What do you like best about the product?
I like the templates, they give you access to create and customize easily and are also a really great place to manage all your projects and social media. Love it

Because it allows you to have more free templates, sometimes editing the pages is a bit complicated. But with time you get used to love notion. I keep working with

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is the best option in its niche. It's intuitive, simple, and straightforward. It's not bombarded by commercialization and ads (although the pop-ups for the new AI are obviously not that popular with the long-term user base). I appreciate that you're not constantly being asked to connect to other apps or services, which is what we would suffer with, say, a Microsoft product. Please don't do it, okay? :)
What do you dislike about the product?
I am sad that the "earn credit" option is gone. I was not an active user during the time that it was removed, so that was a sad shock. I think that sort of program should have been kept if you were going to introduce AI. The only reason I tried out buying the AI was because I had a five dollar credit on my account. That made it worth trying. People are going to be more willing to give you guys money if you give us little treats. Come on :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When it comes to storing and organizing information, other options like Google Drive are clunky and not cute. Notion is cute. It's also offering AI in such a way that the responses or results populate on the page you're working on, which is not something you can get with ChatGPT (at least right now).

It's easy to use and intuitive, and the commands are very useful. It helps to have all info in one system and create databases.
What do you dislike about the product?
From the HR perspective, some improvements would be good to have, like a better way to manage the holidays/days off or a way to show an Org Chart. An integration with an HR software like Factorial and/or an ATS would be magical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool is awesome when writing HR policies, guidelines, or manuals, which can be time-consuming and daunting.

What do you like best about the product?
Customizability is key here. I can literally use Notion in any way that I believe fits my needs. I currently use notion to track my personal life, finances and work related updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. But I wish we can get more functionality like google sheets or Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me to organize my life as well as my finances. I also keep track of and share information through Nootion with my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable notion is. I can format it and store and link back to pages and organize the way my brain functions. I have every business idea, every job I've applied to, my monthly and yearly goals all in one place. Now with the integration of AI, I don't get writers block and it helps me get things done. It has been a life changer for me, I'm more confident in my writing and have gotten a business off the ground with the help of AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I do dislike about Notion, the creation of tasks, like task took such as Asana. Because Notion is more advanced in coding and creating, it becomes difficult for someone who lacks such knowledge to create it on my own. Therefore, I still use Asana from much of my tasks and to dos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me put all my ideas and goals into one place. The way I set them up and view them is so productive for me. Not with the add of AI writing, wow game changer for me especially since I struggle with writing even though I have all the ideas, it was very hard to put them into writing. When I would put the writing myself, it wasn't cohesive and I'll spend hours to perfect it, only to discard the writing and not complete the work I intended to do. With Ai, I was able to create the copy for my website, apply for many jobs and create detailed cover letters based off the job description and create a business plan.

Firstly, I find the formula editor to be quite clunky and difficult to use. It's not very intuitive, and it takes me a long time to figure out how to do even simple calculations.
Secondly, I think that Notion could benefit from more advanced automation features. While it does have some basic automation functionality, I find that it falls short in comparison to other productivity tools. It would be great if I could set up more complex workflows and automations to help me save time and be more efficient.
Overall, I think that Notion is a great tool, but there is definitely room for improvement in these areas.

1. The software astounds me with how well it is structured and organized. It's clear, simple, elegant and user-friendly.

As users, sometimes we'll be content with the status quo. However, it would be very beneficial to have more official tutorial videos and explore the features further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI writing assistant helps a lot in translation among languages and summaries, which is very useful in content making. Note-Taking management is better than most of its competitors with similar functions on the market thanks to its modulable organization.

Sometimes it's a bit difficult to explain it to others. It can be hard to understand how it works and the full portential.

Notion is easy to use and supports so many different use cases. From project management and CRM system to journaling, note taking, content planning and management. There's a huge flexibility built into the system which means you can create or replicate a huge amount of services and systems to help you manage your business and personal life. Go through the many templates or set up your own processes. Furthermore the supplement of Notion AI for writing assistance is very helpful and well integrated.

Notion is a very broad but powerful tool. However, when you first start out it can be a bit overwhelming because of all the possibilities. It takes some time to figure out all the ways you can use the software. The interface is quite simple but there are many hidden features that you will have to dive into, to ,make the most of Notion.
