Notion AI has been an invaluable tool with few limitations
What do you like best about the product?
It fills in Bible verses easily when I need it to and helps me build lists and gives me ideas for writing assignments when it comes to structure and ideas for content.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's mostly a limitation of the AI. It doesn't get certain things right, makes things up and tries to reference the page I'm working on when I don't want it too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves many problems for me. I am keeping all my general note taking in Notion as well as tracking books in series, Bible study notes and creating my own Video game wikis.
Great multipurpose tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's great to have a tool that can be used for note-taking, organizing documents, task lists, and project management. The AI feature for summarizing or shortening text is useful, but not sure I'd pay for full use at the current price.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app (and sometimes the desktop app) can be very slow and often crashes which makes it hard to rely on. Notion would really benefit from having a work offline feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At work, we are experimenting with Notion as a knowledge management, project management, and OKR tool. Personally I use it for note-taking, personal projects, mood boards, and task management.
Great tool for everyday use
What do you like best about the product?
I like using is for checking my spelling and grammar. The other commonly used scenario for me is Improving writinng. I specifically like an ability to change tone
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really serious in my user scenarios. The thing is that it's not. Chat gpt which I use for all of my other tasks. Maybe the ui is not inviting enough for me to understand exactly how it can be used

As I already said it helps me improving my writing and that's it. But what you do with the minimum words amount is wasting of my time, hope you enjoy reading it

What do you like best about the product?
I love its versatile character, I can handle everything exactly how I want and need it.

I would like to have a fully functional API, the current one is a little restricted

I can have all my organization stuff, knowledge, Data etc. kept in one Place. I can connect and separate as I need it without the need having separate tools

What do you like best about the product?
Productivity has improved greatly since AI was introduced to Notion. It instantly generates summaries of minutes, action list extracts, and frameworks for ideas, reducing the amount of time I spend on these tasks. My productivity has been greatly enhanced by the fact that I can focus on note-taking and thinking.
What do you dislike about the product?
One feature that Notion lacks is visual functionality, such as shape drawing, etc. The inability to take handwritten notes directly from Notion on the iPad is stressful. Similarly, we feel that a powerful recording function is also essential for a note-taking app and needs to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I feel that the aspect of Notion that is not only my own personal notebook, but also the ability to share information and projects with others immediately, is an unprecedented value. Thanks to this, I can share everything from a single note to a structured database of projects with my members without having to rely on other apps, and I experience how many hassles are reduced.

AI Writing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
Outside of all the organizational page templates, I really enjoy the ease of getting my ideas down and having it reconstructed into a more digestible and easy to understand format.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Ai misses the mark and I crave more free cool templates. Overall I don't have much complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem between creative organization and operational management. It's the place to start and the place you end when all things are done. One place to get what's important done.
AI Making Life Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love using the blocks and having all my planning and notes in one website. I can write scratch notes and track my work and school calendar. I also really love the AI writing assistant. I've been using it to help myself sound clearer and more straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a learning curve but there are websites that provide templates that are customizable so that made it easier for me to learn instead of creating pages from scratch
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management, creating quality writing, scheduling, notes, budgeting, balancing my schedule. I'm more productive and I can access it anywhere at any time

What do you like best about the product?
Notion's artificial intelligence tool has helped me reduce my time editing my texts. I have to worry less about simple things that used to break my head. When I have a blockage, the tool provides options that give me a new way to continue writing
What do you dislike about the product?
When you focus on more specific knowledge you cannot trust the generated text. Tone changes are limited and I wish Notion had a more detailed guide on how to use the text generator. You should always review and edit what the AI offers

Now I spend less time editing text, and it allows me to break some creative blocks within the same application with my organization system
