Is Notion Ai a writing assistant?
What do you like best about the product?
(Talking about Notion Ai) The default functions are extremely useful and save a lot of time on improving the quality of texts. The writing style of Notion Ai is more appropriate to my work compared to other products. Notion's price/functionality ratio is one of the highest among what exists on the market now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ai rately follows up on additional instructions to what it already wrote. "Summary" function is just not very smart and the starting sentence "In this document..." is not fitting for most tasks. It is often unclear what the limitations are. It would be great to be able to compare the original text to the one reworked by the ai to check its originality and repetitiveness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me save time on phrasing my texts in the precise way and instead focus on the though. I am confident that Notion will convey my thoughts better and in a more elegant way

What do you like best about the product?
Notion has numerous benefits that make it an ideal productivity tool for individuals and teams. It is a one-stop solution that can help you to manage your tasks, projects, notes, and databases in one place. This reduces the need to switch between multiple apps and saves time. Notion AI provides additional tool for me to generate content skeleton and streamline the routine task
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is nearly perfect, with one exemption. The data sync and export is limited. We still need to manual copy/ paste to external social platform. If this can be fixed, it would be a near perfect tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used a template to manage the content publishing and work with team to accomplish it. It provides a clear with for all and we can customised the database/ field quickly and change.

We can't run our business without Notion. We have everything on there. All our past and upcoming projects. The best project management tool out there by far.

- Limited database functionality can be hard to manipulate when you're looking at large dataset.
- Limited formatting styling available
- Updates can't be seen in real-time you'd have to refresh before adding / removing content when collaborating

Notion is solving several problems related to organization, productivity, and collaboration, which in turn benefit its me in various ways.

Love the new AI feature
What do you like best about the product?
The new AI feature helps me a lot on my work. It boosts my productivity and save me time. Now it becomes an essential part in my daily workflow. I mostly use it to help me prepare content and fix grammar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I am satisfied with Notion. I use Notion for my personal work and I mainly use the AI feature at this moment. It would be great if the monthly subscription fee is lower or they offer a yearly plan with lower price.

It is basically my main tool in my workflow. As a freelance ux designer, I use it for project management and writing assistant. It boosts my productivity and saves me time.

Not only the functionality, but also the reasonable price. It is easy to share with a team because it can be edited by multiple people at the same time, and it has a wide variety of usable formats, so it can correspond to various things.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when I wish I had more freedom to create blocks, adjust margins, and display images. However, I understand that this may be asking for too much, and Notion is already great as it is.
If I had to nitpick, I would like for Notion to remember the icons I have previously used. It can be difficult to find the same icon again when I want to use it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing information that is difficult to understand through email or chat, and centralized management of information through simultaneous editing. I also like that I can manage lists for data sharing.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can do all my documents in a single place and have it be a live document that is forever changing. In game development, designs always change and having that philosophy also be part of Notion's design - it's like the perfect marriage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing. We are a big studio and because only 'x' amount of people can have access, we have to consistently manage who needs access and who doesn't at any given time. There should be an Enterprise license that is unlimited for 'x' amount of people that can scale based on the studio size
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having many scattered documents in different folders on something like Google Drive.

With Notion, I review and improve the copy I use in mobile applications in the UX UI field, it helps me improve phrasing and writing.

AI writing assistant! It streamlines and perfects my thought process when brain dumping keywords for my documents.

Nothing! Everything is perfect for an OCD person like myself.

Organization of documents. Ease of use. Tracking of workload through management features and templates by Notion.
