Review of AI Writing Assitant
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to organize my tasks, assests, and notes all in one easily navigable place. I like the look and the UI. And I like the organice community that has arose around it. Access to so many cool templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations are still a challenge. Formulas for databases are often producing unexpected results that requires some creative work arounds. Though there are many different types of templates, there actually isn't much flexibility within templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the AI assistant has really made my work much easier. The ability to revise copy, format text is great. The other day I copy and pasted a quiz formatted for the web that didn't translate well to Notion. But I asked the AI assistant to convert the text into a quiz, and it formatted it perfectly. This made my archival task so much easier.
It has been a useful tool that integrated easily with my in set system
What do you like best about the product?
It's really the best tool for a visual person. It's easy to use, and you can do many things. With the integration of AI, Notion has become something I use all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is sometimes a learning curve when it comes to using it. However, something I would love to be implemented would be changing the tags on a calendar without having to click on the actual page. This means changing something from "not started" to "completed" without opening up the page, which would lessen the steps and make it simpler for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has become my To-Do list and journal. I struggled when it came to writing on Word because it felt like I was writing an essay or something for school, which added to my writer's block. So Notion has made my life easier.
Notion is the ultimate productivity and organization tool
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, Notion is the best thing since the personal computer. I end up using Notion to do most things, its replaced the need for so many programs like CRMs and project management tools, and website content management systems, all the way down to my own notes, calendar, and to-do list. Notion AI is amazing too I can give it prompts from within a page and it can write out or provide information relevant to the topics on the page. I often use the AI to help write blog posts by asking it to generate an outline and then write it out using the notes I provide on-page.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I can put here aside from the fact that I feel like its capable of so many more things and thankfully there are updates frequently providing entirely new worlds of functions and features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps streamline so many things, and has reduced the need to have multiple tools and figuring out how to connect them. Notion is easy to integrate, set up and is highly customizable.

I love the amount of features, I use so many to organize various parts of my life. Notion AI is also the best AI i've used and helps me study and create study materials.I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could upload more documents without paying.

Translation from English to French using NotionAI is a little spotty,: translates word to word a little too much.

Quick & easy translation of the text we had written in english within the app itself
Notion AI is great - but still not quite perfect
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is amazing. The central databases and the way everything can be connected and/or broken off into separate pages for each entry is insanely powerful!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike about Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Notion solves that nothing ever has been able to before is give me an "everything" platform. I literally host all of my information and can manage that information within Notion without integrations (although they're available when needed too!)

It can seem overwhelming when at first sight but it's actually easy when you get the hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can keep track of all of my projects and tasks. Have reminders and enjoy the ability to be as creative as I want when designing my space.
My ride-or-die when it comes to managing my life
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to really personalise the workspaces and pages to fit my needs. It has everything in one place (tables, databases, toggles etc) and linking functions really help with automating things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's difficult to create columns (eg have to use hacks to get columns within columns) and I can't put two images next to each other within one page if there isn't any text. This means notes sometimes get messy because I need lots of visuals but they follow after eachother rather than side by side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving efficiency when it comes to taking notes (esp now with NAI), and helping me create a system that means I can a) remember/document useful things which therefore means b) I can free up my brain for thinking rather than remembering.
I use notion as a planner and grammar corrector it’s great

i love that we can use other people temples and for basically anything

it's a bit pricey that's about the only thing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving the problem with paper waste for me, instead of buying planner after planner i can archive my old information and start fresh!!
