What do you like best about the product?
The general UI and architecture of Notion is the most comfortable, and easy to use. All the available features are accurate and adequate. The newest AI tool has to be my most favorite thing about notion ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
I genuinely cannot pin point on any thing that I do not like about notion. I genuinely enjoy it the most. Notion is one stop shop for all from documenting to tracking to maintaining data and information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI feature of notion helps me with the flow of my thoughts and words whenever I am stuck while jotting down points or notes. It gives me the most accurate suggestions ever.
Love how Notion truly helps us work the way that we/I do.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is based on blocks. It helps me work the way that I do. Would love to see more blocks coming to see what kind of ideas are there.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to be able to move the tabs around. It would also be helpful to see two notes at the same time in one view. I also wish that AI was cheaper or free for already paying users.

Notion AI is a game-changer
What do you like best about the product?
I think that notion is a a good way to collaborate on projects and notetaking, and in particular, Notion AI has been a major productivity boost, and also a great way to learn as it can help generate detailed notes or plans on unfamiliar topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that a downside to notion is the lack of local views of shared pages. Sometimes on collaborative pages, there are predefined views, and you might have a different idea in mind for how it would look best for you, but it isn't easy to change the view just for yourself without affecting others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me to track project status and tasks across teams, improving efficiency and productivity for the entire team.

its conveneient and can store everything. i like that you can have databases with custom filters that arent complicated to use for a beginner.

lack of repeating and recurring tasks. i like most of it however it could have a widget system. it could be better if there was a syncing with one drive calnedar and ical

The notion is to solve the problem of information overload and disorganization in project management by providing a versatile platform for organizing and collaborating on projects. This allows me to streamline workflows, keep track of important information, and collaborate more effectively with team members. Additionally, creating custom templates and databases makes standardizing and automating specific processes easier, saving time and reducing errors.

Notion is an online note-taking platform that satisfies my need for managing all my work and notes without worrying about losing them, as it saves automatically. The platform provides users with many templates, making note-taking more convenient and improving the overall quality of my notes. Additionally, Notion has recently introduced AI features that help me revise and improve my writing.

Not taken care of can get very dense and cluttered, the learning curve for advanced functions is steep, formulas are somehow tedious to understand and setup

How convenient and helpful it is to organise all my work and notes as well as offer quick assistance with AI which makes work flow go quicker and more organised

Just the monthly cost is a little bit expensive but it's okay - also sometimes the lack of ability to make the app more personal . I also dislike how it creates a page when you add a title to a table

AI is making it quicker to organise and summarise a page into a table etc. As well as quick searching information I need under a title. It has made work more convenient

It works like my second brain. I can store and keep track of everything in one place and it's very easy to access when needed. It also connects with a lot of other apps that enhance the experience. The AI function helps me a lot in my work

It would be nicer if I could somehow draw a mindmap directly on Notion instead of using the 3rd app as Miro.
