Notion works for what you need it to do
What do you like best about the product?
It's great for posting a simple portfolio. It was easy to learn and use. It can be used for a number of features. I only use it for a simple portfolio that I integrate with other applications. It works and is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little clunky to navigate. The number of features is overwhelming and while customer service is helpful, I found I had to use YouTube to try to figure out the nuances of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to post an online platform.

Notion and Notion AI makes my work life so much better
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a very easy platform to use, from storing ideas to collaboration on documents. I love the use of the Notion AI to be able to summaries my thinking in a few seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Notion AI

Notions solves my problem to easily store, manage and share documents or information in my company.

Good Functionality but often laggy
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way that common functions can be done with/command. Moving between multiple pages is also very easy, and the toggle makes it nice to have a lot of information in a compact way, which is handy for presentations. I also like the way the Notion AI can search through a database articles and find Information quickly and summarize it for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest issue is just how laggy and slow it is. Our company has started moving away from Notion for a lot of database and other tracking just because it is not able to keep up with us and is incredibly laggy at times. Also it seems to have trouble connecting its API to other sites, it is the only external API that I have had issues integrating with Slack automations.

Helping us store data, create content for our customers, take notes
The best thing since sliced bread. Literally.
What do you like best about the product?
I began using Notion at the start of 2023 as a way to help me consolidate my brain and advance my business. Now with notion AI I am able to take my ideas and have them come to life in a way that would never have been possible myself. I just bring the ideas, notion brings them to life, then I action them. It's a flawless system that is only as good as the questions you ask it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a bit more ChatGPT style integration. I do find it limiting sometimes that the AI only uses itself to learn, in some regard it is good because you teach it what it needs to know, but it would be good to have some wider knowledge too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It just helps me fly through process of explaining things and fleshing out ideas, so I can focus on coming up with ideas then making them happen.
Easy to use, highly customizable work productivity tool
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has many features that enable me to easily organize my database that allows me to store & retrieve information. It is a great tool to manage writing projects
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot paste photos and contents easily from notion to other apps. I have to use other apps for reporting purposes and there are features that make it hard for you to move content to outside of the app via simple copy and paste.

Storing articles and other information that I don't have time to read.

Great Tool for Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I like how everything is organized. There are features that allow you to build a template and copy it entirely, which saves a lot of time! Notion also allows me to store different files within which helps me navigate a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was quite hard to learn how to operate it at first, but once you get used to it's quite easy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep track of my calendar, daily/weekly/monthly tasks. I sometimes use the AI tool for writing abstracts and research papers
Best detail digital app ever
What do you like best about the product?
I like I have access over multiple platforms. I like that it holds lots of detail. I like seeing the information displayed in many different ways without a lot of manipulation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is harder to get information loaded into Notion than I would like.

Notion has been my go to for organizing my notes, brain storiming ideas, and applications for grants and proposals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI has been useful by I still find my self going outside of the app (chatgpt, perplexity) to use AI and copy and past the response to Notion
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Management and note taking have been the best part of notion for me. It allows me to keep notes and project tasks all in one place.
