A centralized hub for everything text-based in your life
What do you like best about the product?
Its versatility. I find I can store almost anything easily, including complex ideas for my writing, courses, personal projects, etc. I also like how I can use it in my phone, computer and tablet seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really hard to do more complex and advanced objects, like tables, timelines and databases. I would like to learn, but it all seems to time consuming to do on my free time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me have everything on the same place. It helps me organize and structure information and resources easily. Also it's really quick to jot down things and edit them on the go.
Not bad, but it can be better.
What do you like best about the product?
The AI's response speed far exceeded my expectations and provided a good data organization experience. Additionally, the "make longer" and "make shorter" functions also help me control the length of the article, which is very important to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The content of the responses sometimes appears in Simplified Chinese, which is quite troublesome for me as a Traditional Chinese user. Additionally, I sometimes feel that the AI model for responses could be continuously updated, as occasionally the content of the responses seems slightly inferior in completeness compared to GPT 3.5 or GPT 4.0.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of my article and conversation record proofreading has been resolved, which helps me summarize and compile from conversation records more quickly, providing more effective material for writing promotional content.

How you can really make it your own! There are so many options and layouts to choose from and making a notes page look great is good for productivity.

Nothing! I like a lot of the things that Notion has. An improvement could be making it easier to go full screen on a page.

The notion has been incredibly valuable to me due to its ability to help me organise my thoughts and conduct thorough research. A bit slow, but no biggy. Also, need an offline Windows desktop version. Locally storable data would be a game changer

I love creating pages for individual projects and having a versatile toolset to create pages with.

It is hard to say but if I had to say something, it would be I wish there was more layout options. Sometimes while moving different components, it feels too stiff. I wish there was a feature similar to how Figma has the free form where the space in endless.

Notion AI has revolutionised the way I handle technical information. Over the past few weeks it has significantly reduced the time I spend summarising complex content into executive summaries and transforming notes into polished documentation. The tools has also become my go-to for refining my writing and creating professional outputs. Overall, Notion AI is a must-have for anyone seeking to streamline their workflow and elevate their written communication skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
Firstly, the mobile experience of Notion AI is abysmal. Accessing our knowledge bases on the go is such a poor experience that it's rarely, if ever, practical. Additionally, one other notable limitation is the absence of a quick or temporary prompt feature, making it so that you are required to create a notion page or element of some sort to generate or improve on a simple email. Having some way to quickly process or write smaller pieces of content that don't need to be saved would be a significant improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to structure and format pages in a variety of ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be cluttered and overwhelming for some users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest problems Notion solves is organizing all my work and personal projects. With Notion, I can create databases, to-do lists, and pages to keep track of everything in one place. This has saved me a lot of time and mental energy, as I no longer have to switch between different apps and tools to get things done.

What do you like best about the product?
With the introduction of Notion AI, we've been able to significantly increase our productivity especially when it comes to both internal and external content creation. I love the prompts that Notion AI comes with by default, but also the flexibility of shaping up your own prompts to alter the text in much cleaner ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes (about 10% of the time) Notion AI experiences a bit of downtime which can be disruptive to our workflows as a team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business with a recruiting vertical, Notion AI has been super helpful in helping clean up interview transcripts from candidate interviews. It has the ability to take shorthand notes and turn them into comprehensive sentences that can be shared with a third-party.

There are still bugs. For example, sometimes table function can't be accessible.

Similar product can solve problems like Notion do, but it is more comfortable to use.

App has some delays. AI has some glitches trying to use for different topics on the same Notion page.
