Best Knowledge Base for a star up
What do you like best about the product?
It's as easy as taking notes but on steroids. We use it to document everything, from notes in meetings to research documentation on projects or sharing project status with our clients. It's an all-rounder that the whole team uses whenever there is something to write down. Easy to find and share information. And it looks neat. We also integrated a bunch of stuff in it: Google Drive, calendar, typeform, name it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if it would be easier to integrate into our website as a knowledge base. There is an API, but it seems like a lot of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a place where we can keep all our notes and documentation. Google Docs was not the best solution as well always searching, misplacing, and having problems sharing the right content.

Nothing specific till now. I do wish that it had more text style options within it.

Centralized app for note taking, good for collaboration, ability to leverage rich text

Lack of ability to modify paragraph formatting (1.5 spacing between lines)

Note taking replacement for Evernote, as Evernote limits the number of notes you can have in free app

What do you like best about the product?
It's super versatile to create workflows. Also can be used to link up different aspects like knowledge base and task tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it's too flexible to point where simpler tasks can be overkill for notion.

The subscription is high when team and usage expands.

Best productivity database tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The database feature of Notion is amazing. The categorization options have a wide variety and it allows you to sort entries based on the different tags you enter. It is fairly user friendly and you can learn for more advanced features as you use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the database feature had some similar abilities like excel, where specifc entries can be selected to perform mathematical functions on. Also the fact that there is no end to end encryption and no offline mode is another major downside that I hope they address in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inventory management to track items and spending. Also as a knowledge base for notes, meeting minutes, etc. Also as a task tracker.
My go-to for notes, lists, tables, and collaboration -- a blank space to be creative and productive.

Ease of use. Shortcuts. Notion enhances my ability to be productive internally and externally with customers.

Not much, can't wait for further enhancements

Knowledge base / Wiki for my customer success team. Where I document playbooks, processes, and track project progress. I've removed other PM and note-taking tools entirely.

Notion's simple & clear UI makes notion one of the best tools for team collaboration.

Nothing as of now. Experience with notion was smooth as of now.

Everyday EOD I just check Notion platform for tracking the task assigned to my teams, Instead of talking to them I can just check on this website, This saves lots of my time and energy.

I appreciate the status buttons and their color-coded design, making them stand out effectively. This platform gives me the sense of a continuous, yet well-organized to-do list. You can have a single main project and manage various sections, bulleted lists, checklists, and status updates all in one place. It's like having all my notepad scribbles but in a highly streamlined and structured format

Enhancing the templates with more comprehensive descriptions and niche applications could be beneficial.
