Great organizer, project manager, and AI assistant
What do you like best about the product?
Creating databases is fast, easily, and intuitive, and the AI assistant makes summarizing long articles a breeze. Our team uses notion basically every day, and the slack plugin helps us integrate our messaging seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be difficult to find what I'm looking for, and I'm not in love with the new task creation workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The complany is often working off of several different peoples' preferred filing systems, so using notion allows us to standardize the recording and dissemination of information.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion has really impressed me with its ability to organize information. I love how everything can be neatly arranged into subcategories. The design is clean and simple, which helps to keep my focus on the task at hand. Speaking of Notion's AI, I'm really happy with it. It's been a huge help in keeping my projects organized and helping me structure them. Since I'm studying religious studies, I have to write a lot of papers. The AI has been a great tool in helping me organize my thoughts and keep things flowing smoothly. One of my favorite features is how flexible the AI is. I can use it in specific parts of my documents which really helps me customize the way I work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing really that I dislike about Notion besides the fact that I wish that there were more tutorial that could explain different things inside notion. There is a very wide range of things that you can do with it. I utulize many of them but know that there is so much more that can be done. I wish that Notion itself could guide you to understanding all of the things that you coudl do.

Notion is solving my organizational skills.

I love using the AI tool, I easily created a RACI chart based off and SOP I created. It saved me tons of time!

No way to create a flow chart without coding

What do you like best about the product?
Notion has achieved a software ideal: being flexible/ambiguous enough to have a wide range of uses yet also powerful enough in each individual use case to be a viable alternative to more dedicated tools. As a designer I mostly love Notion's carefully considered design—not merely in how UI elements are styled but in the overall product design and the philosophy behind it. It's easy to use and it just works.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside for me is that because Notion allows you to build your own tools with so much flexibility, I often spend more time than necessary building out a tool or workflow with complex formulas and functionality, only to find that I don't end up using it. This is not so much a downside of Notion, but an area where some users like me might need better discipline.
Customer support has been helpful and responsive via email, though it would be even better if Notion offered live chat support.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to have well-organized and searchable documentation, living in the same place as our tasks and backlog, feature requests, meeting notes, and all the rest. Having all this in one place, and now being able to edit with AI without leaving the app, is saving us lots of time and increasing the quality of our work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the customisation and felxibility of the Notion. I can cover lots of my work tasks by using Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like the sharing feature, for instance, I got access to different notion workspaces, however, I cant delete them, they are always visible in a dropdown where I switch workspaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Product Deisgner, I create all the sepsificaitons for engeneers in Notion which is very helpful.
Amazing place to improve your sentence structure
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can make a simple sentence sound better or give it a different tone. I struggle with writing because English is not my first language and this app helps me use better vocabulary. I will write how I normally write and click improve writing - it makes it flow better and improves words.
What do you dislike about the product?
Undo option is not intuitive and hard to copy and paste if I wanted to move the improved version to a word document or email I am writing.

I wish there was 2 way sync with google calendar. It would be perfect with this feature

I love the AI feature and how easy it is to stay organized. I use it as a daily planner and with larger tasks like upcoming projects.

It is a little complicated to understand at first which I think turns many away. But after using it for a while it quickly becomes easy.

It helps me stay organized with the many tasks I do all at once. The AI tool is very helpful in collecting my thoughts.
Great overall tool for teams
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has been integrating AI to all it's functionalities and it has increased our team's performance and improved our communication. And it's so easy to use that implementation has been smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside was not having a home where I could see all the tasks spread across different workspaces, but they fixed this in the 2.8 version, so I don't have anything else to say here.

From team communication, to stakeholder management, to creating documents (for internal and external use), project management, marketing campaigns management.
