additional items into progects, tasks and sub tasks. I watched quite a few of the Frank Thomas videos and used a lot of his suggestions on how to layer to-do lists into a second brain.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the reminders could use some improvement. There should be a way to have default reminders as an option when clicking one of the new "button" features. I also think there should be some additional default options you can add into the button when adding a new subpage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company I work for does not use a CRM. I am an account manager that has 100's of retail locations that I do not personally visit, but our sales reps that I work with do. Notion has make it much simpler to keep track of what is happening in those retail locations when talking to my sale team and keep track of projects that need my attention
AI feature is helpful to improve the writing
What do you like best about the product?
It improves whatever I am writing. It cleans up the grammatical error, make it more concise, or make it longer if I need to. I found it very helpful. Even if I don't need full notion page, I use notion to make my copy better sometime.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many options on the dropdown, and it feels a bit overwhelming. I usually use one of them listed at the top. But not sure if other options are helpful options for some other users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documenting all work-related information; I often use it for meeting notes, product spec, and user interview documentation. They are often shared with teammates and coworkers. Sometime I keep notes as a private note also
Notion is my all in one organization hub!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion has so many features that I have yet to explore them all. I love that everything is searchable, so it is easy to find. I love all of the templates I can duplicate too. But really, it has just given me a place to organize all of the things digitally. No more papers, post-it notes, or using my email as a to-do list.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find something that I do not like about Notion. There is a learning curve, but Notion has great resources for learning and Youtube has lots of great information too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI is helping to cut my research and writing time down significantly. Note-taking couldn't be easier. Project management is a breeze. You can take a big project and break it down and view all the parts in ways that make the most sense for you. You can also store all of the information and resources you need for your project in Notion. Notion acts as my second brain. Anything I learn, need, to-do, anything that I want out of my brain goes right into Notion.
