Amazing product, cant stop using it.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the versatility of thing you can do with it. I use it for all my needs, work, personal, AI and other collaboration features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish spreadsheet feature had more advenced functionality to use formulas and some of the tradisional spreadsheet calculations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use AI alot to compile documents, summeries, resumes and answer my questions.

Notion is a clean platform to organize thoughts and collaborate. It does a great job with both simple and complex ideas. I like the flexibility yet simplicity of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get confusing and hard to use because everything needs to be built and customized. And when you do build something it's a challenge to keep everything organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a fundraiser and University Administrator at the University of Utah. It's useful for my Principal Gifts Team where we can collaborate and share information

What do you like best about the product?
The built-in prompts, located right where I'm already creating and organizing content, makes AI-assisted writing simple and convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The block style editing format in Notion has made highlighting, editing, and moving around select text slightly annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is my editor, my second pair of eyes. It gives me immediate feedback and suggestions on the length, clarity, and tone of my message.
Amazingly Useful and Flexible
What do you like best about the product?
I have used many project management tools for professional projects, and Notion is the most useful and flexible platform I have ever used by a huge margin. Notion's implementations of task automation, artificial intelligence, and document collaboration are much better than any other tool that I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases, the density of tappable or clickable items on the screen can result in unintentional actions. Still, I am hard-pressed to think of anything else that I or any of the team members that use it in our company dislike about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have implemented many other project management and document collaboration tools. Notion combines the most useful features of all these platforms and implements them in a more flexible / robust way. It has been easier to create an intuitive knowledge base for team members in Notion than with any other tool we have tried, including Trello and Monday. Notion has also helped our team members to capture information more quickly than other tools like Clio.
Love Notion and AI
What do you like best about the product?
I love how much I can get organized in Notion! It is a dream for fellow organizers like me. Very easy to use. It just takes a little time to get used to the setup!
What do you dislike about the product?
I noticed that Notion's AI would stop working half way through and not generate the response that I was looking for. I also wish there was a better way to organize all of my pages and tabs. Maybe a more cleaner way to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI writing assistant!! Game changer for me. The AI has really helped me level up my social media game and content which is what I was looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is extremely user friendly. It's quick and very responsive. I also love that it can be downloaded on to the desktop and syncs with your phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface isn't glamorous or super eyecatching. Sometimes you need a nice interface to make you want to use it more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity, I need to be productive with my time while managing my business and also working. It's cut the "what" out for me. What should I say? What should I do? etc. Notion's AI is so dope and quick, and again I love that I can use it in an app.

What do you like best about the product?
I like an easy UI and design looks pretty solid. Also ask AI feature looks pretty good for almost all cases
What do you dislike about the product?
I have sometimes issues with horizonal scrolling for big tables.The scroll bar is almost not visible and the first time I tried it made me feel like it is broken.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using notion primarily for writing documentation for other developers. Also using it as a part for project management, but in most cases these docs shared with me by other teams/PMs

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is great for organizing multiple streams of work and sharing with collaborators.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations to the way you can format things within some blocks like toggles and callouts which limit your ability to create custom designs. They also don't have workflows within databases. Some of the integrations are not easy to set up (ie Google Cal) to create seamless workflows & deadline reminders for projects.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly UI/UX, Degree of freedom when making notes.

Sometimes it slows down dramatically, which is frustrating.

Notion is a great way to manage my knowledge because it allows me to create notes in a variety of formats and database my notes.
Notion has been a fantastic organization tool for myself and my company. The functionality is great.
What do you like best about the product?
I love using notion as a tool for processes and tracking. It's fantastic for creating a dashboard where our employees can go to find the documents they need in order to succeed. Plus, we can set it up for every different branch of the company. Perfect for training.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I think it's a great tool for organization and processes, it's not always the simplest when trying to create those things. I much prefer to be the one looking for the document or answer than actually creating them because it's often a hefty task for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us mostly as an organizer. We use it to keep track of documents and tracking. We use it for processes where our employees can find out everything they need to do something, along with examples and resources. We also use it for note taking and I personally use the AI a lot for help with messages to customers.
