Seamless Task Management with Notion

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for productivity, primarily project management and task tracking. It gives me a very clear overview of tasks, and the power of databases is really helpful. I can integrate with GitHub, which makes life easier. I enjoy the databases, Notion AI, and integrations. It's super convenient, easy, and flexible to use. I'm able to spin up individual Kanban boards for different projects very easily and even share them with folks I'm working with. The initial setup of Notion was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think tables could be improved. You cannot do any kind of maths, meaning any numeric tables are not as good as using a Google Sheet. Like it would be good to be able to sum values for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for project management and task tracking. It offers a clear overview of tasks, integrates seamlessly with GitHub, and its databases and flexibility make it easy and convenient to set up and share Kanban boards.

Customizable Powerhouse with a Steep Setup Curve

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can customize Notion to really see what I need regularly. The command center feature is fantastic because it keeps all my top priorities in line. I can easily throw notes in and move them later. Notion is easily accessible on my phone, computer, and iPad, making it super convenient to get information quickly and stay organized. Having all key points, links, downloads, and images centralized is incredibly helpful, especially if I'm setting up something new or designing a course. I absolutely adore the recording component during meetings because it doesn't show that I'm recording, which allows me to stay organized and appear structured.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way Notion is set up to get started is super tough. I wish I was a programmer because it's that tough! The initial setup was very complicated - not easy to step in and make happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me remember tasks and stay on track during complex meetings with many moving parts. I love customizing it as a command center to access priorities, keep notes organized, and record meetings, making me look organized and structured.

Notion AI Makes Summaries, Emails, and Team Coaching Effortless

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI tool is incredibly helpful in summarizing the resources I'm looking for, drafting emails, and coaching my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating the doc writeup format isn't as user friendly as I'd like. I might just be so used to using google docs but there always seems to be an extra step or click to accomplish each task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating tools and is a one-stop-shop for internal and external resources, 1:1 docs, trainings, etc

Innovative and Visual: Notion Simplifies Our Workflow

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion has many integrations, which allows me to upload files in different formats and share things with clients. I also like that it is easy to use and super intuitive. I appreciate that it helps me keep everything organized and visually appealing, something I find better than other platforms like Google Drive. Additionally, I am using it as an onboarding manual in my company to have all the relevant information easily accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I like everything! I would like it to have a chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me keep everything organized and in one place in a visually appealing way, something that Google Drive couldn't achieve. It makes it easier to visualize and maintain information more effectively.

AI-Driven PM is the Way

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's an excellent, AI-driven project management platform (and so much more!) My favorite feature so far that I use the most is the AI transcriber for meetings and quick huddles. Notion helps me stay organized and prepared for what's next.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's definitely a learning curve; it's not the easiest platform to figure out at first. But once you get it down it's pretty smooth sailing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion consolidates what used to live across three or four different apps. Project tracking, meeting notes, transcriptions, and reference docs all in one place. The biggest win is not having to context-switch constantly or hunt down information that got buried in a Slack thread or a random Google Doc.

What do you like best about the product?
Customization feature are good, you can end up building what you want most of the time
What do you dislike about the product?
No guides on how to properly build, it is possible to spend a lot of time doing something and realizing it is the worst way to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note taking and organizing my personnal notes

Effortless Meeting Note-Taking with Notion

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion's feature that automatically offers to record my meetings and take notes, which eliminates the need for manual note-taking. It's awesome that I can inform my team I am recording for my AI writing assistant without causing any annoyance or distraction. This functionality helps me attend to follow-up items, actions, and key points without unnecessary confusion. The initial setup of Notion was very easy, which was a pleasant surprise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could get it to integrate with my work calendar better... but I think it would require some action from my company administrator and I don't want to bother him with this request. I also used to use Notion for my Social media tracking and I haven't done it in a while but it required a lot of copy/pasting then...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to type up meeting notes and action items. I love that it records meetings and takes notes automatically, avoiding the need for manual note-taking and eliminating distractions during meetings.

Revolutionized My Productivity, All-in-One Solution

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to manage tasks and projects, capture and develop ideas, plan travels, for personal growth, and to manage my household. It serves as my all-in-one platform, and I love it. Notion is the best tool I've encountered for building systems that work with my personal flow, allowing me to retrieve and act on information uniquely. There are four killer features that Notion offers: the perfect combination of databases and documents, which lets me structure my documents meaningfully and relate them to other databases; a high degree of customizability that rewards those who invest time into learning the platform by aligning it with their needs; AI integration (particularly the new meeting notes feature); and high integration with other knowledge platforms, which enables me to consolidate everything about a topic or project in a single place. These features have revolutionized my productivity. I love Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are two things: 1) task management; while I love the flexibility of Notion for tasks, it is a bit cumbersome to tick things off my to-do list, especially on mobile devices. Therefore, I have built a system that integrates the power of Notion databases for my tasks that integrates with the mobile speed and agility of TickTick. I would love it someday if Notion built a dedicated task app (like TickTick or Todoist) that is integrated with the backend Notion database. 2) I love the new AI integrations (and probably should have added this as the 4th killer feature of Notion in the above comment), but one of the biggest challenges that I have had with it is that when I ask it to make changes and it doesn't do it exactly as I wanted it to, unrolling those changes has proven to be very difficult at times. It says that it doesn't store the original in its memory so it cannot undo the changes with a single command. This makes me cautious about using it more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as my all-in-one platform to manage tasks, projects, and personal growth. It lets me build systems that flow with my personal style, surpassing other tools that locked me into rigid workflows.
