What do you like best about the product?

Honestly, Notion took a while to click for me because an empty workspace is terrifying. But once I realized it’s basically digital Lego, I was hooked.

I use it for almost everything now, especially for creating reusable templates so I never have to start repetitive tasks from scratch. The biggest gamechanger lately has been the AI meeting recorder. Not having to split my attention between typing notes and talking saved me a lot of stress. It’s definitely not a plug-and-play app but taking time to build a space around how you actually think is totally worth it.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing at the moment. It does take a learning curve to actually work on creating your workspace. But once you get the hang of it, it is an amazing tool.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is my personal knowledge management system. I pay for the Plus + AI subscription available, and it is one of the best investments I have. Yes, for India, it may not be the most affordable pricing, but for me it is one of th best investments. Performs like magic, never had any problems with support. Plenty of material available online to get what you want.

What do you like best about the product?

The database function is a game changer - easily saves article and support various of media for user to interact with. Plus it supposrts AI to work directly on the database so users can perform everything on the Notion platform. Plus the price is good and affordable. Integrations with other platform is good but more options are better. Performance-wise, if it can speed up the app then it would be perfect

What do you dislike about the product?

Speed. It is super slow to work on the app. It is sometimes too slow to an extent that it is even difficult to type.
The AI meeting note is difficult for user to input instructions especially the meetings usually have lots of context. If examples / tutorial are shown that would be helpful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Combination of database to store my articles / information that are embedded with AI function to speed up the data entry / organizing notes effort. It is game changer and help me to upgrade the quality of my note much quicker

Notion's flexible, clean interface keeps my notes, tasks, and projects seamlessly organized in one place, saving valuable time. The AI quickly summarizes lengthy notes, though context needs occasional refining. While complex workspaces can feel overwhelming, it is remarkably productive overall.

Poor offline access and a complex setup.

Centralizes scattered work to save time.

I like Notion because it is simple and easy to use. I can keep my notes, lists, and personal things organized in one place. I also like that I can customize it the way I want.

The main thing I dislike about Notion is that sometimes it takes a little time to find the right option because there are so many features.

Notion helps me keep my notes and tasks in one place and stay organized.

What do you like best about the product?

- easily to share pages with people who don't use Notion before by publishing by site.
- ability to easily copy and paste images and crop images within Notion. Seems basic but very few software can do this, including google docs.
- ability to customize page format (eg. gallery, table view) based on type of project
- Powerful MCP server to update Notion from Claude and ChatGPT

What do you dislike about the product?

If I want to use the AI features, I have to upgrade everyone in my workspace. Would like to only upgrade myself to try it out first before paying for others

Share document and collaborate. the ability to create a database makes it easier to organize many documents than google docs.

Recently the most helpful feature has been the AI note for my meeting transcription

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes it is not very straightforward to form the layout in the way I want it to be. Also, sometimes the database crash.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It used to be very struggling to summarize the meeting but now with the built-in AI function we are having a very helpful note with bullet points laying out the important things so we can always refer to the note to follow up with what has been left with the meeting.

What do you like best about the product?

It’s AI supplemented functions. It makes searching SOP‘s quite a bit easier, especially when we have a large database.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes the AI will return an inaccurate answer. For example, if I am trying to search for content embedded deep within a Microsoft Teams channel, even though MS teams is connected to Notion, it somehow misses the material that I’m trying to search.

It makes creating SOP‘s and organizing them, and ensuring that they are usable, much easier.

What do you like best about the product?

I use Notion as an organization system for my personal and professional life. I appreciate the optimization it brings me, going from managing 3 things at once to 12, which helps me enormously. The clarity and visibility I get for my client follow-ups are incredible. I really like the new HTML tool which is really useful for creating calculations and custom tables for my business. The databases are also crucial for me.

What do you dislike about the product?

I would like recorded calls to be automatically transferred to the correct projects and databases, rather than being accumulated in a library. I find this complicated, and the learning process for new people is quite abrupt. Training people on our channels is complicated, and creating links from one database to another is sometimes difficult. For example, every time I work on a project, I have many databases, and for each project, I have to manually filter to find the right one. This makes specific information difficult to extract. The deeper it goes into the database, the harder it is to see what is relevant and well-organized, which complicates the task of having clarity and organization in each project, despite the amount of information. Finally, the initial process of using Notion seemed complicated to me, and I don't think it's simple for the majority of people.

I use Notion as an organization system for client CRM, motorcycle maintenance, and managing my home. It helps me optimize my work by increasing my management capacity from 3 to 12 tasks, while ensuring clarity and proper project tracking.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the capabilities, such as creating tables, projects, to-do lists, and more.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some features are different compared with regular apps like Microsoft Word or Google Docs, so it doesn’t always feel the same to use.

I can keep all my information and details in one organized, reliable place, which makes it much easier to find what I need when I need it.
