Notion AI - very useful time-saver
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Notion to organize my everyday life and blog - it has a lot of useful, pre-built templates and the app is great to take notes (or dictate them) via the Notion App.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much ti dislike. The only detail I don't like so much is that bullet-formatting always pastes wrongly when I try to enter text from somewhere else in a bullet line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for note-taking, organizing and sharing my thoughts and to dos. I also enjoy Notion AI to summarize, improve my writing or execute custom prompts I enter.

As a designer Notion AI is my buddy for everything besides my design work. Sales, project management, research, copy and ideation.
What do you dislike about the product?
No 'chat' interface to improve results or a clear history.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's creating great suggestions for generic sales, and HR communication. Speeds up project management. Overall more time for design work.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the biggest advantages of Notion is its versatility. It can be used for both personal and professional purposes. The range of applications is really wide - from a simple to-do list to project management and integration with other applications. When designing AI, it is great for modifying and improving UX writing in projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to pinpoint anything specific, perhaps what I'm missing is tutorials in the context of my use cases. Sometimes, AI doesn't work, and the waiting time can be quite long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems with "lorem ipsum" texts or inadequate UX writing in projects can also help me expand my offer to clients. It allows me also breaking down a project into manageable tasks and organizing them into a logical sequence.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It help me to gather my thoughts and to write it right (I have trouble to make me clear sometimes)
(AI) In short, GOOD but expensive.
What do you like best about the product?
I'll will talk about the AI, "Improve writing" is probably the best option. I write my sentences and click this to solve my grammar problems and enrich the words even more. Other options are also valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Again I'll talk about AI. "Price". My friends, $10 is really expensive for a subscription to this service, especially since it is not included in any plans. I think a more affordable price would be more accessible to everyone. Maybe a maximum of $5 would be reasonable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily uses. Taking notes, and tasks, using the calendar for scheduling, making tables for request organizes. Having so many options is sometimes really useful. Application is also doing good.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is very powerful and can be used for a lot of things. I like the direct integration with Notion AI. Databases and the collaboration tools are very well thought and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more automation tools. The buttons are very good and simple to use, but I would like to be able to do more complex things or trigger certain actions automatically. I also hate that Notion AI destroys math formatting in math blocks and inline math.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I take notes for all my university courses and keep track of more complex personal projects and homeworks. The collaboration tools are very good and responsive which I love. I also use AI to make summaries or to create graphs and pseudocode which takes a lot of the tedious work away from me.

Notion was able for me to put in and organise all my tasks & ideas in one place. While sharing all their progress with my collaborators with ease
What do you dislike about the product?
Barely anything, maybe a better interactive way to learn in depth the software.

For me, it increases the efficiency of my productivity & time management.

What do you like best about the product?
Using notion feels like consukting an interactive book. I like how easy it is to add information and the option to connect to a vast array of other software. The fact that you can have an app makes also the whole experience better as sometimes my connection to the cloud is unreliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though I find it easy to add info, sometimes I feel that it's not as felxible as I would like. I wish it could act more like a "thinking board" and allow me to spread the information in a more unstructured way. More templates will also be a bonus
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to have a central point of knowledge and avoid having infomration on multiple platforms. It's also easy enough to have everyone using it, even if theyr'e not too familiar at first. It also manage to fast-track the writing sections, thanks to an AI system that brings a more cohesive approach to bigger text blocks (at least, on my side)

What do you like best about the product?
First of all, Notion is a very easy-to-use tool. It has an attractive look and feel, making it very easy to get started. At first, I used it as a notebook instead of OneNote because of the number of options and integrations Notion offers. Such as the ability to easily link to other pages, and make a clear and easy-to-read structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about notion, but there are probably things that could make the tool even more convenient. For example, it would be even cooler if Notion offers options to integrate or add charts, graphs or other kinds of data visualization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion (AI) has a number of (potential) issues that it (could) solves. Right now, for example, I use it daily for copywriting. The options to optimize texts and make them more attractive are very advanced and effective. In this regard, it is nice that Notion itself already offers standard options, but it is also very capable of handling my own requests. This does not only save time, but most of the time I will end up with a better end product than I would've made myself. Also since I am a data analytics consultant, it really helps me with writing certain DAX-codes in Power BI. With the right input it can solve almost any problem. Overall, notion (AI) saves time, is convenient for documenting and collaborating on projects with colleagues

I started using Notion for trying AI functionality. The combination of AI function and the note function of the application itself is more efficient than using chatgpt.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope the AI feature can support multimodal inputing, so that I can not only use text, but also create my contents using images and audio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have created my OKR and GTD task systems, as well as a knowledge base, using Notion. These systems, combined with AI functions, greatly improve my task processing efficiency in both work and life.
