What do you like best about the product?
Notion as a resource is incredibly useful as-is, but adding the AI Writing Assistant has been a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
For all it does well, the one downside is that it does not currently integrate with Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has made finding useful information incredibly easy, which has allowed our Support team to be as efficient as possible.
I've gone all-in with Notion and it's for the better.
What do you like best about the product?
Love using it as a tool to organize my knowledge (and most importantly, activate my knowledge). It helps me with tracking my reading, and connecting back to tasks at hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a learning curve for sure. I'm still mastering new features, including the nuances of the AI tool. Being a Confluence user in my day-job, I find that I would love more fluidity between the two platforms, despite being competitors. I have expectations around shortcuts that don't necessarily translate to what's in other platforms. For example, using CMD-P as a search shortcut is a weird nuance to Notion that doesn't exist anywhere else.

Single-source of truth for knowledge, whether for an individual user or a team user.

What do you like best about the product?
It is the best place to keep everything organized, from to-do lists, recipes, meeting notes, documents, pictures, etc. It is the best place to store your information and not have to worry about losing it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't dislike anything about Notion. It took me a few months to learn how to use it correctly, and I am still learning, but it is overall great and no downsides come to mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me in so many ways. The best for me is saving me time because of Notion AI. This software has helped me so much by giving me ideas on how to form a paragraph better and brainstorm ideas that I would have never had on my own.

Nothing that I can think of on top of head.

Getting precise information about topics that I want to study on.
Everytime I ask it for an information regarding a topic it never fails in doing that.

Notion positively changed my personal goals, my values, and my ability to concentrate.
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's shortcuts that allow for quick note-taking and organizing. The Notion templates will enable me to track my responsibilities and progress in an aesthetic way that my disorganized brain can understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only things I dislike about Notion are the image and upload restrictions. I would like it if the quality of my pictures wouldn't change for cover photos. This could also be improved with a photo database of good quality cover photos that is not Unsplash because Unsplash photos make my application run much slower.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has helped me to organize and prioritize my assignments, projects, and schedule. I struggle to concentrate with ADHD, and using Notion somehow clicks in my brain as something I can focus on. I can focus on my productivity with Notion because the AI Writing Assistant saves me time and gives me ideas and because I can customize it to be aesthetic.

very convenient, multifunctional, has a decent amount of different editing features, the UX is superb

it's either disable grammar correction or turn it on and everything is red – maybe create an in-app dicionary

Notion AI is the powerful second brain I've always wanted.
What do you like best about the product?
For writing code, Notion AI is the first source I consult with to find the right way to perform a task. I used it recently to create a Python Script that watches for changes in system directories and performs file transfers. Notion AI was able to point me in the right direction for using the proper libraries.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Notion had blocks that would allow handwritten notes (see Microsoft Whiteboard) or even logic trees. I think this would be useful for taking notes for math classes or organizing logic for software engineering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Notion keeps my notes organized. For example, I took down notes from a camera's instruction manual to give myself quick access to the knowledge I intend to use frequently in the near future.
2. I use Notion AI as a writing assistant to help me write transitions and give me examples of how I should organize a paper.

Great product for productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is great for many things ! I use it for all of my administrative tasks, database CRM and many more
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Eveything has been great so far. Extremely enjoyable product that I use everyday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me solve my business emails and candidate sourcing problems. Notion Aai creates some brilliant ideas when it comes to candidate outreach and responding to business emails. It also improved my writing which is my favourite feature.
Increases productivity but you need to deal with the UI/UX problems

My favorite feature at the moment is the AI -- it's what got me using Notion again
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is SUPER SLOW and clunky, and it is a chore to navigate on my Mac. I would use it much more if it was easier to use.

It helps me rewrite things quickly and it's good for storing my current messaging for my app.
