Notion is very cool for student.
What do you like best about the product?
The think the most important with notion is the IA. Is a really good inclusion in the systeme of notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime notion is difficult to use in the other plateforme, for example the iphone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can't because i never have a "problem" with notion.

I have stayed with Notion for the past 3 years, because it's simply the best out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion can better connect with my calendar and send me notifications regarding the quick notes I have marked. Also get updated as I add events to my calendar. It does this now! but can be improved. Most of my previously saved events do not appear on my notion calendar
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I guess the main problem Notion solves is the ability to share documents easily. I must add a new document to the respective team or project and start writing. Everyone in the team or involved in the project gets access to it, without even me granting access to each and every one individually. Also if I want some docs to be private, I can keep it private too.

At first, it can be not easy to learn the menu.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a product manager and I need to provide well written product docs for all other teams to understand my proposed features.
As you know, like with any other detailed doc, it has its fair amount content that just can be generated basis the context.
Notion AI handles those things for me, while I focus on the core of the feature.
Another thing Notion AI does well is, the impressive UX that helps me use same instructions repeatedly.
I use it sometimes to just format the text and it does it really well.

In general, Notion AI does a pretty good job at it.
It would be better if I can share some of those repeated prompts with the team.
We may need a way to control who within the team can use AI, just for adminsitrative purpose.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so dynamic, even if there isn't a direct way to do something, you can often find a workaround to really get a page structured just how you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little confusing sometimes when trying to add guests and share specific pages with them, hard to see exactly what they are able to view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage my workload on a kanban board, I have written a knowledge base for our team as a db (using the ai writing tool), we manage our team sprint goals, and break it down into Quarterly goals, tasks within those goals, and then specific sprints.

It's s great platform for our teams. That is so flexible and adoptable.
Ideal tool for multitasking!
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps all my research in one place. Hence it is easier to return back to referring to all my notes in one repository. There is some amount of freedom to create our own templates as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the exclusive features, it limits students to make use of them. For example, the AI feature can be used a certain number of times. It does hang sometimes too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best part is that I look forward to my research. whenever I feel stuck I try the AI assistant tool to give me a headstart. It is not always accurate, but definitely a beginning.

That you can use their AI for consultations and that you can create a page (document) in seconds, which is helpful for collaborative work. I think it does not have any real competition at the moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well I would say that I had trouble with the notification system. I think it could improve and have a better delivery when you're working with dates and datelines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is giving me the possibility to collaborate with others in simple and visually pleasent way. Also, the AI is doing wonders, helping me save time when investigating.
Having notion makes my notes more organize and accessible.

The best thing I have experienced about notion is that it allows you to create and organize notes, tasks, projects, and anything you want to document. Notion is the best!

Some of the agents have complained about Notion's performance, particularly when using huge databases or complicated pages. There have been reports of lengthy loading times and sporadic lags, especially with the desktop edition but overall Notion is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of structure and organization: For me, it might be not easy to manage information and tasks without a sound organizational framework efficiently. Notion provides a flexible system that enables us to make databases, templates, and websites that are organized hierarchically. By establishing a systematic method to organize their content, we can more easily navigate, categorize, and retrieve information as needed with the aid of this feature.
