A great tool for collaboration and documentation

What do you dislike about the product?
- Some tables and databases can get real slow , if there are a lot of queries going on
- It would be great to have more user level permissions on page components

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing us a great collaboration tool which is very easy to use and roll out. The AI writing assistant is very handy in many scenarios alongwith a great mobile app

The templates makes my work more effective together with the AI function.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is costly to add members, and not easy to see how to add guest members.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion can be used for so MANY tasks from a word-like document, to Trello-like project management tool, to a simple database. Everything is also highly configurable. That means I can tweak the template to my specific needs including adding certain attributes to my task list. Moreover, the attribute can be a link to another Notion page which works seamlessly. My fear is to live without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, everything is not sunshine and rainbow. It's quite slow, especially on my task list page. I'm using Surface Pro 2017 so I can see this effect quite apparently. Things get amplified when I use video calls. It's difficult even to type things down on a naive Notion page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To combine project management and note-taking tool on the same platform and the tools are easy to use. The Notion AI also makes my life much easier because my work involves a lot of report writing. I typically use Notion AI to summarize the content and write outlines for my report.
A way to stay organized in my ideal style
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can organize anything (thoughts, tasks, etc.) in a way that is unique to how my brain wants to be organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot to learn when using Notion, especially in the beginning, so it can feel overwhelming at first. However, the tutorials help!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping thoughts, ideas, notes and work-related documents all in one place instead of scrambled throughout a shared Drive or in notebooks.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is all in one, thats the best part, the "notion" of having everything you could ever need in one app is very enticing, it solves a modern issue of scattered information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is incredibly customisable, which to many is a sell, but to me this leads to overwhelm and a feeling that I'm unable to create a system I'm happy with. This is especially true when I'm trying to create something very simple like a to do list or simple notes database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me and my team solve the issue of storing and communicating discovered knowledge between each other asynchronously. This has allowed us to maintain a sort of knowledge library for ourselves that we can refer to.
Notion Ai is good but can be better
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a very good organisational software and the Ai is really powerful but there are some limitations and some aspects that I think can be improved more but generally the AI is helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion can become quite slow sometimes and there are some minor features that are annoying. For example, the notion AI query it prints the response out in one whole block. Also the integration into the mobile app can be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps organise my team and allows my team to all be on the same page. I like using the Gantt Chart for my egineering based projects adn the fact that everyone in my organisation has a pro plan means that there are more benefits.
It's helped me get stuff done and stay organized.

The / is my friend. I can use it to learn new stuff. And also now the AI, helps me summarise and organise thoughts I otherwise would've had to spend time synthesising.

It's not the most elegant to navigate visually. I think Obsidian does it better. That visual navigation inclusion would be great.

I like the fact that the notion shows the viewing record of particular documents and allows for cross-team feedback and work.

I dislike the fact that notion has a learning curve.

It provides collaboration and content generation tools to benefit the entire team and propel momentum forward.
AI Writing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
It's very helpful to organise my work and also my personal life. I find it very easy to use, visual and with lots of useful templates that I can use. Compared to other similar options, I would definitely say that it's more user friendly and more visually engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are almost no features that I dislike about Notion. What sometimes it's a bit confusing is when I create a project and then I enter a subpage to describe the project, for me the link between these two pages is not always clear and it feels like I need to repeat the job (of writing) twice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to keep everything in the same space and now, with AI writing assistant integration, is even better because I don't need to use other programmes to generate and correct textes.
Nice cross collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Collaborating with different teams within the company is one of the many benefits of using Notion. Not only is it easy to work with colleagues from different departments, but it also encourages cross-functional collaboration. In addition, Notion provides a seamless experience for linking and relating different databases within the same document. This feature is especially useful when you need to connect all the dots and maintain a live, constantly updated database.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to manage databases with a large number of records. Waiting for the records to load as you scroll down is painful and time-consuming, and is very easy to lose progress while you're navigating through it. Also, what I really dislike is not being able to relate rollup fields more than once, which makes it impossible when trying to use databases for integrations outside of Notion.

Notion has become our centralized workspace where teams can collaborate on projects and keep track of their progress, and it has become an essential part of our workflow.
