Project Management and Simplified Documentation
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is drag and drop, it is very easy to use. It helps me manage projects, know the tasks involved, the timelines, responsible parties, etc. Additionally, it allows documenting important things that several people need access to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to export massively, to download data faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to manage projects, track tasks, times, and responsible parties. Additionally, I leave documentation accessible for various users.
Efficient Collaboration, Needs Enhanced Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion for its very simple, straightforward user interface and the fact it's based on markdown, which is an absolute godsend in the world of AI models that use markdown. The integration with Slack in particular is useful. The initial setup of Notion for my team was very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Notion MCP could be developed to be more expansive than it currently is. It lacks quite a few right accesses for things like inputting images and tables which would be really useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves collaboration issues by centralizing our system and sharing information uniformly. The markdown interface is great for AI model interactions, making it easier to handle data inputs and outputs.
Efficient Project Transparency with Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of the boards within Notion, as they make it easy for me to move projects from one column to another. I appreciate being able to get an update without having to reach out to multiple people for information. The interface is super intuitive and there was no problem at all in setting it up. Notion allows me to see the status of a project, who's on it, whether it's delayed or on track, and access any notes or information about the project, all within Notion's ticket systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I'm unsure of when something is updated. It feels like every card needs its own notification system, versus just the ones that I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion improves transparency in projects by showing status, who's working on them, and notes in one place. I don't need to contact multiple people for updates.
Seamless Collaboration with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion is simple yet robust, allowing me to do almost anything. Every page I create is completely customizable, and it also has great templates that come in handy. It helps me stay organized and connected to my remote teammates. We all use it at work, and it saves us so much time and headaches. The initial setup was super easy; we migrated our docs and started creating everything in there with ease, yet it offers so many different functionalities. I use it daily to share docs, organize tasks, create notes, and even record or transcribe my calls. Notion is refreshing and keeps us all connected and organized across our larger company of about 300 people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had to upload my private notes from my Mac laptop into Notion in small batches because there were about 600 notes, so it's understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion daily to share docs, organize tasks, and create notes. It keeps me organized and connected with my remote team, saving us time and headaches.

Flexible and Efficient but Needs Better Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility that Notion allows, along with the ability to automate a lot of things and define workflows for myself and others. It lets me implement best practices of working, where knowledge is presented as needed. The customization options make it easy for me to report to stakeholders and management. As someone with systems architecture knowledge, I appreciate how Notion lets me build something quickly, efficiently, and in a way that meets my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service is terrible. Also, their go-to-market strategy is pathetic because they force you to use licenses if you use multiple guests in your account, even though there is no such policy that you can't use it. I've had a terrible experience with customer service in the past. And there is also a lack of control of who gets to edit relations and database properties. We can't lock properties as we could probably in a more sophisticated system, but I think that's a trade-off of the flexibility that Notion provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for its flexibility in customizing workflows, allowing me to report easily to stakeholders. It also automates tasks, defines workflows, and implements best practices to present knowledge as required, enabling efficient and fast system building.

Dynamic Collaboration Tool with Some Lag
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion as my product team's central source of truth, and it works really well for tracking ongoing projects and documenting everything about our products. I like that it's simple, intuitive, and it works. I'm really happy about its dynamic interfaces, which serve as an accessible repository of information. I like the Notion AI for building things and the way pages work, allowing for pages inside pages. It's pretty much an organizer's dream, and I love the fact that you can make databases, Gantt charts, timelines, and task boards out of nowhere. It's a great app with a lot of integrations, connections, and possibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it's a bit laggy sometimes. Maybe we can have more AI integrations. I just wish it was easy to access features like transforming spoken ideas into templated pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as my product team's central source of truth. It solves the problem of having an accessible and dynamic repository of information, which works really well for tracking ongoing projects and product ideas. I'm happy with its effectiveness.
