What do you like best about the product?
The easy way I have to organize all my stuff, ideas, projects and to-do heads up, the different templates the community publishes that help me find new and better ideas
What do you dislike about the product?
Memberships and billings I feel like it is a bit tricky, if I add several persons to my home space is way too expensive and I cannot share my credentials just to have someone in my team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Several corporative emails explain better troubleshooting steps to non-tech users to describe better reports, create overviews and stuff

What do you like best about the product?
Notion's greatest strength lies in its flexibility and adaptability. It serves as an all-in-one platform for note-taking, task management, project collaboration, and more. The ability to create customized databases, pages, and templates allows me to structure and organize information exactly as I need it. Whether it's managing personal goals, organizing work projects, or brainstorming creative ideas, Notion provides the tools to cater to my specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
the performance of Notion can sometimes be sluggish, especially when working with large databases or complex pages. Although it doesn't significantly hinder productivity, faster load times and smoother scrolling would enhance the overall experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problems of scattered information, fragmented collaboration, and inefficient task management by providing a centralized platform for organizing and structuring information, enabling seamless teamwork and real-time collaboration, and offering customizable task management features. Personally, Notion benefits me by keeping everything organized in one place, improving productivity and reducing information overload. In a business context, Notion helps solve various business problems, such as streamlining project management, enhancing team communication, and facilitating knowledge sharing, leading to increased productivity and efficiency within the organization.

A lot of features.I especially like using databases.

There are long loading times and lags.If you add widgets, the situation gets worse

It helps me structure all my thoughts and my life in general. It also helps me keep track of my finances.
More organized content with less effort
What do you like best about the product?
AI is definitely a huge improvement when creating content. I love about Notion that you can manage who can see what and therefor it is easy to use for internal and external employees. Notion gives a great outlet to create easy and fast organized and clear content without being to complicated
What do you dislike about the product?
It has limits regarding design and forms you can use to create for example tables. There is only one form available and this form is not really adjustable. It can be hard to find things in the search bar sometimes and therefor I also think the menus option could be explored more further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We created a huge knowledge base and this has finally solved the issues for our customer agents to be dependent on people. They are now able to work independently and can find all the information in there.
Notion AI is an exceptional tool
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is an excellent site, I can take notes wherever I want to, and the AI assistant has been a really meaningful experience to my work as a content creator and my everyday life too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it would be really helpful if the AI could create not only text but images too, it can be an exceptional experience for the users using this function for work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a content creator Notion AI has helped me a lot to improve my scripts, my content strategy and even create a calendar for my publications, it is very enjoyable to work with this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Using artificial intelligence to organize my work allows me to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in an organized way. Having everything categorized helps me keep up with the pace. As a non-native English speaker, having an option to check my spelling, grammar, and summarize my ideas has been quite important.
What do you dislike about the product?
The copy and paste function is sometimes not as responsive as I would like it to be. When reviewing my writing, I often need to copy and paste it into a different document, such as an email or Word document. The copy and paste function is not as intuitive as the overall Notion software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, I am working on multiple projects simultaneously while also pursuing a master's degree. To manage my daily tasks, jobs, and studies, I have organized my tasks on Notion. Additionally, I have found that combining Notion with other add-ons has improved my efficiency and allowed me to invest my time in more productive tasks rather than spending it on minor and irrelevant ones.

What do you like best about the product?
With the implementation of artificial intelligence, it has made my workdays much more efficient in producing content for blogs and social media. Regarding the usability of the software, I can say that it is very simple to understand the dynamics of the interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is worth highlighting the following point: When I make a request to artificial intelligence to help me with something, the given command disappears and it becomes difficult to find it again for reuse.

In content production for blogs and social media, as well as assisting me in creating the concept of architectural projects. With the tool, the workday becomes much lighter and more productive.
Excellent UX, Extremely helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Just how versatile it is as a tool. It helps me context switch very easily. I don't even think about it, I just open notion when I have to do anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UX on I pad can be improved. I get frustrated in a second and switch to my laptop. So the dependence on the Desktop Application is sometimes frustrating. I also wish I could have some tab-like feature where I can have two instances of the app open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I hate writing text. Especially on the fly, so I use the AI feature for generating a base version. Example: I use it for writing work goals and ask for the tone to be professional. I use it for generating ideas sometimes. And see how I can go beyond the ideas AI generates. I also use it to write emails, summaries etc..

What do you like best about the product?
I can take notes, track my activities, and write more efficiently, thanks to this AI. It has significantly improved my productivity in writing emails, responding to questions, and sending messages. It's simply incredible!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's not so precisely, or I'm not able to give the proper instructions so it can create things in the wrong way

This tool helps me track my daily tasks and improve my writing on specific topics. It's incredible tracking for everything you can imagine and excellent for planning trips or projects.
It is very useful and there is a great opportunity in the efficiency of my design team
