Great way to organize information for collaborative projects, jam-packed with useful features
What do you like best about the product?
I love the intuitive features for organizing text, like drop down menus, embed links, headings, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may be just how my company is using it, but sometimes there are too many pages and I get confused on where information is, particularly with checklists

Notion allows me to track the progress of projects I'm working on with other people, as well as brainstorm creative ideas using the AI assistant

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about Notion is its flexibility and customization options. Users can create templates and workflows that suit their specific needs and use cases. The flexibility of the database is one of the most effective tools that allow greater organization, productivity and creative thinking. Notion also supports integration with other apps and services like Google Drive, Zapier, and Trello, which makes it even more versatile.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a while to learn how to use Notion effectively. There are lots of great functions but they require time to practice and watch the tutorial videos.
Users who need more formatting flexibility may find Notion's formatting options limited compared to other productivity tools.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Notion, users can keep track of notes, tasks, and projects all in one place. Databases, relation, and rollup functions are fantastic for improving productivity and efficiency.
Useful for keeping journals etc and writing essays
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create new pages and easily share with other users
What do you dislike about the product?
spelling correction doesn't seem to work seamlessly, when I right click on the word and choose the correct version, it fails to replace it the first time, the second time sometime works but not always
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When needing to re-organise paragraphs, it's easier to use than MS word.
The AI feature is also useful because it doesn't change the contents dramatically but corrects grammar and spelling errors.

Its versatility and the fact that I can use it to organise so many aspects of my business. I've set up CRMs, blog posts, SOPs for my business and so much more! I haven't used any other software like this!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts have a steep learning curve, but I've got things figured out now. And the mobile app isn't so easy to use, there have been a few glitches there. It isn't so easy to organise pages on the app, so I primarily use it on desktop.

Notion is the best tool I have ever used for work, writing, planning, and organizing
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is highly adaptable. You can personalize your pages to function in the way that suits you best. The database function is very useful, and the relational aspect is especially interesting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to be able to automatize the creation of some tasks, items, pages, etc. For instance, adding automatically a new item in a database from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving the organization of the projects I am working on. It is also helping with administrative tasks and group management for my team. Additionally, Notion has substantially improved my writing.
Notion is the main software to keep all of our team's notes organized
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to customize Notion to meet our team's needs. Everything can be done with a keyboard command; it's super efficient. Shared workspace helps keep our team aligned too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the blocks are not intuitive and formatting takes a little longer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Taking notes and share them across the team
- Keeping track of all institutional knowledge for the company
- Using AI to draft first draft of copy / come up with proposals

Absolutely amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the toggle feature the most. It makes for easy study notes. I enjoy that I can organise pages within pages, allowing for maximum organisation tailored towards me. It is so easy to use and is something I will use for a long, long time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no dislikes whatsoever. Once you get the hang of it, notion becomes your most used app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organisation of notes that I take in my classes. Notion lets me organise my workspace how I like it, making everything easy to find. With that, I have experienced higher grades and less stress due to everything being easily accessible.
It's the tool I was always looking for
What do you like best about the product?
As a maker and tinkerer, the fact that I can build what I need around me as I go is exactly the flexibility I've always wanted. The fact that every iteration helps me to be more organized almost feels like icing on the cake even though that was the initial reason I started using Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a small handful of issues that I would classify as somewhere between 'eccentricity' and 'bug' which seem to have persisted across multiple updates. None of these block functionality, they're just annoying. And there have been a couple of features that felt like they were released prematurely. Perhaps effort could have been reprioritized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, none since I am on sabbatical. But previously (and I am sure in the future as well) it helped keep my team organized after we build a KMS, managed product development, and content creation, I personally use it as a personal KMS as well.
