AI Notion works amazing and has a great impact in my workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Notions amazing versatility. It's everything in one. Calendar, todo, project management, whatever you like. And everything works.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a complex tool that takes some time to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me to be on top of every project -both personal and professional. With the AI Writting Assistant, which has a blogger, the AI function has helped immensely in brainstorming and correcting my English, as I'm not a native speaker.

Sometimes it can be slow. Moreover, to design and connect helpful database or tables , it can be complicated at first, and you must learn by your own.
I didn't find the documentation as simple and usable compared to what is available in the market for other tech or AI product.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion make me earn a lot of time.
First, on the side of the structuration and organization, it is very helpful to create everything so easily.
Also, I use it on a daily basis , to organize my to-do-list (monthly , weekly, daily ...) , I was able to customize it so nicely, i don't what i could do without it.
Also, to collaborate with all the stakeholders of the company, to let everyone know about the OKR , the missions or to simply spread the information all across the company.
Finally, as an individual , I really like to use the IA side, it allows me to stop worrying about proofreading and spelling.

A must have tool for a team
What do you like best about the product?
It is IA powered and helps you save time in conten creation, and it is also easy to use when working in a team. But what I like most is that it's extremelly customisable, you can design it according to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the complexity which may stop new users from using it. It took me some time to learn how take most from using Notion, though tutorials were really helpfull here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often use Notion to write textual content, and I find it very helpful both in errors and grammar control, and in content writting sugestion. AI powered assistant is really useful.

Utilising a paid template system helps me tremendously organising all of my data and workflows. It is my second brain in that sense.

Some light image editing would be great, such as cutting or adding markup text notation.

Notion allows me to collaborate with my teammembers in a very straightforward way. It helps me gather insights, organize and share it. With the new AI tools, it also helps me explore different ways to show information with incredible ease (like turning a paragraph into a table for easier identification of key points).

The speeds at which responses load are astronomic. Even if you require some references for scholarly work I have discovered that responses really quickly load well

At times the responses are limited. Tech work to expand the search criteria is recommended. May the developers work on it and make sure more content comes back

Rather than do some research in many PDF sources and books Notion comes as a go-to resource that quickly does the work for me. With more funding and backend work AI via Notion is woow!

Firstly, although the AI is highly developed, it sometimes makes mistakes when recalling previous prompts within the same conversation. This can make the experience a bit confusing and requires a bit of patience to manually correct it.
Additionally, I have noticed that the AI occasionally includes irrelevant information in the responses, such as mentioning "This page describes" when it is unnecessary. While this does not significantly affect the functionality of Notion, it can be a bit bothersome to deal with superfluous information in the interface.

Improve writing, Fix spelling and grammar, Summarize, Table of contents are brilliant

Sometimes the AI does not understand what exactly I need. For example, if I ask it to convert headings to bullet points, it does not do that.
