Excellent space where you can think, write, and plan
What do you like best about the product?
Notion offers a unified space for organizing everything that matters. It provides a clean, open platform for thinking, writing, and planning. Customization is central, enabling users to create and arrange pages to suit their needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now, I like all the features and functionality personally

Maintaining important process information, product details, creating playbooks, and providing updates.
One Stop Shop for Productivity and Organizing - From Travel Plans to Business Processes
What do you like best about the product?
For me, Notion is everything that MS Office lacks. It has integrated AI and serves as a one-stop shop for note-taking, travel planning, social media calendars, etc. I have set up my entire business processes through Notion.
What especially stands out to me is the page system. I am also very fond of the keyboard shortcuts (for bullets, headings, and color), which I learned specifically to increase my efficiency.
Overall, I have integrated Notion into my daily scheduling and note-taking, and I am very happy with it.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have two minor dislikes about Notion -
1. Exporting - Exporting should have more options. Even for PDFs, there should be options to edit how you want the PDF to look. Sometimes the PDF ends up not being formated as per the Notion page. It would be helpful to have editing options before exporting.
2. Table Cells - There is immense potential for notion to create better table cells. They should be easy to use, and have more intuitve formulas. There should be options to add formulas to individual cells.

As I mentioned - for me notion is a one-stop shop for note-taking, travel planning, social media calendars, business plans, etc.
It is solving the problem of unproductivity for me through the following way - It is very convenient to have all features like embedded maps and websites, pages, tables, databases calendars etc in one application. It greatly increases productivity.

So much scope and so many integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the breadth of integrations available with Notion - it's so easy to seamlessly incorporate resources and workstreams. There is seemingly endless scope for what you can do with the product, I've moved a lot of what used to be in Google docs or Sheets over to Notion. I also love that even in a business capacity, you have the option for your private pages and work spaces - and I'm also a huge fan of dark mode.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first I found it slightly difficult to get off the ground, it's intuitive once you know what you're doing, but some table views and project management features took a bit of getting used to, especially when not coming from a project management background. I'm sure tutorials / CSM Office Hours would have helped.

Notion's Document Locking Limits: A Frustration for Long-Time Users
What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout new features in Notion recently is the AI autofill and Q&A feature. It allows you to pull insights or summaries from your workspace without having to manually dig through every document.
What do you dislike about the product?
lack of edit access to older documents due to workspace limits remains a significant pain point—especially for users who’ve been loyal for years and now find key content locked behind paywalls or limits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized hub for all project-related documents.

What do you like best about the product?
It's like a virtual library, but better, I get all the necessary knowledge and information there. Super fast, with graphics and colors that invite you to read and be at ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, there is nothing I dislike about Notion.

It helps me stay informed about all the important information regarding my company and work. The operation of applications and all the management tasks that are used daily.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is innovative in a sense that it provides seamless integrations with all tools and yet allows you to keep all your workspaces intact in one space. Documentation can be overwhelming, but Notion makes the visualisation process easier. With so many other tools to collaborate with, it is definitely one of the one stop place for every company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tables in notion need some love. We need more customisable tables with options to use formulas within a table without the need to use databases instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a wider transparency across a company and combining project management and knowledge base at one place makes cross referencing seamless.

What do you like best about the product?
we can add something like tutorial and then collaborate within team. And its super easy to use and share. I use it frequently on daily basis at my workplace. Navigating is very easy and the support we got are also great!

Nothing I can think of for now. Its working great

What do you like best about the product?
It replaces a lot of other different apps that I'd have to keep an eye on. I can do everything with Notion. Docs? No problem. AI? You got it. Todo lists? Easy.

It is sometimes very easy to acccidentally tamper someone else's document without realizing it. Whoops, sorry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can always find processes and even update them, in an organized manner, then even build databases around them.
It has been very convenient and smooth to use notion and share information.

The ease to use, sharing among members and collaborative approach.

There is still a lot of limitations to what or how you piece togatger data and still a little backwards on how you present the numbers be it charts or tables.

Notion helps me keep a track of the plans and data in a short and comact form to share with a broader audience.
