What do you like best about the product?
Notion is an easy user friendly app, that works effective and when setting up pages doesn't take much of your time! It help me with reminders for task, activities and events. It is also great for meeting minutes and assigning actions. We use it all the time at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't dislike anything, I just feel like I need to watch more training tutorial videos to fully discover the capabilities of the app. I can say that in my case, I haven't watch any tutorials so far and can already make a decent use of the app withouth troubles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows us to work as a team where we can refer to the same procedures, keep our team meeting minutes in order, assing tasks and it is the point of reference for most of the information we use at work. The AI tool to improve text is also a great tool, specially at the end of the day when I'm tired.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Notion is how flexible it is and easy to create robust data-driven workflows. The database feature is probably the best feature along with the number of different properties types, views, layouts, filtering and sorts you can create.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can feel overwhelming to work within Notion, I never feel like my workflows / pages are ever complete since there is a sense of endless possibilities. Sometimes the need to optimize or improve the workflows themselves gets in the way of actually getting work done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is optimizing our software development workflows and business-level workflows. We use it for agile software development and also for employee directories, marketing resoures and management, and for tracking sales / deals.

What do you like best about the product?
I've tried many notes, tasks, and Project management tools and notion has them all beat at the free level. I like how easy it it to create a notes and organize your thoughts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say it can be intimidating when you first start. Then after it's a little easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solve my analysis paralysis. I'm able to create and execute ideas and monitor their performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Collaborations and help in repetitive tasks

Confusing and not intuitive. A bit of structured user manual instead of random YouTube videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating quick documentation and materials for my work. AI is great but sometimes fail me and does not respond. I can't replace it with Cha GPT due to limitations in knowledge base

My life systems revolve around Notion. The addition of Notion AI enhances these systems even better

It can be overwhelming when you have a lot of content on Notion. But the addition of Home section solves the problem

Ideation , brainstorming - the AI writing assistant is being amazing. It was super helpful in translating my business plan in a different language.
Useful organizational tool for a productive undergraduate student.
What do you like best about the product?
I can state many benefits of Notion, as it greatly assists a busy undergrad student like me. I use the Notion Desktop application and the Notion Calendar. I have used this application for a year now and I wish I could've started using it sooner. I enjoy the templates that I can use to organize my classes, as well as be able to export my notes to other classmates so they are kept up to date. It lets me implement my information with ease and no difficulty. I enjoy the real-time updates so that I am able to access my information on my phone. I also pay a monthly membership to use the AI features, which are beneficial towards me. I am able to summarize my class notes without difficulty, as well as create outlines for myself so that I can better organize my notes and look up definitions for terms that I do not understand. Overall, I use Notion every day and it has been very helpful towards me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using Notion is not being able to use it in "offline mode" unless I load the page first. This is concerning for a student like me, because I need to have access to this info at all times. If I do run into an internet connectivity issue, I have no problem switching to my phone's hotspot so I can load the pages. In general, this is a small disadvantage and I understand why there is no offline mode implemented. I also hope that there can be more fonts included in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to solve my problem with keeping my notes organized, as well as summarizing my notes so that I can pull the important information out and not stress myself out with irrrelevant information. This benefits me as a student, so I do not have to excessively read and get access to the notes summary that matters.
Value of Notion AI in summarizing content
What do you like best about the product?
I value Notion as a way of storing content I want to leverage at a later date. A key feature I use regularly is the about provide both short (2-3 sentence summaries) as well as more comprehensive (a few paragraphs) of long form content. These summaries help capture the essence of the original content.
I also like the various ways content can be captured. Among my favorite options are embedded documents and videos.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when doing a search, the item I expected to be included does not show up. This might be impacted by how I frame the search terms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have 20K+ entries I have assembled over 20 years of curating content. As a former longtime user of Evernote I am excited about the possibilities Notion provides to tap into this content and put it to work.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about notion would have to be how organized it is. it shows me what assignments I need to complete along with the due date. And the AI is incredibly helpful and has increased my student achevments.

Something I dislike about notion would be I wish there could be more costomization on the fonts of letters along with there size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing my schoolwork, having a space for only work so my computer is not crouded with different not taking apps, different calenders ect.
Notion, early days but loving it so far
What do you like best about the product?
I'm not a coder. What I love about Notion is I can build simple lists, checklists, databases, and web pages that solve my niche needs. I can share pages with my coaching clients, I can share databases or resources (e.g. branding assets) with my global partners, and I can create and share any of these as webpages with a single click. Amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the mobile experience. It requires good internet access. For example, the workout tracking app I built doesn't work well at my gym because the web access is poor. So I moved that over to Apple Notes for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an easy to access knowledge base for myself and others. I love how easy it is to build a page and share it as a webpage. I use it as a resource hub for my global partners.
