Outstanding Support and Clear Tutorials
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is the support available to users. I quite like the recorded tutorials as they're short, upbeat & very clear! I rely of them frequently as I create workspaces for clients. Implementing AI workflows is what I've been focused on and integration from Notion to other necessary platforms, like slack, Gmail has been easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really important to understand that the AI function is NOT like ChatGPT, Claude or others - what you do in there is NOT Saved. I made that mistake, just assumed it was. so: easy to use , just doesn't save.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving ofr efficiency of repetitive tasks.
Aesthetic and Functional, But Can Overwhelm New Users
What do you like best about the product?
I love the user interface of Notion and how easy it is to use. The aesthetic design is really pleasing, which makes me want to use it more. I also appreciate how Notion helps me stay organized with my university schoolwork and hobbies, solving my problems of being disorganized and helping me be creative using AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like for a new user, Notion looks very complicated and can be a little overwhelming. So if there's, like, a way for Notion to be a little bit more beginner friendly, I feel like it would help a lot more people.

Notion solves my disorganization problem and boosts my creativity using AI.
A helpful tool for my needs
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a good base platform for all of my projects. It's highly customizable, allowing me to make my system look nice and be useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like if there was a "randomize" option for formulas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a very hard time organizing my thoughts in relation to my projects and keeping it all in one place. Notion is an incredible base for building upon and customizing for my needs. It also makes the process of organizing more enjoyable, as I get to make my pages pretty.
Comprehensive Tool with Room for UI Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I like synced blocks a lot in Notion; that's the biggest highlight for me. It's decent as a knowledge management system. The initial setup was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Moving blocks around in Notion is a pain. Editing in general is just meh. The version history isn't as good as Google Docs. You have to select the line instead of the full text on the line to drag and drop it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion provides a single source of info for everything I need, from project management and knowledge management to inter-team communication and updates across the organization.
Effortless Note-Taking and Planning with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for managing all my notes, important stuff, and plans. It's so convenient because I can use it everywhere, even on my mobile. I appreciate that there are many templates available; they really help me plan and document everything. What I like most is its simplicity in design. The note-taking capability is amazing because there are lots of functions to customize my text. I can decide how I want my text to appear, like code, quotation, callout, headings, paragraphs, and much more. I love that it has links to other pages, which makes a lot of work easier. Overall, I find it to be an excellent app with no major dislikes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for managing notes, plans, and everything. It solves the problem of accessibility by being usable everywhere, even on mobile. Notion's templates help organize and document everything efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's AI interface because it definitely saves time and helps create additional thoughts that wouldn't be there otherwise. I also appreciate Notion's ability to capture information from other applications and gather it all in one central place, which is really helpful. I was quite impressed with how easily I could create a dashboard to see my mission, vision, goals, projects, and tasks clearly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to be honest that I did not read much before starting to use Notion. I used AI to explain what it could do for me, which helped, but I was surprised at the breadth of what Notion could do in respect to creating my own personal dashboard. The initial setup was a little confusing at the start, but it went smoothly once I understood the capabilities.

I use Notion to organize my mission, vision, goals, and daily planning. It helps me create a clear dashboard for everything and captures information from other apps into a central place, saving time and sparking new ideas with its AI interface.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion for its versatility, especially how notes can support almost any format, allowing me to structure them however I like. It's great for keeping everything together in one place and managing different project materials, including additional documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Notion requires you to think out the structure of the notes initially, or it can become a mess and be hard to use and update in the future. It was hard to figure out the right notes structure at first, but it came in time (with trial and error).

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion successfully acts as an AI writing assistant and a basic CRM, cutting down on extra software costs and new learning curves. It's a huge timesaver when writing technical documents in our voice and terminology. I appreciate its power, polish, and seamless integration with other software and service providers. Notion's customer-friendly policies, like no long-term contracts, a generous free usage allotment, and free personal onboarding, make getting started easy. The availability of free tutorials online is a big plus. I find Notion's integrations create an excellent dashboard that unifies various information sources. Overall, the value proposition it offers is huge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see better mechanisms for the organization and storage of files, photos, and non-text documents. Notion integrates well with Google Drive, which handles the actual storage, but I'm unsure if I can add files through the Notion database and know where they physically reside, so that I could, for example, refer to the same file via multiple pages.

Versatile All-In-One Tool with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for keeping notes, framing goals and plans, and as a to-do list. It helps me add images, videos, calendars, and other graphical tools to make my notes more creative and comprehensive. It serves as a one-stop solution for organizing my day-to-day life, so I don't need to store passwords separately or use other apps for calendars, to-do lists, or notes. Notion does it all. I love its versatility compared to other apps and the flexibility of experimenting with different ways of representing information. Its easy features let me customize and add widgets, bullet points, and embed images and videos and even publish on the web to share. In general, it's faster than other document editors out there according to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes sync takes a lot of time. Tables as a widget could definitely be improved. Imagine if Notion had enhanced capability like a spreadsheet, you could literally add a budget sheet within a document with formulae, etc., and while Notion has that capability to some extent, I believe that needs improvement. The learning curve is a bit steep to be honest, but the product managers have done a good job in guiding beginners these days. For me, when I started using it 3-4 years back, it was pretty tough to get around.

I use Notion as a one-stop solution for organizing my day-to-day life, eliminating the need for separate apps for passwords, calendar, to-do lists, or notes. It streamlines everything and enhances creativity with graphical tools.
Efficient Onboarding and Intuitive UI with Notion AI
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Notion for its clean and easy-to-use UI, which makes navigating the platform effortless. Notion AI is an incredible time saver since it can write docs for me. It's also a big help for onboarding, as it quickly and efficiently finds answers to my questions by sourcing information from the internet and our company docs and Slack conversations. I appreciate how Notion AI links these sources, allowing me to verify information and ensure the context is correct. The initial setup of Notion was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you open a link in Notion AI, it doesn't open a new tab, it just redirects. This makes it difficult to navigate back to the conversation. In addition, the older conversations in Notion AI are kind of hidden. I looked for them on the side bar similar to ChatGPT but you have to go to the dropdown and then select. This is a little bit hidden.

Notion AI helps me find answers quickly by sourcing from company docs and Slack, linking them for verification. It saves time by writing docs and makes onboarding efficient.
